As soon as Hitomi heard her princess' orders she transformed into a small white dragon with angel wings, her long graceful neck peered around the corner. "I wont let you down my princess." Hitomi reassured the princess as she flew off in the distance. 'Where should I start? I can't do this on my own.' she thought as she hid in a carriage full of hay. 'I know!' she hopefully thought. 'I have to tell him the truth surely he will go with me."

Kade leaned against the well that rested between his home and the castle. He was supposed to go meet his brother for sword practice again. He put his arms behind him, leaning back against the base of it. But he had time, plus he thought he'd meet Hitomi there again, maybe. It seemed they had both been pretty busy lately. He quirked his mouth to the side. "Where are you Hitomi?" He mumbled to himself.


"You can't catch me!" Mune teased the fruit vendor, as he chased her down the street. She bit into the apple she carried in her hand, then turned around to giggle at the burly man who was out of breath. She turned a corner and hid behind the wall, watching as he ran past, then chuckled to herself. "Sorry sir, but you shouldn't be charging so much." She took another bite of the crisp, red, and sweet apple. Suddenly, something small and white passed her eyes and they grew wide. She recognized those wings... they didn't look exactly like a birds. She walked over to the cart of hay it seemed the creature had landed on, but couldn't exactly see it.

"Hmm?" She wondered.

Hajime looked down sharply from his perch atop a building, blinking in confusion at the sight of a white blur. Or was it grey? Blue? He couldn't tell. He hadn't been paying enough attention. Standing upright, he adjusted his armor and glanced around, with a yawn. Another day in the town, and still nothing to do. He was hungry..Checking his pockets, Hajime gave a disappointed grunt as he found nothing in the pouch attached to his belt. Well, another day of going hungry. Hurrah.

Hitomi flew off to the well where Kade was to meet her. "How am I going to tell him? Will he believe me?" she said to herself as she landed behind a tree. She transformed into a beautiful, tall, graceful, woman. She slowly walked down the trail to the well and to her fear Kade was there waiting. 'I can do this!' she thought over and over again as she walked closer to him. "Kade" she silently spoke, her eyes looking for an escape on the ground. 'I really don't want to do this! What if he leaves me....No Kade loves me he will stay!' she thought. "Can I tell you my deepest secret and you promise to stay by my side no matter what it is?" she almost whispered gathering the courage to look him in the eyes. They were standing three feet apart Hitomi was pulling at her sleeves nervously as she waited for his reply.

Hajime blinked as he watched the well from a distance. He'd been watching what appeared to be a dragon, and found himself surprised as he viewed the transformation. A dragon..changing to the form of a human? How..interesting. When he observed the 'woman' approaching another figure, he perched cross-legged on the ledge of the building, chewing the inside of his cheek as he watched the two with interest. Why he was even here, in this town, he didn't know..He guessed he was a loner, or...something...like that. Harrumph.

Kindle quietly came up behind Mune. She was so distracted by the white figure she didn't hear him approach. "I thought we discussed this. No more stealing from venders. If you're hungry come to me or get a job!" he stated firmly his arms crossed. He looked down into her childish eyes. Kindle maintained his seriousness a talent he mastered years ago.
