He looked down and sighed putting it back as he locked the box and put it back away hidden. He went to the piano and started to play Home and sung along as he played knowing the lyrics by heart. He memorized these for Angelique when he was still alive when he went to Europe for a few weeks. He played this to her when he got back showing his love for her.
He shouted "Let me go home." instead of the soft voice that was meant to be sung. He was mad at someone but wasn't sure. Maybe it was Mei for her always thought his death had to do with her, or maybe it was God for taking his life away from him before he could even get a chance to live.
He stopped and cried his wails making some objects swirl around and the candles he was burning to go out. He made this apparent and it would be obvious to anyone ghost or not to know of him as long as they were in the house. He didn't mean to do this it's just what came out.
A broken glass case in a room was her next stop. Two items lay preserved in there. A necklace with a red gem that sparkled dimly and keys to a car. Both remenants of Mei's sixteenth birthday. "Worthless items really..." She mumbled and walked out the room, continuing her "dusting".
Darren's wails broke the eerie silence and Mei paused. "Time for the usual pep talk I suppose." With that she walked slowly to the parlor, her footsteps echoing in the house. Alll ghosts must have a time to wake up and either she or Darren seemed to be Andrew's alarm clock. "Why couldn't there be a ghost butler?" She said contemptiously as she rounded the corner and down some steps. It was dark, but the slivers of sunlight provided the lighting. She saw the teapots and cups she had left over the years had begun to spin around on the dozen or so tables she had moved into the parlor quite a few years back. One set spn off th edge of the table and fell to the cracked tile floor with an almighty crash. Mei shook her head gently and walked up to the tortured ghost. "Darren...." She pressed a high C note on the old piano to get his attention. "Is there something wrong?"

The feeling of passing through objects was definitely strange. As if something was touching your whole body.
At the beginning he couldn’t really get used to it, but now it was as natural as flying.
He ended up downstairs in the living-room, just outside of the parlor.
“What happened? And good morning by the way” he said and smiled while looking at the two ghosts.
He looked around the room and saw the shattered porcelain. “Wow, you didn’t fight did you?”
Andrew gently hovered over to the piano.
Losing a loved one was never easy, even when you have already died.
"Oh and Miss. This may be none of my buisness, but another famous phenomenon at that mansion is that many people see a pale girl with long black hair greet them or see her skippping throught the halls. They talk to her and even say you can touch her. Though that girl always disappears and many say she's cold as ice. Literally. Also piano and violin can also be heard throught the day from the mansion. Well good day!" Angelique nodded her thanks and she let the door of the taxi slam shut. Heartache and sadness tugged at her mind. Piano had been Darren's talent and he had died recently. Painful memories rushed back to the girl as she walked through the town, which was the only place the taxi driver would stop. The town was only a thirty-minute walk from the mansion after all.
He looked at them both and realized that other than them he was alone in the world now. He sighed and grabbed the doorknob and opened it up leading to the basement. "I'll be down here if anyone needs me." he said then sighed shutting the door. He walked through and turned on the small light above then nearly collapsed as he became transparent again. He didn't understand how it worked that they couldn't go through walls but they would go through objects. He guessed it had to do with mass but he didn't care. He sat in the corner and sighed laying on the floor alone trying to calm his thoughts a bit.
The bus dropped him off at the side of the road somewhere, Freddie clutched the case that held all of his equipment. "Dad will be so proud once I come back with the ghosts," he smiled to himself, feeling his excitement get the better of him. Freddie began to walk down the road, dreaming about what would happen when he returned victorious.
Soon enough, Freddie found himself staring blankly at Droyt Manor, amazed by what he was looking at.
An expresso and donut later, Angel trudged up the unforgiving slope to the mansion. The path was twisted and curvy, but at the top a rolling grassland of green grash greeted her. The mansion set in the sea of the grasses. She laughed almost at the sight, it was the typical giant, creepy, horror-movie-like mansion. "This job might be a fake..." Approahing the building she noticed another figure. A boy with a briefcase, that was normal. Either way Angel approached him, hoping to find out if he was a ghost or not. "Excuse me..?"

A slight disturbance brought the Mei's music to a stop. "Hmm...." She floated over to a window and wiped away the grime. As she stared out onto the grounds she noticed two figures, humans and a bit strange, but she didn't care. "Looks like there is fun for today~" She chuckled and spun around.

"Andrew you know I don't fight." Mei said before pouting; only adding to the guilt.
“I’m sorry; I was only trying to lighten up the mood a bit. Y’know, trying to be a little sarcastic...total failure. Quite stupid right?”
He tapped his fingers against the smooth surface of the piano, as to Mei’s playing, trying to figure out the best way to apologize to Darren.
He knew he could be such a dunce sometimes; opening his mouth trying to say something funny, before thinking things through.
"Looks like there is fun for today~" When Mei said this, he looked surprised at her. Humans?
It felt like it had been ages since the last brave human dared to visit Droyt Manor.
This was going to be fun.
He flew downstairs, to let Darren know that someone might be coming, but came to a halt at the bottom of the stairs.
Darren was probably still angry at him.
“Darren...I’m really sorry about before. It was a silly attempt at being funny, i didn’t meant to hurt your feelings...I’m sorry”
He sighted and floated over to him.
“Really...I’m sorry”
“Oh and there’s some humans outside, they might come inside” he said trying to cheer Darren up a bit.
“Do you wanna’ come upstairs?” He asked and tried to crack a smile.
