There's a line. Its coming near me.
Borok is the kind of pirate you do not want to mess with. He's all for bloodshed, looting, stealing, whatever. But, on his Captain's ship? Fairness is an essance. Pull your weight or you'll get clobbered. Nobody should have to be told when to do their jobs, what their share of maintaing a pirate ship should eantil. Unfortunately for them, they don't always listen. If anyone dares speak ill of Captain or other respectable members of the crew, you'll be danglign by your foot over the side of the ship quick as a click, with the only thing standing between life, you and death, is Borok's strong grip and steel mind. Borok is loyal to those who have earned it. He will help his own in battle, if need be, and so perhaps the idea of mentor wasn't entirely misjudged by youngesters after all. He has a calm attitude, disproving of something by simply giving a looked, a sligt raised eyebrow, or narrowing of eyes. However, when he snaps, all hell is let loose Reason is dismissed, and he rushes into action, needing to do something, without thinking it through. He feels sorry for tpeople, in a passive and almost patronising way, as if he is distancing himself from other's emotions, rather than actually being sympethetic.
Weapons: A large sword that few can pick up and fewer who can weild it, due to its heavy weight. The blade maybe stained with blood and rust, but the edge is still deadly sharp, and thats good enough for Borok. If it isn't in his hand, its tied to his belt, just like the pistol he carries. He also has daggers hidden in each of his boots, silver. Taken after a raid on a royal ship, carrying gifts to some roayl bloods ater some arrangement. His fists are also trained to hurt, kill and murder. And his sheer size helps indimate the enemy, or knock them flat when he crashes into them.
Borok began life as a wealthy boy, born into a noble family of aristocracy. He was big and clumsy, and others teased him, rendering him useless and incapable. At the age of twelve he was seen staring at a beautiful girl. so, when her betrothed caught him staring at what was his, he and some friends tied Borok to a chair. Not exactly hard. He took his fine sword, only useful for display, and sliced right near his eye. Borok was warned if he was ever seen staring at another promised girl, his eye would be pulled out.
He realised how the other children were right, how useless anc clumsy and helpless he was when his father only sighed when seeing his son with blood pouring from his face, before continuing to study the maps. Borok knew he had never fitted in. This was the first time he never wanted to. So, he done the only thing he knew how to do. Removed himself from the situation. Running away had been the highlight of his youth, he had nothing at home, no inheritence, no childhood sweetheart nor a promise of a career.
When Borok first joined the world of outlaws and criminals, climbing onto that godforsaken ship, het met a young shipmate, a few years older than he. HE must have seen something in the boy,, because he showed him the ropes, taught him fighting, strategy, everything. And Borok's stayed with him, all these years. Captain, he now calls his old friend. Being so pathetic in his childhood has taught Borok many thigns. He knows the limit of people's capaablity, and what will happen when you push them too far or not at all. yes he runs a tight ship and is a hard-ass. But he knows, thats how the kids won't break. If he could survive back then, a waste of space he was, so can anyone and everyone else.
