The world has been given a problem. Strange catastrophes have been happening all over the globe. Earth quakes where they couldn't possibly happen. Tsunamis flaring up in the middle of deserts. All from the power of one man going by the name Dr. Guantanamo . A Faceless organization has created the worlds first super powered super villain. He has been abusing the gifts they gave him and is demanding to be worshipped like a god. Unfortunately for him you and 200 other candidates are about to be created just like him.

The corporation simply referred to as Alpha Corp by the public has created an answer to the problem they created. Lucky you. you have been chosen along with 200 other candidates who each have been picked because they are each different. Alpha Corp is trying to create a team that is strong enough to defeat The good (or evil) Doctor. How will they do it you might ask? By giving each and one of you a serum. This serum will do anything from enhance your physical abilities to allow you to launch many sorts of candys from every part of your body. They really don’t know what shape the serum will take in ones body so there taking a gamble.

So here’s where you learn how to create your character. Each will be given a serum this will give you powers. Now to keep it fair since there will be some PvP we need a system that allows one to judge the strength of there power. Welcome to the simplest system ever created. Each of you will start out with 5 points. these points can be put in any power you would like. They can be divided up into multiple powers or all mashed into one its up to you. A few things to keep in mind are:

- The more specific your power is the less points it needs to be powerful. (e.g Person A with 5 points in fire control throws a fire ball at Person B who has 5 points in throwing fire balls. B throws a fire ball at A's fire ball and B's will break through A's and hit A.) now keep in mind its not very useful to put five points into controlling the littlest toe on someone’s right foot all though you would kick ass at doing so you would still get beaten pretty easily.

- Understand that you won’t be able to do much with 1 point in a power which brings us to the second most important part of the simple system

Mile stones 1,5,10,15,20,25......

They basically signify where your powers make a large jump.

- 1 points you may now use your power. E.g. Fire user can light small fires and throw fire balls, wind users can knock people off there feet and so forth.

- 5 points you lose most weaknesses to your powers. E.g. A fire user cant burn himself, A super speed user can now turn corners without sending his organs to one side of his body.

- 10 points you gain an immunity to others of your power E.g. you cant get burned by other fire users meaning you no longer have to consciously try to stop another fire users attack as long as they are no more than 4 points higher than you.

- 15 points congrats you are now igniting hole parking lots with the snap of a finger or flooding them by spitting on the ground :P

- 20 ............stop you just engulfed a whole apartment complex in flames.............and flooded half of the town.....

- 25 STOP PACKING THEM ALL INTO ONE POWER.

You get the point if you want a specific ruling on what you can and can't do with certain number of points in your power just ask me that’s what im here for.

I do reserve the right to ban certain powers such as mind control and invisibility. Basically anything way to over powered. Obviously as we continue there will be some huge powers but that means your opponents get stronger too.
