Jezicka set off for school after her parents had dropped her off. They waved her goodbye as she waved back in embarrassment. She hurried up the long, enchanting staircase as her silver hair flew in the wind. She pushed the tall, gray doors open to have all eyes set upon her. They all scurried off except one. It was the city bad boy Alex.

Jezicka was on the other side, leaning against the wall. She looked over to the group and rolled her eyes. She knew better not to mess with Alex. Even after the last incident when she had a run-in with the rebel. She then caught sight of Tristan. She blushed and looked away to the window, hoping he hadn't seen her.

Tristan looked at Jezcika, confused. Was it really him who had made her blush? No, it couldn't be. Absolutely no one could ever be attracted to him.

Jezcika mentally facepalmed. "He saw me...." she muttered to herself. She blushed in embarrassment. "What should I do? Go over there and try to talk to him...?" She looked over and saw Alex and Isabelle fighting. She went over, hoping to not try and steal a glance to Tristan. Lately, she had been trying to get on Isabelle's good side. It was worth a shot. Even though she would get one hell of a lecture from her cousin aka Alex about barging into his business. She grabbed his arm and started to tug on his shirt collar. "Alex, stop being a asshole and go flirt with some sluts."

"Class starts in ten minutes, you should get your stuff out", she suggested, smiling at him. He was still unresponsive. "I'm going to go to my locker, see you at lunch!" Isabelle had just turned around to leave when Tristan called out after her.
"Wait!" he cried. She faced him. "Jezcika is really nice.. and kind of cute.. Do you think she likes me?"
"Yes, but don't date her. She's not a nice person", said Isabelle. Her brother frowned.
Jezcika only rolled her eyes and walked to class. She left her bookbag home so she was most likely going to get another lecture from her teacher. She sat down in her seat as the people around her whispered to each other. She was already stereotyped by everyone because of Alex. She regretted being his cousin since Day 1. She glanced over at Alex on the other side of the room, who was glaring daggers at her.
"Good point." Isabelle sighed and hoisted her backpack onto her shoulder before heading to her locker. After grabbing the necessary supplies for her first period, she headed there with a great deal of dread. Alex and Jezcika were going to be inside, and she really did not feel like dealing with them at this moment.
Tristan, on the other hand, was getting ready for gym class. Because of the taunting of bullies about many things, including his scrawny body and his sexuality, he had to change into his exercise clothes in a locked bathroom stall. He pulled on the Ghostbusters shirt and black shorts he had borrowed from Isabelle before exiting the stall and examining himself in the bathroom mirror. His sister was a lot taller, but they wore about the same clothing size. The shorts were rather short on her, but they came down to Tristan's knees, which suited him just fine.
Isabelle slid into her seat and stared down at her iPhone, browsing a bunny breeder forum and deliberately trying to avoid looking at Alex and Jezcika. Her homework sat out on her desk, ready for the teacher to inspect once class began. Unlike Alex, she always did her homework. A shouting match between Alex and their Geometry teacher was not a thing Isabelle was looking forward to. She sighed.
Once class was over, Jezcika rushed out, avoiding the teacher's yells and her confused look. She wanted to get away from Alex. She decided bullying some kids would help as long as Isabelle or Tristan weren't around to see it. She started with her first victim, her ex-best friend who she always had fights with. She didn't want to bully her but she was mad and nothing was able to stop her. Except one person... "Yo blondie! Still wearing that ugly ass outfit again?" Her ex- best friend turned around, looking a bit startled by Jezcika's angry outburst. But then she smirked. Jezcika knew there would be another fight. She had a bad feeling about it but she had already started the fight.
She sat in her seat, waiting for Alex to leave before she did. Her books were clutched against her chest. She'd noticed that Jezcika had bolted out of the class as fast as she could.
Alex heard yelling from the hallway and left the room, sneaking a smirk toward Isabelle but looked shocked/pleased to see Jezcika and her friend, fighting. He always liked it when Jezcika fought. It made him feel proud.
The office was very close, and she had plenty of time to notify some staff between the period that just ended and her upcoming study hall.
Tristan, on the other hand, was nursing a bruise on his right side from a bully who "accidentally" hit him with a baseball. In order to avoid more torment, he had had to retreat to inside a locker. He was going to be late to his next period again. And get a detention.

Alex had walked off after he hid Jezcika into a locker, unaware that it was right by Tristan's. "Stay here and hide from the security guards." He whispered to hear a bang on the other side from Jezcika. He saw Isabelle and let out a 'tch' sound. There was one thing he hated most about her. How she always snitched on him when he ditched school or got in fights.
Once he saw Isabelle, he quickly spun her around and pinned her against the wall. He wanted to protect his cousin. For once he wanted her to be happy. Which was weird of him... The bad boy who didn't give a shit about anything is helping Jezcika, the second person he hated in the entire world besides Isabelle. Knowing that Isabelle was going to snitch on Jezcika made him pissed.
Isabelle scowled and tried to push Alex off of her. It didn't work very well, seeing as he was much stronger than she was. "Get off of me, pervert!" She could hear Tristan banging around in his locker and began to panic. He had gotten stuck in there various times before and she really needed to help him. "Please, my brother needs my help..."
"No thanks. Calm down will ya?" He was taken aback by the pervert insult but immediately his face softened a little at her worried look. "I'm sure he's fine, Miss Control Freak." He knew Tristan was in the locker next to Jezcika's since he saw the purple hair through the crack of the locker. He set them up. He wanted to make it up for the times he's neglected her. "But I want you to do something for me. If you don't accept, I'll break into your house and kill your little bunny friends. Got it?"

"How dare you threaten them... What do you want?" Alex's face and body were far too close to Isabelle's right now, and she was beginning to feel strange inside. She wanted him to go away as soon as possible, and for the feeling to disappear.

Jezcika didn't hear his call due to the many attempts she's tried to break down the locker handle. Then she remembered the locker tricks Alex had taught her a long time ago when she was in a pinch. She took a ruler out of the locker she had burst through and stopped. She slid the ruler down the crack of the locker, loosening the lock and pulling the handle to have the door swing open. Her eyes widened and she dropped the ruler. "T-Tristan..."

"Thank.. Thank you..." Tristan blushed and looked at the ground. He was embarrassed Jezcika had seen him like this.

Alex watched as Isabelle left down the hallway. He went back to Jezcika but quickly stopped to hide behind the corner. He decided to eavesdrop. With Jezcika and Tristan there, alone, he could see the future looking pretty good for his cousin.
