Naru has short light brown hair that seemingly has a mind of its own. Hair brushes don't do a lot for his hair and he really just lets it do whatever it wants and goes on with his day. His eyes are dark brown in color though looking close you will see lighter brown speckles littered in those dark eyes. He's not the tallest in the world and he's a bit self conscious of such a thing but, he also uses his smaller stature to his advantage at times. His skin appears rather smooth and unmarred at first glance but if you really start examining his appearance, you'll find scars littering his form from dealing with bullies in his life and from being as clumsy as he is, though there's no huge scars, the fact that they're still there bothers him a bit. Often you'll see him wearing a lot of dark colors but then there are days where he wears bright colors and shines like the sun, it depends on his mood really. If he's happy he'll wear brighter colors and if he's upset/sad he'll wear darker colors.

Naru is a gentle soul, eager to help another person and give them the shirt off his back if they needed it. He'll help those who have even wronged him, though that does not always mean that he has forgiven them for what they've done. He's quite shy and quiet at first, but he's bubbly and eager to get your attention once he opens up to you and once you really get to know him you'll find that he's fiercely loyal and will stand by you even in your darkest days. He's stubborn, very stubborn, once he's got his mind set on something it is nearly impossible to change his mind. He's got a lot of self confidence issues and doesn't think much of himself as a whole, having been put down a lot of his life by those around him. He really just wants to make friends, wants to have people in his life that'll care about him and that he can care about. He'll stand up for others and does have a firey side but he's not going to let himself ever be seen as a bully so he knows exactly when a line is crossed in standing up for someone and bullying the person that is being wrong towards the one he stands up for.

H I S T O R Y
He was always the kid that was cast out, it got worst when he started doing things other kids didn't do. If his toys were put up high, he'd want them so badly that they'd float down to him, his parents never believing it until they'd see it for themselves later. These occurrences happened at school too and his teachers would think him a trouble maker and started disliking him and giving him detentions. Anytime he was picked on and bullied for being different, it was automatically assumed that he started it and played the boy that cried wolf. His parents were busy with their jobs and never really thought their son's issues with the other kids were that bad. He closed himself off for a long time, wondering what was wrong with him until that fateful letter came in. Then he learned that there was nothing wrong with him, he was different but not in a bad way. He was different in an amazing way that just made so much sense, that just felt so right. His parents didn't know what to make of their son being a wizard but, they supported him and went on with their lives as he got ready to head to schooling for his magic.
Arriving at hogwarts left him in a state of awe. He had read all about it but seeing it was something else, feeling it was something else. It felt like home more than home felt like home. He was nervous about what house he'd be in, he was nervous about making friends, he was scared he'd be bullied here as well. He didn't know what house he wanted to be in the most but when the sorting hat landed on his head and belted "HUFFLEPUFF", it just felt too right to him. Surrounded by yellow and smiling faces, he felt he belonged for the first time in a long time.
He learned very early on that he did not like flying on a broom. The height and his lack of control just made him push it away, though he'd always look on in awe at anyone else that would zip around on a broom as if it was as easy as breathing. He excelled in charms and was rather good with potions. He liked transfiguration as well and did well there. He eventually found that he really enjoyed care of magical creatures when he was in the year that he could take that class, he excelled there and enjoyed it all too much. He does not at all like divination and dropped it as an elective.
