Commercial- The Cuanians have a long history of trade. At one point even, the throne of Cuan Imperius was held by Trade Princes. That lasted for three hundred years. Then, Mikhail Harter was born. He was given the title of Viceroy of Cuan under Trade Prince Silvius Freyah. After Silvius died, Mikhail ascended to the throne and kept the title of Viceroy and made the Cuanian Systems a Viceroyalty. Mikhail became Viceroy of Cuan. He, like all rulers, had a high value of mercantilism. He believed that trade made a nation. He set up trade alliances with every ally he ever gained. With every treaty, there was a Trade Pact. He had more freighters built than ever and even gave them a little hangar complement and some armament. No way a trade would go wrong. Cuan was an extremely Mercantilism based nation.
