Arlergia

In the cold lands near the northern outskirts of Tarn lies the city of Arlergia: the sky city. Hidden within the clouds, Arlergia stood the best chance against Murlocto, but eventually fell to Murlocto's advanced magic -- or so the story goes. Despite being in the sky, Arlergia is easily accessible. Citizens of Tarn can easily travel to the sky city by using the sky ferries from the town of Torbito, which is located a short distance away. Arlergia remains to be a major trade city trading in all sorts of trade ranging from minerals within the floating rocks, produce, to the beloved gretin steak.

Gretins are native creatures to this area and closely resemble large cattle-like creatures. They are capable of floating through the air, much like the rocks and ground around them. These cattle-like animals are herded regularly by the citizens of Arlergia and their meat is sold for high prices throughout the kingdom of Tarn.

Arlergia's mayor is believed to be working closely with Murlocto in discovering how to start the ancient machines that seem to be abundant in this area, though, he too has had little success. The mayor, Flarion Diamond, is a large despicable men who is not respected by the citizens he rules, mainly because he is a very selfish man, but still is considered to be the greatest tactician of his time. Murlocto had seen the potential this man had in commanding his armies and treats him as one of his own. Some speculate that Flarion secretly aligned with Murlocto during the invasion, which could explain why Arlergia fell so easily. Why don't you go ask him?
