Abilities: Dissolution Form- In simplest terms, Mika shifts from human form to a semi-amorphous liquidous humanoid. Mika's atomic structure instantaneously shifts and realigns to form a set of new, much more deadly substances composed of several arsenic and fluorine isotopes. These compounds appear to be a bluish gray liquid, and have highly toxic qualities to the point that mere contact with skin will result in the rapid degeneration of cells and contact poisoning. More dangerous and spectacular effects can be achieved through applying more of her liquid form to the target. The fluorine isotopes in Mika's Dissolution form rapidly absorb and disperse most forms of energy. Weak types such as sunlight won't result in any visible effect, but stronger spectrums of energy will result in the molecules making up her new form to violently disassociate from her form and a similar effect for the energy source itself.
Dissolution- Mika's physical form slowly breaks down when in Dissolution Form, and requires fuel to reassociate. This fuel comes in the form of any organic material being absorbed into her liquid body to replace the lost molecules. If this is not performed to an adequate degree before shifting back into human form, Mika won't come back in one piece...

Personality: A rather blunt woman who hates those who are too weak-minded to speak what they feel. She's not afraid of anything aside from death, and loves to make both her friends and enemies think twice about what she herself is thinking. In battle, she's rather hot-headed and sadistic. Around Azure though, the woman seems no more spiteful than a child and showers her leader with affection.
Bio: Helia lived a normal life with her parents and older brother until her 19th birthday, when she showed an innate skill with magical objects. LIMIT was testing it's second generation of M-Types during this time and their sources informed them of a perfect candidate for experimentation; A savant. She was abducted under the cover of a fire at a local college and presumed dead by the public. Having suffered a head injury, and been subjected to hypnotic suggestion by LIMIT that she was "Mika" and not Helia Smith, her life was effectively rewritten in her own mind. The young woman was kept secret from a majority of the LIMIT staff, the only ones knowing of her existence being the most high-ranking officials and magitech specialists. Since then Mika had been instilled with an advanced magitech engine, but a flaw arose. It seemed that despite the near-limitless application of her neo-liquid form, the fact that it required 'sustenance' was a rather undesireable trait. Her project was scrapped and she was scheduled for magitech engine removal...when Azure set her free. A month later, she found him leading a rebellion. It's no wonder that she joined him and his cause.
