Setting
The NW T-SE (New Washington Tower-South East) is manned with a single long-ranged sleek cannon pointed outwards at the surrounding wasteland. This cannon is loaded with explosive charges powerful enough to level anything living within a two-mile radius of the center of impact.
The Tower itself was run by Akio and Allen, before Allen was injured and was resigned. Most of the mass of the building is composed of pipes, electrical wiring and other electronics, but the few rooms that T-SE does contain are built for comfort and cleanliness.
