Distrutto was a luxurious land. but like everything it had a dark side. it's darkest depths held monsters. horrors that were only whispered about in the back of an inn. but the lords of the land came up with a plan. gather the worlds most powerful mages and heroes to seal these beasts in a magical prison. the mages set up a powerful beacon of magic to attract the monsters attention and lure them into their trap. as the monsters came close the mages cast the spell while the heroes kept the monsters back. as the spell was finished the monster were sealed away, along with the heroes and mages who sealed them there. the lords and people rejoiced the fact the monsters were no longer plaguing them and the heroes and mages were given a great monument as a token of the peoples appreciation to them.

The peace that came was wondrous and sweet. the people lived fruitful lives and crime was very low. but this didn't last. some lords got corrupt, crime elevated, war broke out. and dark magics began to seep into the world. These were all events that lead to one thing. the magic cage that held the monsters back broke. unleashing hundreds more than the amount that was sealed away. the lords no matter how corrupt knew this to be dire and summoned there armies to confront this horde of monsters. they managed to hold them at a pass through a mountain that they had set up strong and sound defenses. although it did stop the onslaught it did not force the monsters to retreat either. they continued to strike against the defenses. their anger for being sealed urging them on. the lead general turned to anyone able to wield a blade or cast a spell for help. this is where you come in. you are one of these heroes ( who will not start right at the frontlines) and help this world prevail against an evil long thought to be defeated.

if you have nothing to put in a slot just put "not applicable" or "n/a". profession means what they do (ex. swordsmen, mage, etc.). appearance should be done with a picture and words. i will stress how important it is that if you do not wish to have a romance with another roleplayer i suggest putting down a romantic relationship that is your wife/husband at home. sexual orientation i put down because i am not afraid to have homo-sexual relationships in my roleplays. note that i will only accept a gay orientation if it is known by its proper term. that is homo-sexual, not gay (gay used to mean happy once upon a time). everything else is self explanatory.
