Mt.Dromdor

Guy sighed he decided to follow the two of them. He walked up to them to hear Blade.

"Sure... I have some money left to buy us some lunch." Blade smiled warmly.

Guy smiled "You're buying! wow thanks!" Guy said with a smile. He put his one arm around Blade's shoulders in a rough brotherly embrace. He smiled. "It's okay, I can cover myself." Guy told him. He followed blade back to the grocery store.

Blade entered the store and looked around. "Alright guys. What do you want to eat? Everything's on me. Except for Guy, since he wanted to cover himself." Blade chuckled. He didn't know what gnomes and dark elves eat, let alone what these two would want in their stomachs. He looked around and gathered a loaf of bread for himself.

"Meat!" Tina exclaimed, "and alcohol!" She liked having men buy her things. She walked around the store, it was a big super store, it had everything. Even live animals. Tina had always loved animal she especially loved eating them. They walked around the store she had picked out mammoth meat and a nice wine. It wasn't too expensive. She looked at the animals, she studied them. "Aww I want one sooo bad" she said in a voice as if she were talking to a baby. She liked the cats and the really big birds. "But not today" she said in a somewhat sad voice. She couldn't take care of a pet yet she wanted to wait until she found some treasure with this group of guys.

She told blade what she picked out (meat and wine) and waited for him to pick out something.

Joseph woke up from his light sleep, much needed. He set forth then to the blacksmith. Martin, the blacksmith, recognized him immediately, and his eyes widened. "Joseph!! You skinny little hneta!! what are you doing here?!" Joseph smiled at the old mans rant. "I'm here on rest quarry, and to get directions in the mountains." Joseph said, leaning onto the counter. "And i have need for some maps. would you happen to have any maps of the labyrinth of Mt.Dromdor?" And the ond man scratched his beard. "Well." He started, "I might just happen to have some old tomes. Maybe a map, or magical visions of it. Let me go check." And with that, Martin walked into his shop, and slammed his head on a desk. "DAMN IT!" He roared, and kicked it, which made his yell louder. Finally, Martin decided to just shove the desk aside. Joseph had to restrain from laughing.

A minute later, Martin emerged from his shop. he was holding a tattered leather case, and in the other a double sided sword. the sword had a red gleam to it, and Joseph recognized it as the rauður innlausn. Joseph first questioned the blade, after taking the leather case. Martin replied, "only the wielder of this blade can read this map." Martin then looked Joseph straight in the eye. "Do not lose this, my young friend. the blade itself is very light-" Martin said as joseph took the sword, and Martin was true to his word. The sword was VERY light for a two handed sword. Joseph then took the Map out, and saw the detailed map uncoil before his eyes. "Wow, Martin. this is amazing. how much will it all cost?" Joseph said looking back up at martin. The old man smiled and shook his head. "For you, nothing." And Joseph smiled. He thanked the man, and then thought in the back of his head, where the hell are the others?

Joseph ended up going to the gæludýr búð. When he went in, he saw, and heard, all the activity. Joseph then walked around. He wasn't looking for anything in particular. Joseph was roaming around when he heard a soft Hoot. Joseph looked around, and saw an owl. He went closer to it, and it Hooted again. Joseph smiled, and saw that it was all white, except for a brown infinity sign on it's forehead. the sign went down, and covered it's two huge eyes, so it looked like the sign was in Magnification. Joseph held out his arm, and the owl hopped onto his w\rist, and Joseph was grateful he had gauntlets. Joseph then walked toward the counter, when he felt something rub up against his leg. He looked down, and saw a huge cat. Joseph was an expert on cats, and many other animals, and determined that it was a mixture of a Lynx and Panther. Weird combination, Joseph thought as the cat rumbled. Joseph then thought of Tink, and let the cat follow him. Joseph found the clerk, and bought the two animals, finally finding the group in the town square. "Oh Tink! i have something for you." And the huge cat hopped down from Joseph's shoulder, walking towards Tink. "I hope you enjoy him, considering he's about as tall as you." Joseph joked.

"Aww!" Tinka exclaimed. He called her by a much needed cute nickname. She loved having these sweet guys around. She studied her new companion. Then a thought had came to her, She showed all the guys and asked them "What should I name him?" She was excited, the cat was mearly a kitten yet it came close to being eye to eye with Tinka.

"Do you think ill be able to ride him!" she asked the group happyly.

"That'll be the day!" Guy laughed. He imagined it a gnome riding a small, yet still large cat around. Guy looked at her. "Why don't you call him tiny?" Guy said with a grin on his face.

Blade bought the wine and meat Tinka had gotten, as well as more meat and bread he had gotten himself. By the time Blade handed in the money, he was broke. "Again" Blade muttered out loud, accidentally. Suddenly, Joseph came again with a cat, who was given to Tinka.

"What should I name him?" She asked.

"Why don't you call him tiny?" Guy responded.

Blade started to ponder about a name until one poped up in his mind. "What about Jasmine?"

"Jasmine? the animal is a male, why do you insist on insulting it?" guy joked.

Joseph looked at the debating men. "Guys, it's Tink's choice. and she can call it whatever she wants." Joseph said, and told the group that he had a map. "Only the wearer of this sword can read it though." Joseph concluded, and told the crew that they were leaving the village. Joseph then left out the right entrance, and they were in the forest again.

As Joseph led the party deeper into the forest, he started seeing images and hearing whispers. Images of fire and death seared his brain. Joseph sat down on the ground, and he suddenly collapsed, unconscious.

Joseph was floating above Drakenhaul, the capital. He saw nothing out of the ordinary. He was wondering what he saw in this image, when he heard a squeal, and looked up. Joseph gasped as he saw a huge, white dragon. it descended on the Capital, and a jet of flame erupted from its gaping mouth. Joseph looked in horror, as he saw buildings burned, people dying, screaming, and archer's arrows being useless. Joseph heard another screech, but this one deeper. Joseph looked back up and he almost pooped himself. A dragon, the size half of the castle, was descending. He saw the multicolored red and black of it, and the huge dragon spit out a huge rock. As it hit the ground, it splattered everywhere, like it was made of lava. Joseph couldn't bear it any longer, and tried to chant a spell, but it failed. Then, something amazing happened, the red and black dragon ate the red dragon. He stood no chance for the black and red one was three times its size. The last thing Joseph saw was the red and black dragon hurling more balls of lava everywhere on the town, and then the dragon saw Joseph, just floating there. In the air. It seemed to smile, and took off in flight towards joseph. Joseph couldn't do anything, and he woke up just before he entered the dragon's mouth.

Guy followed Joseph He sighed as he realized he wasn't getting lunch unless he hunted or gathered. Guy stopped as he saw Joseph sat down, he looked paranoid, looking over his shoulders and his eyes darting round, his pointed ears flicking every once and a while to indicate he was hearing silent voices. guy knew that there was something about him not right. guy was about to ask him if he was all right but then Joseph collapsed. guy immediately went into Joseph's mind, Guy barely got through his barriers with his life, he was lucky Joseph was weakened by his unconsciousness. Guy saw what he saw, but in a more fuzzy and choppy way, like a broken signal on a radio or TV.

Guy immediately tried as hard as he could to pull Joseph as he saw the giant dragon. Guy was lucky to pull him out in time, it wasn't uncommon for visions to have physical repercussions aswell. "Damnit!" Guy yelled as he withdrew from Josephs mind, his metal barriers coming back, guy fell to the ground as a magical force threw him. "Holy shit!" guy yelled recollecting josephs vision.

Tink walked with the guys into the forest. she was still think about a name, she was in deep thought until Joseph pass out. Tinka immediately ran over to him and got on top of him she checked to see if he was alive. She put her head on his chest and heard his heart beat beating extremely fast. Tinka was never one to understand magic, so she paniced she didnt know what to do. "Does he need air?!" Tinka said scared. Tinka thought about CPR. Guy was casting some sort of spell not paying attention to tinka's question. Tinka stayed listening to his heartbeat go faster and faster until he finally woke up. 'Tiny' was licking his face and Tinka got off of him.

"Holy shit!" Guy yelled, "Tell me what you saw!" Tinka said quickly, "Tell me!" She was half curious half worried.

It's not really my place to tell you what was in his mind." guy said Getting up. He rubbed his arm, it would be bruised and sore for a while. Guy walked back over to the others. "So what exactly just happened?" Guy asked. he had seen that happen before, but only when people accessed someone's mind, never just because. guy was worried. That Vision seemed pretty important and scary.

Joseph felt being pulled out of his vision. He then knew what was happening, as Guy probed into his mind, and pulled him out. Joseph came out with a jolt of needing, like if he didn't do things now, it would be too late. "Quick, follow me!" Joseph yelled as he sprinted through the forest, faster than ever he'd ran before. As Joseph got to the river he'd seen the huge fish in earlier, he automatically knew something was wrong. "STOP!!!" Joseph bellowed, and skidded to a halt.

Joseph looked around, unsheathing the huge 2H sword Martin had given him. "Something isn't right here..." Joseph said.

GUy folowed Joseph, it was easy for him to keep up because honestly Joseph being half halfling, he had short legs. Guy then skidded to a stop beside him, he tripped though and ended up face first in the dirt. "Owwww..." Guy said with his face in the dirt before he got up. He wiped dirt off his chest and face, he also blew his nose, producing some mucos and dirt aswell. Guy then topok a deeep breathe. "obviously something isn't right here. There's a giant coy swimminga round in the river." Guy said. He twitched his cheek and felt a stining pain as he felt blood drip down his chin, he must have taken a rock to the cheek. He wiped off the blood with the back of his hand and then licked it off.

Tinka followed Guy running quickly with Tiny, until they came to a stop and Guys face tasted dirt. "BAhahahahha!" Tinka couldn't help but laugh. She quickly regained seriousness. she went up to Joesph and got in front of him. she looked up at him and begged "Please Joesph tell me what the hell is going on!"
"There's a giant coy swimming around in the river."
"What does that have to do with anything?" Tinka was confused.

Joseph explained to tink what had happened earlier, and after the brief synopsis, he told the others to stay here "i'm going into the river, stay here." and when joseph walked into the river, he chanted: "búa til loftbóluna í kringum mig" , and an air bubble formed around him in the water, and he could see clearly. "You guys watch for anything from up here. while i'm down here, scary stuff might happen." and Joseph submerged into the water.

Joseph looked around at the bottom of the river. there were plenty of fish, but that wasn't what Joseph was looking for. He then saw the sunken ice ship, and walked to it. it was cracked in half, and the ores were nowhere to be seen. his energy was draining, so Joseph needed to work fast. he first took a chunk of ice from the boat, and tok a bite out of it. he then heard a moan from somewhere down at the bottom of the river, and Joseph looked around. It took him a couple of seconds to see the huge fish he had seen earlier, and he smiled. "Come fight me, coward!" But the fish did not reply. nonetheless, Joseph ran at the giant, taking his staff off his back, and shooting dark matter at the beast. It roared, and swam at Joseph's air bubble, which Joseph ducked under, slashing the beasts belly with the hidden blade on the end of his staff.

The beast roared in pain as it flicked it's tail at joseph, and joseph was momentarily dazed. but he had no time to worry about that, for the beast was making another turn. Joseph then balled up a bright yellow light on the end of his staff, and hurled it upwards, towards the surface. the fish ran at the white light, and joseph jumped after it. the fish broke surface, and Joseph grabbed it's tail. While the beast was falling, Joseph quickly chanted: "halda þessa fiska í loftinu." And while the fish was in the air, Joseph shouted to Tink, "Quick! kill it! stab it in the head! i cant hold it much longer!" Joseph said as his strength was failing.

Guy watche dthe whole ordeal, but he knew Joseph had this. When the beast emerged and Guy saw it he automatically put his hand out. "Frosinn Spjót!" he yelled. He felt his energy lessen and the some of the wtaer slodified into ice, guy then flicked his hand in the direction of the fish and the ice Javilien went flying at it, impaling in the creatures head squirting blood everywhere. "Spjót sprungið" He then yelled and the ice javilien cracked into may peices and shrapnel of the ice felw everywhere, this killed the fish . Guy then looked at Tinka "Too slow tink." Guy said in a bit of a tired voice.

Blade watched as Joseph fainted, and he watched from afar, not knowing what was happening. Suddenly Guy yelled "Holy shit!"
"Tell me what you saw!" Tinka responded.
"Quick. follow me!" Joseph said, making his way back to the river. They all followed Joseph back to the frozen river, where the giant fish attacked.
"There's a giant coy swimming around in the river."
Joseph then explained his dream and said "I'm going into the river, stay here." before he went under the water's surface, melting some of the ice to get in. Suddenly, a coy fish broke the ice in another area, and Guy threw ice javelins at it then shatter them as they impaled the fish, killing it with ease. "Too slow Tink." Guy joked, even in the fatigued state he was in.

Blade watched the whole thing, his knife in his hand. However, it seems his services weren't required for fishing. He sighed. "Now I feel useless."

Joseph fell down on the side of the river, exhausted. "Thanks, Guy." Then Joseph kicked him in the knee. "Dont do that many spells again! you could have died!" and then joseph went over to tink, and gave her something he found in the ice boat. "here, i found this." and gave her a silver necklace with a Lapis Lazuli gemstone in the middle of it. "It reminded me of you." Joseph smiled.

Joseph then looked at Blade, who had been just standing there. "What do you mean by useless? you did the most important thing! you were watching around for enemies!" Joseph said to him, and patted him on the shoulder. Joseph's Owl, he decided to name Finn, came to him, and landed on his shoulder. "This owl. i love it. it speaks to me, it's colors, and its... it's.... it's impossible to explain." Joseph went on rambling about his owl for a while.

Guy smirked. "It was only tywo spells." Guy said. He couldn't help but think joseph had a thing for tink giving her the necklace he found, they could have sold it for food, or other supplies but he gave it to tink instead. Guy metally laughed at that. Atleast he was half halfling otherwise that relationship would seem so wrong. it still seemed funny. Guy smiled like an idiot but he didn't mention anything.

Tinka disappointed that she didn't get to test out her crossbow took the necklace. Joseph was so sweet to Tink, even though she always saw herself as a vicious monster. "Thanks!" she replied a little flirtatiously by habit.
Tinka was happy being here, she hasn't 'rampaged' sense they met. Thats a new record. She read Guys reaction to the kinda gesture Joseph had done. She listend to Josephs ramble about his owl. She couldnt help to join in talking about her cat, and how its grow in the day or two that they've had him. It was at least 80-90 pounds, about the size of a great dane. She asked Joesph "When should I train tiny how to be a great mount?","love" she added in just to see his reaction.

Guy laughed even more. he could imagine tink riding that cat. Nobody would take her seriously. "Maybe then you'll be able to keep up with us tink." Guy laughed a little. "But maybe it's best to start early." Guy told her. guy just looked over the river and noticed that the water wasn't as dark as before, the water must have been corrupted, and the fish would have become mad because of it. "Hey guy's I have a theory." Guy told them.
