The cool one of the school, Ikuto tends to flirt with all the girls. He is very skilled at keeping an image of himself present, stabilizing his reputation as the school's 'bad-boy' Student Council president. Elected out of popularity, Ikuto has actually no desire to go into politics. He likes being the president because it gets him out of having to do certain things and it also somewhat redeems himself in his parents' eyes. He is not afraid to stoop to a level where he has to do manual labor. If he were, where would he be now? He's a hard-worker (outside of school) and only when he wants to be. If there is something in it for Ikuto, you can always bet that he will try to manipulate the situation so that the benefits will always fall towards him.
This manipulation goes beyond situations and also into people's minds. He knows how to twist people around his finger (part of why he's Student council president. The other part is because Ikuto is insanely smart), and the only people that he can't seem to persuade to ever see his side are his parents - who hate him.
He likes most of the girls at the school, but finds it annoying when they confess to him every day. It makes him feel somewhat bad that he doesn't return their feelings, but then he'd be a very bad boyfriend if he returned all their feelings. Nonetheless, he tries his best, and sometimes leads girls on, which get his female friends mad at him.

Description
Tall, at 6'1", Ikuto is lean and well-muscled. He's supposedly on the track team, but he never goes to practice. Instead, he spends his time doing his own stuff. With pale olive green eyes and messy dark hair, Ikuto also has a rather unique and interesting smile. He is tan in the spring but pales easily in the winter, which sometimes annoys him. He wears a black cross around his neck, even though he is not particularly the most religious person in the world.
He has slender, strong fingers and hands, and an overall 'cool' look about his face. He has arrogance in his eyes and a confident twitch to his lips. His eyes are always attentive, even though he might be spacing out. Always the one to contradict the teacher, Ikuto speaks with authority in his voice and rebelliousness in his expressions. He is usually seen reclining in his seat, legs thrown up on the desk, feet crossed, head down - as though he were sleeping. Nonetheless, because Ikuto is so damn smart, he always manages to answer questions correctly.
History
On his seventh birthday, it was announced that he’d marry a young lady named Sakura. After they met, he plainly told his father that he would rather be disowned than marry him. When Ikuto turned fourteen, the year he was supposed to marry her, his father disowned him without reluctance. At one point, he lived with his grandparents, though after realizing that he was being a burden, he began renting an apartment. His grandparents helped fund him until this past year when they had to focus on their own health care. He’s been struggling to pay the bills, so he got a job as a waiter at a café.
