Appearance: Hikaru is a very tall, thin man. He has a fairly decent, muscular build, but that doesn't help disguise the fact that it is obvious he eats the bare minimum needed to survive. Like everyone in the Kaguya clan, he has two small red dots in the center of his forehead. His hair is pure white, like that of many of the users of Shikotsumyaku, and falls halfway down his back in gentle waves. It has a thin, silky texture, and is parted on the left side of his head, his bangs usually covering his eyes partially. His eyes are light green, and fairly narrow. Hikaru's skin is lightly tanned, but with a washed-out, gray tint to it, giving him a rather dead looking appearance.

For clothing, Hikaru tends to stick to a mixture of traditional and modern. He is most commonly seen wearing a mottled purple and black hakama, and a tightly fitting black sleeveless shirt. He often also has a circular piece of metal with spikes protruding from it over his shoulders, although sometimes in battle he will take that off in order to be able to use his bones as weapons more freely. He has long purple gauntlets covering his arms, although in battle he will more often than not remove those as well so that he is able to use his jutsus more freely.

Personality: Hikaru does not put the Kaguya clan to shame. He is violent, blood-thirsty, and aggressive, just like all of his ancestors, and is rather proud of that fact. Hikaru is the sort of person who would much prefer brawn over brains, and it appears he has neither. While he can actually be quite intelligent if he puts his mind to it, Hikaru becomes a mindless killing machine the minute he sees blood. Even his own allies will occasionally have difficulties in stopping him from killing them, something which has caused most people to be rather hesitant about putting Hikaru in squads with others.

'Death's Henchman' is a very good name for him, which is why so many know him as that. Not only does Hikaru introduce many people to death, but he will also never shut up about it. Literally. It is almost impossible to be in a conversation with him for more than a few minutes before he makes some sort of comment pertaining to death. It's not that he's depressed. Hikaru is actually a very cheerful person, especially if he's filled his daily quota of people to slaughter. He just happens to have an unhealthy obsession with death. Because of this, people tend to refuse to talk to him.

History: Born into the renown Kaguya clan, Hikaru was taught from a young age that violence is the answer. He also learned that violence is the question as well. And the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. His parents were rather bloodthirsty, needless to say. In fact, everyone was rather bloodthirsty, which says quite a bit about Hikaru himself. He discovered his kekkei genkai when he was fairly young, around the age of eight or nine. This caused everyone in his clan to both respect and fear him, and made his parents incredibly proud of him.

He began receiving extra training from members of his clan in his teens, bringing his fighting skills to an incredibly high level. Because of his incredibly small chakra pool, taijutsu was always the main point of Hikaru's focus. He soon became excellent at fighting physically, especially with the help of his kekkei genkai, and also became quite proficient at using his main weapon: twin scythes. Despite his skills at physical fighting, though, he had a difficult time ascending ranks because he was - and still is - terrible at ninjutsu, and couldn't use genjutsu at all. His violent, uncontrollable personality also held him back a bit. Still, eventually he managed to attain the rank of jounin, which is where he is now.

Kekkei Genkai: Shikotsumyaku (Dead Bone Pulse)
Description: The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones' growth as well as the location of calcium deposits. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. The user was also able to create armour of dense bone underneath their skin. Immediately after the bone is pulled out, the broken skin heals. Although it seems it takes a bit longer for the limb to become usable again or unless the user regrows the bones consciously. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible; the bones can withstand even a chakra-infused blade, which is usually enough to cut through anything. Techniques:
Ten-Finger Drilling Bullets: Allows him to shoot bullets of bone out from his fingertips. It takes a fairly small amount of chakra, so it can be used multiple times with ease, especially since his bones regenerate. This is his main long-distance attack.
Dance of the Willow: A taijutsu that involves him growing his bones out of parts of his body, usually his palms, and performing a set of dance-like steps that make it possible for him to attack multiple opponents. It is close-range, and useful if he is surrounded by opponents.
Dance of the Camellia: A fast-paced attack of continual stabs using a sword made of the bones of his upper arm. It is difficult to see due to the speed, so targets often have a difficult time evading it, but it takes a considerable amount of energy, so Hikaru cannot use the attack for very long.
Dance of the Larch: A defence involving multiple bones piercing out of his skin in various areas, making him practically untouchable except by those with weapons such as spears, arrows, or swords, or those with extreme accuracy, such as the Hyuuga 64-Palm technique. If necessary, he will combine the defence with a spin, making him literally untouchable for as long as he can keep spinning, which is not very long.
Dance of the Seedling Fern: Hundreds of thousands of blades of bone rise up from the ground, killing and injuring those who are standing in the way. Hikaru is also able to merge with the bones and emerge from them to attack any surviving opponents. This attack takes an absolutely massive amount of chakra, and Hikaru can only use it once in battle, and can only maintain it for about five minutes. If he tries to use it any more than that, or if he tries to use it after he has already used other attacks, he will pass out or perhaps even die.
