The current king of Carnwennan the Demon Kingdom, Gurgurant had many mistresses in the past until he chose one to be his queen. That woman was Lady Corona of the demonic noble family of House Eludibs. Eventually he and Corona had a daughter who they named Vynia. When Vynia showed signs of magic potential they decided to have her study dark magic.
