Nightmare Kingdom

Lilith just stood by watching everyone. "Death Death Death..." She muttered to herself, eyeing Kazu from far away. She would fight, but at this point she really didn't care.

Dark Kaze cletched his fist tightly. He was so closed to just grasp the cocky creature in front of him and kill him with a flick of his wrist. However, Dark Kaze restrained himself. This...creature owned his and his brother's souls, even his human girl's soul and heart. He released his killing intend, realeased it enough so even a cocky creature like that Nightmare Prince himself would sweat. He retreated, but still kept half of his consciousness.

Kaze blinked and looked at the Prince. He had heard everything and to say he was pissed was an underestatement. Kaze was NOT pissed. He was FURIOUS.

He and his brother were sharing their consciousness at the moment, the demon had one red eye - Dark Kaze's eye and one purple eye - Kaze's eye.

Kaze spoke first, he slammed his fist on the table and asked calmly "What do you mean by saying you stole MY Tenshi's heart, Kazu- SAMA?" And to everyone who knew Kaze, a calm Kaze in a tense situation was not a good sign...NOT good at all...

"Just what I said, I stole her heart." Kazu tilted his head to the side letting his crown hand crookedly "Humans... intrigue me, So many girls in my kingdom beg for my love everyday, yet when I ask for this girls heart, she rejects me because of you." He clenched the cloud of smoke in his hand making it vanish "So I had to take her heart. I think she will be sharing a dorm with me now, don't let the screaming keep you awake." He chuckled

Both Dark Kaze and Kaze growled like an animal "Give.it.back." Dark Kaze spat on the floor "...you pathetic creature...you may own our souls but the contract doesn't say anything about our hearts..." Kaze narrowed his eyes and said dangerously "Give me back my Tenshi's heart..." Dark Kaze laughed cruelly and said "...and yeah, so what? we're demons...my brother and I...we do what demons often do...we steal things..."

His face was inches to Kazu's face, Dark Kaze spoke "...of course, we won't be as stupid as you think we're... we always have a plan B to protect our...property..."

Kaze continued, his eyes still as calm as ever "...do you know how my clan's marriages work, Kazu-SAMA?"

Kazu's smirk got bigger and he pushed his face even closer to Kaze's "Oh please do tell me Kaze kun." The black flames were encircling them, Kazu's excitement level just kept rising.

Lilith watched as Kazu and Kaze spoke. She wouldn't say it aloud, but deep down, she wished Kaze would just rip off Bad-dreams face and end already. But something told her the prince was stronger than that, even if he didn't show it. Sighing, Lilly sat down and looked at the ground in front of her, humming a lullaby from her mom.

Dark Kaze circled the Prince and laughed cruelly "Hehehe...you're too confident for your own good, fancy princy princy..." Kaze just spoke calmly "...the Odayakana clanmen choose their mates...when they find a suitable mate...they will give him/her a gift...a bracelet...a hair pin...a comb...a watch...or maybe...a necklace...whatever the thing a Odayakana clanmen give to their future mate, that mate have two choices: accept or... refuse. Once they accept the gift, they're tied into a marrige contract to that Odayakana clanmen that can't never...NEVER be undone or removed by any means..."

Dark Kaze continued, he giggled like a madman "...usually, when that mate accepts the gift, he/she is usually killed immediately after that...since the contract only works when the mate dies...however...there's an exception...a clan heir can have a very...VERY special type of marriage contracts..." Dark Kaze now laughed too hard that Kaze had to replace his brother and continued to explain to the ignorance Prince "...once a mate of the clan heir accepts the gift, the heir can have two choices: let him/her live or kill her/him...if they let their mates live, the mates can do whatever freely he/she wants, without any tie...however, if the heir sees fit, he/she can owns that mate...literally...from their emotions to their hearts to their very souls..."

Kaze sighed and spoked, his voice was a mixture of sadness and calmness "...there's only one different case in our clan's history...there's a clan heir, a man, loved a woman madly...blindly and gave the woman his gift...the woman accepted and the heir let her live...but...after a while, she...ran away...the man's heart was broken beyond repair...but he still loves the woman, still wants her to have the freedom she wants so...he never...never even once commands her to go back and live with him...that man...is my Father..."

Dark Kaze interrupted his brother, he didn't want to hear about his traitorous Mother "...anyways...yep...technically, she can move in with you and you can do whatever the hell you want with her...but..." Dark Kaze paused and smirked "...but we can always control her emotions, her intention...Baka otouto doesn't want to do this...but if we are forced to do so, we will...technically, we can command her to commit...suicide and have her as our wife...legally...or we can command her to never wants anyone but us...yes...just go and rape her, cocky shitty Princy...we can and we will do it...just image...you rape her and all she screams is our names...tch tch tch...must be very frustrated, huh?...just go and do whatever the hell you want, ignorance creature...because with just one little command, she will be ours..." Dark Kaze hissed the last part, his eye was filled with madness.

Annika snapped out of the trance she had been in, all she remembered was seeing Kaze flirt with the dragon girl, at the time she was extremely jealous, but now she didn't feel anything at all in her heart. She clenched her heart and fell to her knees "I can't feel.."

"doesn't matter." The prince never dropped his smirk. "I don't want her to love me, I just want to play with her." He then started walking towards Annika the whole time talking to Kaze "Her heart hurts. I feel it's pain, when she see's dark Kaze hit on other girls, it breaks her heart a little more each time, You may be a different person, but you have the body and face of the one she loves."

Jack sighed as she heard Kazu walking back over and the girl talk. She put two and two together, uncovering her eyes and looking straight up at the sky. "Damn you." She then covered her eyes back up. I wonder what would happen if I managed to escape to the Daydream lands...

Aryana watched Kaze and Kazu, then noticed Lilith. She did NOT want to kill her, or beg for mercy. She's singing a song to herself, Aryana noted. She looked down then back at Kaze and Kazu. She wondered who would win this war.

Dark Kaze smirked "...oh...it doesn't matter, you say? believe me, it does..." Kaze glared angrily at his brother and he whispered 'you hit on other girls, Nii-san?' 'shhhh, otouto...angry later...you need to save your human girl first...'

Kaze nodded his head and closed his eyes, slowly, he released his dark magic and let it filled the room. He could feel it screamed at him, yelled at him, begged him to use it. Kaze let a single tear escape his eyes. He knew if he did this, he would lose the little bit of human inside of him...but his Annika, his Tenshi needed him right now...and even if he lost his soul in hell to save her, so be it!

Kaze muttered "Here I call upon the souls of the devils, of the demons, of the evil, of the magic of the Odayakana Clan...I, clan heir Kaze Odayakana...hereby announce my mate's heart...Annika the illusionist's heart...whose heart had received and accepted my gift and my curse...returns to me...I hereby declare my ownership over Annika the illusionist's heart, body, emotions, intentions, and soul...I hereby offically announce Annika - my mate as my wife...now and forever...may the devils bless me with their black hearts..."

Kaze colasped on the ground and started yelling, screaming, crawling...he didn't care anymore. It hurted...everything in his body hurted...from his head to his heart to his soul. He had just offically announced himself as the clan heir and a demon "ARRRRRRRGGGGG..." Both Dark Kaze and Kaze yelled as they both felt their souls were being ripped apart by the ritual and both knew for sure that after the ritual, they would be a full demon...and there's no going back.

Lilith felt someones eyes on her, but by the time she looked at Aryana, she was already looking over at Kaze and Kazu. Lilith turned her head to the ground and continued mummering the words of the lullaby.

Kazu very much enjoyed bringing the evil out of Kaze "I never really wanted her, I just like to mess with you." He laughed as he walked off. This whole battle idea had been a way to mess with Kaze, Kazu was finally behaving like the nightmare prince, soon he would be able to kill his twin brother and rule the entire kingdom.. but he felt upset, he knew this wasn't the real him... his deepest secret was that he always envied his brother, he wanted to be the prince of daydreams... But no, he was forced into a world of darkness, forced to be a monster... so he would be.

Aryana watched as Kaze turned all demon. She wondered how it felt. At least I am not fighting Sebastien,she thought, then shook her head, You do not like zat guy anyvay! she reminded herself, and sighed. She wondered how Annika must be feeling. Must be hard. Aryana knew how it felt to be torn between people though. She wasn't sure if she would ever forget.

Kaze hated the Prince. He hated the bastard with every inch of his black heart. He HATED the motherfucking bastard.

As he finished transforming, Kaze looked at himself with a horrified expression...'Oh my god...what have I done? I...I killed myself...I...I turned myself into a demon...' He clutched his head as thousands of voices in his head demanded for blood, for killing.

And Kaze ran away. Running to where, Kaze didn't know. But he couldn't stay. He would hurt every single persons in this room. He would hurt his Tenshi. Kaze looked at the Prince with such hatred that if looks could kill, the Prince would be a bloody mess right now. THe normal gentle and polite Kaze was replaced by a bloodthirsty demon, even crueller than Dark Kaze himself. Kaze screamed. He needed to kill. And he needed to kill...NOW.

Annika was beyond confused, all her emotions rushed back to her. The first thing she wanted to do was see Kaze, he could always make her feel better, she ran off looking for him, she eventually found him and noticed immediately he was different. She stepped closer "Kaze senpai...?"

Aryana got the hell out of Kaze's way. She watched as he shot the prince a death stare. "Zat was a bastard move," she said, directing her words at the prince. Sure, she did a lot of bastard things, but that, that was an all time low. Vat else could you expect from ze prince of nightmares? she asked herself. With a heavy head, she struggled to figure out what to do, if she could do anything to comfort Annika or help Kaze or ANYTHING. She looked at Annika with a look that showed sympathy. "And I zought zat killing my mozzer vould be ze vorst zang I vould ever have to go zroo."

Jack finally spoke, though it was with a small voice. "Hey, Kazuma?" She had decided to give him a nickname that flowed with her talking. "I have a question about that form we signed and it's details. Or are you busy." She grinned, uncovering her eyes and standing. "Though I'd rather ask you in private as to not scare these already scarred people."

He ran out of the school and quickly approached the forest. The demon sniffed the air and grinned widely, exposed his white, sharp teeth. He could hear several growls from the distance and a few minute later, he could see many pairs of yellow eyes in the dark. He laughed gleefully: finally, some fun.

As the demon ripped off a creature's head, the blood splashed all over his face and tainted his white hair. He cracked up as he heard another animal whimpered. The blood of the creature was red and it smelled like metal. He licked his lips: it tasted like metal, too.

There was a strange noise from over the bushes, the demon turned his head and frowned as he saw a creature with two legs standing, looking at him with an expression he couldn't understand. He unconsciously looked at himself. He was the perfect picture of a white rose that was tainted by blood. blood was everywhere: on his white hair, on his pale skin, on his black kimono, on his hand, on the ground...on everywhere and everything. The blood dripped from his hair and hands was starting to dye the ground red.

"...Kaze-senpai?"

The demon heard the creature spoke. He cocked his head to one side, confused. what is a 'kaze-senpai'? Can I kill it? He frowned again. There was something familiar about the creature standing in front of him. He didn't know if it was the scent of the creature which reminded him of apples and flowers that was making his mind confuse or it was its look that made him hesitant to rip off its head. The demon's frown deepened. Did I meet this creature before? Why don't I remember?...and why is everything so blurry? But the demon wanted to kill. He hadn't killed enough. He wanted more...and more...and more. But strangely enough, he didn't want to harm the creature standing just a few feets away from him. He didn't know why but he just didn't want to.

The demon turned his head, ignored the creature and picked up another prey. As his hand went through his prey's chest and ripped off its still beating heart, he grinned as the prey howled in pain...maybe if the strange creature with two legs saw him like this, it would be scared and leave him. He ignored the strange squeeze inside his chest at the thought that the creature would leave him. He would figure that out later. Now, he needed to kill first.

Lilith watched as Kaze ran off. It was probably best, sad to say. He wasn't him now. Then she watched at Annika went after him. She thought about stopping her but they weren't really friends. And Kaze wouldn't hurt Annika, she was sure of it. Sighing, she leaned against a tree waiting for the princes foolish demands.

Annika didn't back up, she didn't even flinch, it was true humans were weak, but their hearts were strong. Annika was scared but she was also in love and she loved Kaze more than she feared him "I love you Kaze.." She whispered and stepped closer, she grabbed his hand and squeezed tight. She decided if she was going to die, she would want to die at the hands of the man she loved.

The demon turned his head immediately as the creature took a step forward. Wasn't it afraid of him? Why wouldn't it run away? He growled as he took a defensive step backward but stopped when the creature grasped his bloody hands. He flinched as he felt the warmth from the creature's hands. Its warmth was different...different from the warmth of blood that was still dripping from his hands. Its warmth was very comfortable...and the demon felt himself enjoying the warmth.

"...I love you Kaze"

The creature said again and the demon frowned Kaze again? What is a 'Kaze'? and why does it look at me when it calls Kaze? He looked at the creature and opened his mouth. He spoke the first word that came across his mind, his voice was raspy and his mouth was dry, like he hadn't spoken for years.

"Tenshi?"

He didn't understand the word, and the word came out of his mouth was more like a question than a word but... it just felt...right. It just felt right for him to call the creature Angel. The demon's eyes were filled with confusion again. Why do I know Tenshi is Angel? And why do I call it an Angel?

Annika smiled a single tear slipping from her eye she leaned up and kissed his bloody lips, she licked the blood from her own lips then in a soft voice spoke to him again "Kaze... even if you don't remember me, I will always love you, and I'll stay with you, even in that form.. I know it will taint my soul... but i'm willing to follow you into the dark." She closed her eyes and knelt down in front of him "I am yours, Kaze. I'll do anything you tell me, except leave."

The demon's heart broke at the sign of the creature's tear. He reached out his hand and gently wiped the tear away. But... wasn't he a demon? A demon doesn't have a heart. How can a nonexist heart still break? The demon wondered to himself. The creature leaned up and kissed him, its warmth stunned him. He had never felt like this before or at least... he didn't remember the feeling. His stomach felt weird, like hundreds of butterflies were in it. As the creature continued to speak, the demon's eyes widenned in realization That's right. My name's Kaze

His hands were shaking as he reached out and touched the creature's face, its...no... her hair, her nose, her skin, her lips and smiled. Suddenly, a name came into his mind. Kaze spoke hesitantly, afraid that he would hurt her

"...Anni...ka?"
