Katherine Torvedia (Know as falcon)'s Story

(Ah.... Ew. lol.)
"Shhhhh." Daine said, trying to examine Katherine's wings. "Don't move..." On closer inspection, Daine saw the problem. "Your wing is dislocated... I can put it back in place, but you'll feel a little pain..." He reassured her. Daine had never fixed a dislocated wing before, and he prayed to God that he would do it right. He put his hands on the wing carefully, and moved it back into place. He could hear a slight crack, and Daine's eye twitched (or winced. Whatever people do when they hear/see something sickening. Oh, and I updated Daine's character sheet.)

"It's alright, Katherine." Daine responded. "I'm supposed to protect you now, so you shouldn't get into that much trouble." Daine went to Katherine and hugged her, an attempt to comfort her.

Daube hugged her tightly, and he sheathed his sword. He just stood there, leaning against her as well. He had no energy left. "Katherine... Can you carry me back to where we were? I can't move.." Daine whispered into her ear.

I yelped as the weird wolf guy picked me up. I fell over when he dropped me on the building. I made an 'Oof!' sound and landed on my back. I grumbled but didnt have the energy to stand back up.

Daine didn't know what was going on, but he felt like he was being picked up and dropped to another location. He grunted when he was dropped himself and managed to get the energy to sit up. "Urgh... What happened?" He asked Katherine.

"In all honesty, i dont know," i lied on the ground, utterly exausted. "we were carried somewhere, and i dont know where. And I am soooo.... Tired...." i lied on the ground sprawled out, feeling my eyelids drooping.

Daine dropped beside her. He needed sleep as well. "I was planning on sleeping on the road anyway." He muttered. After a few moments, he slept beside her.

I yawned not even caring where i was right now. I curled up in a ball with my wings wrapped around me. Sleeping at the ground was definately not going to help my acheing body. Oh well. I fell asleep in moments. While i slept, i kept having reacurring nightmares of that day. I whimpered and twitched in my sleep.

(Sorry, was at school then had chores. Blegh)
I grumbled to myself, and walked forward grabbing my staff again. I was sick of being on the ground. But once again i was stuck with either getting what i want or being with Daine. I definatly didnt forget what happened last time i left Daine. I shook my head. "Bad Idea," i muttered. I just wanted to be higher up. I scanned the area for some place high. I looked at a tall tree, and nodded to myself, "Good enough." I stepped back a bit, then spread my wings out, and did a few expiramental stretches. Pushing off the ground hard, i flapped upwards. Landing on the highest, sturdy branch i sat down on it, and crossed my legs. I closed my eyes and was breathing in deeply through my nose. The air was fresher then the city, for sure. For some odd reason, I was compelled to sing. I hadnt sung in a while. I wracked my mind for a song, when one popped up. It was one i had heard playing in a car. I liked alot, so i was following the car for 12 blocks listening to the song. Despite the destuction that my voice causes, it is quite smooth and beautiful. I took a deep breath, and started singing, the piano melody playing in my head:
"Play ground school bell rings, again,
Rainclouds come to play, again,
Has no one told you shes not breathing?
Hello, I'm yout mind, giving you someone to talk too, Hello.
If i smile and dont believe,
Soon i know I'll wake, from this dream,

Suddenly i know I'm not sleeping,

All thats left since yesterday."

(I had to get a suit for a wedding. Then we went to Cosco, then another suit. =.=)
Daine stirred as he brought himself to wake up. Slowly, he managed to get on his feet. Daine looked around and called for Katherine. "Katherine? Kathy? Where are you?" His vision is still blurry since his eyes aren't adjusted to the light. He then heard a soothing voice, and Daine followed it until he bumped into something. Katherine? Nope, just a pillar. He walked another direction until he hugged something soft yet strong. "Katherine?" His eyes are still adjusting.

(ok. I was in a tree. But lets just say i was on the ground then XD)
I landed softly in the leaves, then just stood there for a second, not realizing Daine was awake. Then he bumped into me, and i jumped, "Jeez Daine you gave me a heart attack!" but i smiled still, then waved my hand infront of your face. "Daine? You ok?" i asked holding back a laugh.

"Uh, yeah..." Daine starts to hug Katherine, patting her down from head to shoulders to back to arm to midsection (obviously he did pat her on her chest... Again.) and legs, jus to see if he was face to face with Katherine. "Yeah... My eyes just got super sensitive all of a sudden, so I'm still adjusting to the light." He added. "And I know what your doing in front of my face. It's called 'Wind Whispering.' I can tell what you mutter and my ears can sense the slightest movement around me."

I stopped waving my hand, and put them on my hips. I tried to ignore him touching me, and just watched him. "Ya. Its me. No need to check," but i still didnt move.

"Alright, alright, alright." Daine said. He rubbed his eyes and managed to get the ability to se back. "So I just spoke with Leonardo, the angel that I fused with. Apprarently, he was supposed to promote into an Angel of Death at the moment I saw you captured. He also applied to be your guardian angel..." Daine added. "So now, I'm supposed to be your Guardian Angel in that logic, and you'd be my 'Master'."

"Guardian Angel?" i laughed, "It dont think I deserve a Guardian Angel. I'm pretty sure I'm going strait to Hell anyway," i smirked. "Extra protection's nice though, considering how much money is on my head right now," my wings twitched, and i smirked slyly. "You're rather nice. Probably the nicest guy i've ever met," I (Ugh silverlilly i almost said purred XD) smiled. I suddenly felt like kissing him would have been apropriate. I blushed at the thought, and looked down, shuffling my feet slightly.

"Thank you." Daine replied to the compliement. Suddenly, he added in a voice that wasn't his, "Hey, I saw this coming. I thought Daine would need someone close. After all, he IS older than you think he is, and Daine is also a lone wolf." Then Daine himself snapped back into his body. "Uh... Sorry, that was Leonardo."

When he saw Katherine blushing and looking down nervously, Daine added "What're you thinking...?" Daine had an idea, and blushed. He did having some feelings for Katherine, but he isn't sure yet.

"Oh you are sooooooo lying, Katherine." Leonardo said, speaking through Daine's body. Daine himself is blushing madly. "Are you really thinking about kissing me, Kathy?" Daine asked her. What he missed was an unintentional nickname.

"Oh for Heaven and Saint Valentine's sake!" Leonardo exclaimed. Suddenly, he forced Daine's head to go towards Katherine's, and they end up kissing. At first, Daine was shocked, but he slowly relaxed and enjoyed what was probably gonna be his last great event of his life if Katherine decides to kill him. Daine brought his arms around Katherine and pulled her in for a deeper kiss. He enjoyed every single lasting moment of it. (Now ou gotta end the thing in your post. Or you continue this in the PM... -bow chika- -shot--)

(Sorry. I thought I should take a break from roleplaygateway for a while. Apparently, that's when all of you get so active. Btw, what happened in Cherry's perspective?)

Daine stepped back and blushed. "I... Uh, I'm sorry Kathy! It was all because of Leonardo and..." Inside Daine's mind, Leonardo's telling Daine to shut up. "Um... Sorry..." Daine looked down at his feet. He had a mixed feeling of embarrassment, happiness (he got his first kiss from a cute girl. Who wouldn't? Especially since he kinda liked her.), and wanting to relive that moment again.

"Umm... it... its fine really... it wasn't like it was something bad..." i said blushing.
