Image{ HEIGHT & WEIGHT }
5'8, 130lbs

{ APPEARANCE }
Haven is a startling unnatural beauty, with soft pale skin, deep black eyes, and long dark hair that she has in dreadlocks. Day to day, her style ranges from gothic, to gothic Lolita to...whatever she feels like wearing, In what she likes to call –I don’t give a fuck-style. She is underweight and a little too skinny but that is due to her mutation. As well as marks that glow red anytime she tries to use her Shadow Magic, it’s a seal to keep her from unlocking that power again.

WHO ARE YOU?

Image{ SEXUALITY }
Bisexual, though unaware

{FAMILY }
Alexander Davenport-Father
Erieda Davenport -Mother
and so on...

{ PERSONALITY }
Haven is indifferent, stubborn, socially inept, and prone to violence, with a predisposition towards anger. Any emotion she feels, is often replaced by anger, whether it be sadness, fear, nervousness, regret or pain, she always swaps it for anger. It’s easier for her to handle that way. However, she has a strong sense of family and teamwork and will do anything to protect her team even though half of the time, she wants to hurt them herself. She is not so trusting, and is cynical to a fault. It takes her a great deal of time to trust people and even then that trust is limited.
That being said, she can be fun, and a great friend. Never far from a joke, or a witty remark she has a soft spot for misfits and will do what she can to help the rookies...save for one. Though she feigns boredom and always acts disinterested.

{ ABLILTIES }
Nether Manipulation-User can create, shape and manipulate Nether, the "Chthonian Element" that flows through the realms of the living, and the Dead. Nether is most known as the substance that makes up the Underworld, a subterranean dimension where all souls go when they pass on. Nether is very similar to Aether “the Celestial Element” in that is from a Plane that exists between the planes of both matter, and energy. However, although it can partake in the nature of either substances, Nether is neither of these things.

Despite being often considered "Death-Force" Nether is more than the source of what drains life away from living things, it is the destructive aspect of reality, the source and very concept of entropy and destruction, disasters and all degeneration in matter, energy and concepts. It is the power that makes possible and ensures severing the soul's connection to their mortal body, so they can pass onto the after life. It is also the power that summons and controls the souls of the deceased. Users of this power acknowledge that Nether exists in Elemental, Cosmic, and Spiritual forces. Nether exists in the cosmos as sort of a gateway between the land of the Living and the Dead, stretching out to anywhere where death has potential to occur.

Like Aether, Nether is a Spiritual Element, which means it cannot be perceived by any physical sense. The only way Nether can be seen is if it were mixed with an Element of the Physical Realm (Most often Darkness, Fire, or Earth).
+Nether Physiology- What she calls, Berserker, Where her body becomes consumed by nether energies, making her feral and dangerous.
Shadow Magic-can create and control wicked creatures, cast powerful eldritch spells and harness dark magical energies.
Necromancy }Limited{-
+Death Sense-Can sense the dead,
+Necrotelepathy –Can communicate with the dead

Healing Factor-The Ability to heal oneself.

Alexis was still resting up. She was exhausted still, from whatever weirdness that enabled her to draw the darkness from her father's body. That was painful, she didn't tell him that, because he wouldn't allow her to do it again, neither would her mother, and by the sound of things all last night, they were back together, which was great. She didn't know for how long, her dad liked to fuck up, but hopefully, he wouldn't anymore and she could have some semblance of a normal family life.

She sat back against her bed, texting Alec. He hadn't been texting her back, which was weird, even for him.

[To Alec]
[Dude, where are you?]

[I NEED to talk to you,]

[It's really important, I think I'm in trouble...]

She was scared, she had to admit. She could feel in on the back of her neck, like someone was watching her now, someone who was more powerful than her father, powerful enough to put that darkness on to him, enough that father warned her...This person, or persons was after her, they wanted her for whatever nefarious world dominating plot.

She would have spoken to Simon about this, but after his big blowup last night, she didn't want to bother him, she knew he was only acting like that because they were right, he did have feelings for that woman, and he was moving on, it just didn't occur to him in that way before, and much like everyone in the Davenport family, confusion and self-doubt, usually lead to some sort of outburst. Oddly enough, Alec did the same thing with Sunday.

As if called by her thoughts, there was a knock at the door. "Alexis, are you awake?" Sunday called sweetly and Alexis chuckled. "Yea, come on in." She said, and Sunday came in the room, with a smile on her face, "It worked." She told her, coming over and climbing on the bed, one leg hanging over the edge while the other was underneath her. Sunday told her all about how she really wanted Simon and Ms. Sashi together, so Alexis suggested that she'd fake sick, all she had to do was hold her stomach and it was likely that the teacher would notice. Simon would be hard to fool, so she should leave after. "I told you it would." Alexis said with a tired smile. "They are going to the carnival. I don't know what that is but sounds like fun. Ms. Sashi made it sound like a lot of fun." Sunday said excitedly, and Alexis chuckled. "Yea, it is, there's games, and rides, you can win plushies and things like that, it's a good place for a date." Alexis shrugged, inwardly wishing she was a normal enough girl for that to be at thing for her, but she wouldn't allow herself to go down that dark road again.

Sunday bit her lip, "You think...."
"Alec would take you? Yes, in a heartbeat." Alexis told her, with a smile. "Alexis, there's something else I wanted to know, but....I just didn't know how to ask." Alexis frowned a bit, cocking her head the way her mother does. "Well, go on?"

Sunday began fiddling with the lace on her skirt, and Alexis knew where this was headed. "I want...I know he wants to and I want to too, it's just...." Sunday stopped her face bright red and Alexis sighed. Alexis was very much a virgin, she'd never even been kissed before, and she barely got a hug, so this was far from her capabilities and she could literally create worlds.

"Sunny?" Alexis urged and Sunday looked up, smiling a little at the nickname. "Alec, the other day, he was very....touchy, it was fine, I didn't mind, but I couldn't help but wonder if he wanted, other things from me, and as much as I want to do those other things, I get nervous," Sunday finally spit out and Alexis was internally screaming but she put it in a box with all the other things she couldn't deal with. "Nervous how?" She asked and Sunday shrugged. "I still dream about them..." Sunday said with a small voice and Alexis sucked in a breath. Them, by way of meaning the Incubi.

"Well, sure you would, but they are gone now, Sunny, that ain't comin back." Alexis told her, sitting up a little, to touch her hand. "I'm still picking their flesh from my teeth." She said and gave her a grin but an odd sensation caused her to frown a little but she ignored it.
Sunday was still looking down at her skirt, fiddling with the lace hem to notice.
"If you really want to, and I mean, you want to for you, then I think you should just relax, enjoy the moment, and let it take you wherever it goes," She told her, and sat back against the headboard. Sunday looked up. "I do really want to, I like kissing him, and I like him holding me, but every time he tries to go a little further, I stop him, I don’t want to, but I do, they flash in my mind, and I just can't."

She said and Alexis sighed. "Look, honestly, Sunny, I am way out of my depth here, but all I can is this, this is Alec, he loves you more than life itself, literally, so he's not gonna pressure you into anything you don't want to do, even if you hadn't gone through hell." Alexis said and Sunday smiled. "If you want to do it, you wanna go there, you have to make sure you're ready, if you are then you are, if not, you're not, it's not something you have to do. The incubi are gone, they aren't coming back, and if there are more, between me, Alec, Your Dad, My mom, and a slew of other people in this crazy hotel, no one is going to touch you without your say, ok-" She said, and then she felt it again, this annoying tugging on her mind. "Alexis?"

"hold on." She said and she tried to sense who or what this was, pulling on her. It was like someone was reaching out, but they couldn't actually touch her but she could feel their hand hovering behind her.

"What's wrong?"

"I feel like something's tugging on me." She said, and turned behind her, truly expecting a hand but there was none. "Are you teasing me again?" Sunday smiled, but her tone was nervous. "No, I'm not," Alexis said, rubbing the back of her neck, as the tugging grew stronger.

"Is this you, Sunny?"
"Of course not." Sunday frowned and Alexis stood up off the bed, she was still weak so it made her a bit dizzy but she couldn't sit there anymore. "Alexis you're scaring me." Sunday cried and Alexis was nothing but a bundle of nerves. "Seriously, Sunday, something is pulling on me, it's so weird." She said, rubbing the back of her neck again, pulling her hair in front ot make sure it wasn't just her hair. "Alexis, this isn't funny anymore, I don't like this." Sunday whined and Alexis was about to tell her she wasn't joking when suddenly, she was falling.

She was falling hard and fast. She couldn't get her barring enough to create a portal anyway, all she could do was fall, until her back hit something solid, causing her to see stars.

She sat up, shook it off, and looked around. The world around her was a swirling mix of black and grey, the ground beneath her was black sand and bone. There was light above her and it flashed at random leaving her in moments of sheer darkness. She started to stand but she felt it. The nether energies clinging to her. She was in the Demon Realm, she knew but some place deeper, underground, where the death was stronger, darkness was stronger. Someone wanted her to do it, someone knew she could.

She looked around and noticed that something else was down there with her. In the flashes of light she could see it.

"I'm warning you, I will eat you....I've eaten demon's before." She said, going toward the sound only for her to run into set of bars.

"What the hell?" She asked, gripping the bars. It wasn't iron on the outside, but there was within, and as she walked along the bars, groping around for the next bar, she realized that someone didn't want her hurt, but they wanted her contained. Not only that, with the size of this cage, they gave her enough room to really let it all out, knowing that if given enough time, she would have no choice.

For all the reasons this was scary, what bothered her the most was someone knew her, and knew her all too well, and that she had no idea who they were.

For now, she would deal with the demon outside of her cage.

"You should know, if I'm in here too long, something bad is gonna happen...and you might not survive it." She said, realizing that this demon was probably mean to watch her, This poor demon was probably only doing his job. It's a shame they had to die for it.
It had to be, surely it wouldn't be whoever was in charge, they were smart, obviously, they wanted to remain anonymous, at least for the time being.

"So I've been told," Alexis stiffened, there was a growl in the demonic voice, and she prepared to attack but as the demon appeared, concrete grey skin, large black horns but he looked otherwise human, handsome if she were honest, his expression was soft, almost remorseful. "I still have to watch you, though. He likes to know what's going on at all times."Image
Alexis narrow her eyes, taking in his features, "Then He should do it himself." She said then grabbed a hold of the bars as the demon smirked. "You're gonna die down here...." She warned him. "Seriously, You've been told and you're still here?" She shook her head as if this was a casual conversation. He merely nodded. "Any one of us would undoubtedly sacrifice ourselves for the Remei's cause, whatever that may be." He paused for a moment. "I don't agree with it all, if I'm honest, but a job's a job." Alexis sucked her teeth. "Shows what you know, My dad just noped that shit," She said. "He chose his family..." She said pointedly, then registered his words. "Don't you have a family at all?" The demon tilted his head, as if curious. "Alexander was like a father to me," he said, and Alexis flinched. He knew her father, not only that they were close. She felt a twinge of jealousy, she didn't get to spend that much time with him. His eyes, golden even in the dark, scanned her face, making her feel oddly self-conscious. "And I am glad he managed to escape." He said, and smiled, genuinely
Alexis sighed, but relax a bit because of his smile. "If that's true, then you could do the same..." She told him, scanning his body to look for a sigil but she couldn't see in this light, he had marks, but nothing she could recognize. "I can help you, but I can't do it here." She said. "If I use my power here, the darkness will take me, and I won't be able to do anything but watch myself tear you, and anyone else around here apart." She told him. "Take me home, and I can free you there, I did it for my dad, and he was able to get free....well my mom had to peel his skin off but she healed it, so it would be worth it." She offered a small chuckle before her body tensed, pain humming up from within. The marks, streaks of extricate interweaving lines, looking something like vines began to appear on her skin. He could see it on her face, neck, arms and ankles as they were exposed. The ones on her ankles began to burn hot, and glow an ominous red. "My mom places these on me, indicators that would let me and anyone else around me know, I'm about to lose it." She told him, fear for his safety, clear in her eyes. He seemed nice, she didn't feel any darkness from him, it would have been worse if he had any, but he didn't. She never known a demon not to have some darkness, this that in mind, she really didn't want to hurt him, in fact, she wanted to get to know him. "They've only just started, but once they reach my face, I'll be too far gone...." She said. " I really don't want to go there, You're only doing your job, I get that, you made a poor choice, but then you were following my dad and he's like the king of poor choices...the point is, I don't want to hurt you." She said and looked down at her feet. "You don't scare me...you would think you would but you don't, I know darkness, and you're not that, not at all. I would know."
"My purpose here isn't to intimidate you, Alexis," He said, causing her to look up, as his eyes found her marks. "I do not have darkness in my heart but my place is within the Remei, my purpose is their purpose." He moved to the bar, and took a hold of them, gazing down at her. She backed away, but not for her sake, but for his. "I cannot allow you to leave before you're ready, and I know that you will kill me when the darkness takes over. If I am to die, then I would do so fulfilling my orders, rather than being labelled as a traitor and hunted for disobeying." He said, and shook his head, taking a step back, moving out of the light but she could still make him out as he sat against the wall. "If anything, I'm just sorry that this is happening to you. You seem nice." He said and she slid down the bars, her back against them. Image "You seem nice too." She said softly, after a quiet moment. She then pulled her pant legs up, running her fingers over the marks, that gave her face a red glow. They both knew, he was going to die, and she was going to kill him. What was worse was he was going to let her. "If I'm gonna kill you, then can I have your name....that way someone can remember you."
"Lemlihr Vantairus," He said, she could hear the smile in his tone. That was a hell of a name. She couldn't even hope to spell it. She'd try though. "You know, it might sound strange but I'd prefer to die here than anywhere else," He said, seeming more comfortable now, and honestly, so was she, for all that she could being held captive. "I always thought I would die by Alex's hand when the time came, but I suppose one of Alex's kin would suffice." He said, and Alexis frowned. "Dying isn't something that should suffice, Lemlihr." She told him turning her head a little."I wanted to be a singer, go around, rocking out on stage, that was my dream, didin't you have dreams beyond how you wanted to die?"
"That sounds nice," He said with a soft chuckle."But yes, I did have dreams. I wanted to be like Alex... A powerful General, but instead I wanted to give the Remei a new purpose. We're mercenaries, and we have such a dark past, but I wanted to turn us into a respectable force... Heroes, even." He said and then sighed. "Though we're not really supposed to have goals and aspirations. We're taught to be soldiers, nothing more and certainly nothing less." Alexis smiled a little at his words, she heard the bit about being a mindless drone and she gave her dad more credit, being able to fight it off for as long as he did. "You wanted to be a hero..." she chuckled. "Thatsounds nice" She turned a little toward him, her shoulder against the bars. He was kind, he wanted to be a hero, help people, save people and she was going to kill one of the few good demons- no good people, in the world. It wasn't right. "Better than mine, Mine is totally selfish." she said, just before pain shot up from her legs to her hips. She lifted her shirt up to see the marks peeking up from beneath her waist band and crawling up her hips. "It's coming faster." She said, letting her shirt fall down, and curling up, her chin resting on her knees. "So, talking about sad things are gonna make this go faster..." She told him trying to sound calm, but inwardly, she was panicking. . "and I really don't wanna kill you, Lemlihr." Closing her eyes, and swallowing, trying to think of something happy. "If you could do anything right now." "What would it be...?" She said. "Something silly, to make us laugh."
"I don't particularly know what 'silly' is, but... If I could do anything right now," he began, "I suppose I would be beating that man with a very big, very pointy stick..." He said and she chuckled. "I suppose it would be too upsetting to ask you the same question," He said and she agreed actually, she'd be with her parents, and her siblings, watching Symone tease Simon for his date with the human. Or with her nieces and nephews, covering for Alec and Sunday, or teasing Eida for her Faeness. She missed them all so much already. To that, he began moving toward the bars, and she turned fully to see him. "Are you good at singing?" He asked like a small child, gold eyes wide with curiosity and wonder. That made Alexis smile. "I sing too, sometimes..."
"I like to think I'm pretty good, I had a pretty decent following at school...." She told him, "What songs do you like, maybe we could sing them?"
He smiled, his skin faded from a dark greyish blue, to a somewhat lighter color. "Not a whole lot, I usually write them myself..." He murmured before shrugging.. "Do you write songs? I'd love to hear one," He urged, excitedly. Alexis could only smile, glad to sing. Image
Alexis smiled a little. "I was working on one, when my dad came flying in..." she's say. "Um." She took a deep breath and leaned her head against the bars. "They send me away to find them a fortune, A chest filled with diamonds and gold." her voice was low and somewhat haunting, as she sang, making the world around them more unsettling but she wasn't there, she was on stage, in her mind, making the crowd sway. "The house was awake, With shadows and monsters, The hallways they echoed and groaned~." She took a deep breath for her next set of notes. "I sat alone, in bed 'til the morning, I'm crying, "They're coming for me." And I tried to hold these secrets inside me. My mind's like a deadly disease~." Her voice grew stronger, more powerful, echoing in the darkness, singing helped ease the pain.
"I'm bigger than my body, I'm colder than this home, I'm meaner than my demons, I'm bigger than these bones~." She began to sway to the imaginary music. "And all the kids cried out, 'Please stop, you're scaring me.' I can't help this awful energy. Goddamn right, you should be scared of me. Who is in control~?"
She opened her eyes, and noticing how the marks hadn't moved much. Which was nice, but it was only delaying the inevitable. "That's all I got so far, It's kind of depressing but whatever."

Three Weeks later

Alexis awoke to the smell of breakfast, it made her smile even though her entire body ached, it had been three Weeks with Lemlihr and fighting back the marks. They laughed and joked, even though she was racked with pain. He was her friend now, she'd decided a while ago, he was good, kind and if she were honest, she could even say she had feelings for him. That would be a first for her and the whole situation was unfair in more ways than one. She was laying down when he came in with the food, he'd long since stopping being afraid of her. Which made her feelings for him even stronger, he wasn't afraid, most everyone that wasn't her family was. Her aura was dark, even mortals could sense that. "This is killing me, Lemiloo, you shouldn't be this nice to me." She said, trying to joke but she was serious. The closer they got, the harder it was for her to deal with the fact that she was going to kill him. He set down her breakfast before standing. She could barely move her head to look at him. "Well, no one said I had to make you miserable." He told her and she smiled weakly. "Do you need help sitting up?"
Alexis sighed, black sand shifting from the air. "Yes, I do." She didn't like it but she couldn't move on her own, it hurt too much. "You've gotta stop coming in here, the cage is keeping you safe." She told him, as he knelled to help her. "Oh, hush, you know I don't care about that." He said, but she couldn't help it, she long since stopped trying to convince him to free her, she just wanted him safe. He lifted her up, and she winced, but held it as he sat her up, her back against the bars, before reaching for the plate. "It's nothing compared to your mortal food, as you know, but this should keep you going until supper." He said, and handed her the plate, along with the knives and forks for her to eat. Demon food was gross, she was Fae, somewhere, and she'd had her mother's cooking, there was nothing like her mother's food, Fae food literally had magic all its own, demon food, no such thing. It was something akin to dog food, and honestly she'd go for the kibble but it was the only thing keeping her from starving and subsequently making the marks move faster. She had to fight it, she didn't want to hurt him, she didn’t' want to wake up and find herself covered in his blood. She looked down at the plate "I care about you alot." She said, softly.
"I care about you too, Alexis." he told her, after a moment, knelling down to cup her cheek, and guide her chin to look up at him. Alexis swallowed, tears glossing her eyes, as she looked at him. She'd never been touched this way before, it wasn't much, but his hand was so soft, careful as if she were the one would might break. No one, not even her family was this gentle with her. "I know that might've been difficult to admit, but I'm glad you did..."
"It wasn't hard...." She told him, tears dripping down her cheeks then as she took his hands, her mismatched eyes wide and full of fear. "You don't deserve what's gonna happen...I don't--I can't control it, when it happens, one minute I'm here, then the next minute I'm here, My mind just stops....and I'm nothing but destruction, I don't wanna wake up covered in your blood...but that's what's going to happen--" She stopped, and cried out, nausea washed over her and she turned, her fingers digging in the sand with one hand while the other gripped her stoamch. She retched, but nothing came up. Lemlihr reached around, skillfully, brushing her hair back, while one hand rested on her back, while she retched again and again. "You remember what you said before? Talking about sad things is only going to speed this up..." He told her and she couldn't response, she could hear the panic in his voice, as she retched, that marks now having reached her stomach, and crawling up toward her chest. "Um... A joke, a joke... Oh, there's two men, right? So, the first guy says to the second, 'have you ever smelled moth balls[i]?' and the second guy replies, after a moment, '[i]yes'. So the first guy goes, 'How did you manage to get his little legs open?'" Lemlihr chuckled a little, awkwardly. The retched stopped, and Alexis was able to breathe again, her body still ached horribly, merely breathing hurt but she didn't care. The marks were reaching up her upper chest, but stopped, and Alexis gave a weak smile, tears in her eyes. "That was so bad." She told him , laughing weakly, somewhat wheezing, before she turned to him, and wrapping her arms around him, shaking and sobbing. "Seriously, that was terrible" she said with tears in tone, holding on to him as if that would hold back the darkness. He wrapped his arms around her, laughing softly.[b] "I'm sorry, I don't know many jokes... But at least I made you smile, that's an accomplishment at least." He told her and she tucked her face into his neck a little, while his hand stroked her hair, and the other holding her close. She was losing this battle and it would kill her, she knew he wouldn't fight her, he wouldn't leave her alone down here and she knew he would just let her down whatever it is, her other side would do. He was going to die soon and she'd have to live with that. "Alexis..." He said softly, and she pulled back a little, looking up at him, his gold eyes fell to her lips and she swallowed. She rose a hand to his cheek, looking at him. "I'm s-sorry" she said, before pressing her lips to his, the kiss was soft at first, but soon she deepened the kiss, taking in the moment, she'd never get again, she'd go through whatever life they had in store for her with the memory of the man, the first man to kiss her, the first man she loved, the first man she'd kill. She would live to remember him, so that he might live in there, in her mind, and wherever she retreated to when the other side took control.
His hand moved to the back of her head, holding her as close as two people could be, and after a long moment, he broke the kiss, moving to pressed a small one on her jaw and neck. Her marks were there now, but stopped, the pain, now a dull ache from his kiss. The glow was bright against his dark skin, and he lay his head on the crook of her neck, unafraid of her marks.
"By the gods, I want to get you out of here..." He told her, and she down at him, silently, holding him tightly. She understood it now, why her mother fought so hard for her father, despite everything, why he was willing to have the skin forcibly craved from his body, why Alec would give his life to protect Sunday. She understood it now, because she felt it. She loved him, she loved him so much, she would do anything. Her eyes found the knife on the plate, shimmering silver. "I don't want to hurt you, I don't think I can live with that." she shook her head. "I won't hurt you, I can't, but I could--I could end this now, and It'll be okay." She said and reached for the knife but the marks stopped her short, the glow reaching her face now, on her jaw and crawling. "Oh no....It's too late...." Then, her body stiffening, before shaking violently, as her mind fought with her body, seizing hard as she fought it. She managed to eek out one thing. She had to stop it, end it now, before she hurt him. "Kill me, please."

"Never," He spat, and her seizing stopped, but she couldn't move, and struggled to stay conscious. He hoisted her up, carrying her bridal style, while her head rested on his chest. "Fuck the Remei, I'm not letting this happen to you. You're too good for this." he said, and suddenly they were moving, but Alexis wasn't looking ahead, she was remembering the details of his face, his full lips, yellow eyes, and dark hair, his skin had begun to lighten, something like a peachy color. Her eyes grew heavy, but she focused on his face. She didn't want to wake up and find herself covered in him. "Alexis, stay conscious, alright?" He told her and she held on to him, trying to stay awake, knowing the moment she lost consciousness, it was the moment she'd lose him. "I don't want to hurt you..." Suddenly pain shot through her, causing her to groan as the marks reached her cheekbones. "Just kill me, It's okay...." She told him, nodding, before her grip on him would tighten that her nails dug into his skin. Her eyes began to water from tears and the pain. "Just break my neck, I won't feel it, and it'll be over." She told him, and she knew it would work, he was strong enough, one strong yank on her head, she wouldn’t feel a thing. He merely shook his head, grunting at her nails but otherwise still moving. "I already said no. You're not being corrupted here and you're sure as all Hell not going to die." He told her. He stopped a moment before moving again. "It's not your time yet, kiddo. You hear me? So stop thinking like that and stay positive, don't make me try to think of another joke, I swear to the gods." He said and Alexis tried to smile, it was too late, and she knew it.
"I'm losing, Lemlihr, I'm so sorry...I--" The last thing she managed before the glow reached her eyes, and bleed into the white, she managed to catch a glimpse of who she thought was her father before her grip went loosened and her body went limp.

Lemlihr was first to step through the portal, shortly followed by Alexander, who realised that they were standing in the lobby of the hotel, just by the door. Had Alexander not been so preoccupied with his daughter's possible corruption, he might've taken notice of the fact that a Vampire - no, the vampire - was standing and speaking with his wife. Instead, he was looking only at Erieda as Lemlihr moved forward, clearly exhausted. The young Hellhound approached Erieda, eyes wide and mouth agape. "I tried... before she went unconscious..." he mumbled, his voice shaky.

Erieda turned at the portal opened, ready to attack, with Alec taking Sunday, her unable to do anything about it but call Simon to let him know, she was prepared for anything. She was pleasantly surprised to see that it was Alex, a demon boy with Alexis in his arms. The relief was short lived as Alexis was unconscious, and purple and black bubbles were forming and then lifted off of her skin and popping in the air. She looked up at the hellhound and shook he head. "You did more than more, you have my thanks, set her down on the table." She said, sounding all the more the Queen she was. She looked at Alex, there was a smile on her lips it was brief but noticeable; He did it, he wasn't corrupted down there, he brought Alexis back. "We have to combat the nether." She told them. "Alexander at her feet,, Try to draw out the darkness, I'll provide the light." She told him before getting to her knees in front of her Alexis, who now law like a corpse on the table, her marks glowing red. "It hasn't taken her yet, I don't believe, we may still have time to fight it."

Alexander nodded, before replying with, "Let us hope so." Shortly after, and at his wife's request, he moved around to Alexis' feet. Lemlihr, by this point, had stepped back a fair bit and was watching with what appeared to be a mixture of worry and fascination. And Bertoldo, by this point, was still standing in the lobby, hands still clasped behind his back, expression still just as serious as it had been throughout his entire time at the hotel. He watched the way the two of them worked together, and the way they swapped glances every now and then. As he stood back and watched from a distance, he saw nothing less than a family; one he had almost considered breaking up, perhaps more so than it already was. He felt a dull ache settling in his chest, one of loss and pain and defeat, as he released a slow exhale of breath, and after a moment of hesitation, he turned and made his way towards the door. This was truly not his place to be, he knew that, much that it was difficult to turn his back on the possibility that he could make Erieda happy again. She had the support she needed, and it was not his. As the vampire turned and left, Lemlihr released a loud huff. "What's happening?" he asked, panicking. "Is... is it working?"

Erieda's eyes were close as her hands began to a glow a green hue, a low hum could be heard in the room from the magic flowing through it. Giving her as much light magic as she could as well as a mix of healing in case there was some injury she'd sustained. She opened her eyes as the young demon spoke and looking Alexis over. It wasn't getting any worse, but it wasn't going away either. In fact the nether seemed to be trying to encase her like a cocoon. "We have to try harder Alex, draw out as much of the darkness as you can, this is more you then me, she's being overwhelmed by it, but if you draw out enough, I can balance it out with my light." She told him watching as the bubbles began to bubbling from her back and around her arms.

Alexander looked up at her, his brows pinched together. This was not an easy task and he thought he'd been trying a fair bit to draw the darkness from his daughter's body; without his title and subordinates, he was considerably weaker, and as such it would take a lot more concentration and effort to draw the darkness out to a sufficient level. Small beads of perspiration had already begun to form along his forehead, which was unusual - almost unheard of - for his kind. He placed his hands back where they had once been, hovering over his daughter, and with a grunt of effort he began pulling away at the darkness, absorbing it into himself, using as much of his own strength as he possibly could. Lemlihr wished he could've helped, but figured that shifting into his human form completely might help, perhaps because there wasn't so much darkness surrounding himself. "Erieda, I can't draw out more than this at any given time... If it isn't working now, then..." he told her in a somewhat weak voice, but hesitated and found he couldn't finish the sentence.

Erieda was biting down hard on her teeth, trying to force more light into her, but nothing was working, it was engulfing her.She looked up at Alex, seeing him sweat was not a good sign so Ereida grunted, until the finally nether pushed her back. "Burn it all!" She cursed, as the nether swallowed Alexis in a swirling black and purple bubble. Erieda reached inside only for it to cause her to gasp and her eyes go wide and the whites to fill up with an shadowy black. She pulled away and hard, falling backward on to the floor. Gasping for air, looking at her hands as they came away dull, as if something turned the saturation down on her arms. "The darkness is too strong." She breathed, "It...tried to corrupt me...Alex, don't touch it, it'll take you in an instant."

Alex was over to Erieda in a second, kneeling by her side with a hand between her shoulder blades, while the other cupped her cheek. He looked at her for a moment, as if checking her over, before he sighed and guided her to stand up. "I won't touch it," he echoed, his eyes moving to the nether bubble. He was stuck for words and ideas alike, and he suddenly felt like the most helpless creature in the world. "There's nothing we can do," he murmured, turning to Erieda as if he wanted her to answer. "Is there?"

Erieda rested her head on his shoulder for a moment, the color coming back to her skin. She looked up at him and shook her head, unable to speak the words. For all of her knowledge, knowledge gifted to her when she took the throne of Seelie, there was nothing she could do, nothing she could think of.

Alex released an unusually gentle sigh, like he was accepting defeat. He slipped one arm around Erieda and held her a little closer, resting his cheek against the side of her head. He'd never been one for helping others, but he adored his daughter more than anything or anyone in the world, and it was killing him that he couldn't keep this darkness away from her. That it was consuming her and he could do nothing but sit back and watch. His lips twitched with the desire to form words, but just as they did, the door slammed shut from the other side of the lobby and Alex lifted his head to see his son, red-faced and breathless - as if logic hadn't reminded him he could teleport. Simon's eyes were, for a split moment, drawn to the nether bubble surrounding his sister, alarm in his eyes despite his furrowed brows, before he turned to Erieda. "How..." he murmured, his voice dangerously quiet. "How the hell could you let her be taken?" he suddenly yelled, ignoring the way that Alex straightened up beside her.

Erieda looked at him, an eerily silence falling over the room. He was going through nearly the same thing she was at the moment so she wouldn't backhand him like she wanted to. "You have but two options, you can stand here, and bitch at me bout things that were out of my control or you can go and get your daughter back."

Simon's lips drew back in a low, challenging snarl - which hinted at something beyond even his fae and wraith sides - and he watched Erieda carefully. "Tell me how," he snapped an order, "you tell me how I'm supposed to just waltz into the demon realm and rescue my daughter from a man who is almost three times as powerful as I am, with armies of demons and wraiths to back him up."

Erieda set her jaw. "We don't have time for this, Simon." She hissed back. ", You get her back or you die, make a choice." She told him, and it was in that moment that the nether bubble lifted off the table, drawing her attention away from her son. There was a brilliant and blinding flash of light suddenly, so much so that it made her eyes burn before there was a loud thud and her coffee table lay broken in the middle of the room,."Sorry, Mom, I'll fix it." Erieda opened her eyes, blinking a few times before the readjusted, to see a girl hovering above the broken table. Dark hair, olive skin, but she was young, the age Alexis was supposed to look. Erieda side stepped Simon and Alex, too look upon the girl. "Alexis?" She asked, and the girl merely nodded, as if she knew what happened. "It's me, Mom." "You're alright?" "Never better actually." She said, before waving a hand at the table, and it snapped back together, in an instant. "I can't explain it all now, but we have to stop Alec, he's going to hurt Sunday." She said and Erieda looked horrified. "What, he loves her, he wouldn't?" "Not anymore, I saw it, all of it, I see everything, he has her chained up, I can get you inside." She said, and Erieda shook her head. "I can't." it was then that Alexis reached up and touched her face. Alexis hand glow brightly before Erieda felt something slither on her tongue, instinctively she spat it out. "What was that?" She covered her mouth. "Your Word, You can go now." She said, and Erieda looked at her strangely before reaching out and opening a portal. She didn't expect it to be successful but it was. "I'll explain when you get back, hurry." She said, and Erieda gave her a nod before looking at Simon. "You wanted to know, now you do, We'll get Sunday back." She said and looked at Alexis. "I'll be fine, Mom, and don't kill him." She said, and Erieda huffed. "Only if he doesn't give me a choice." She said, sounding like the General of the Queenguard she once was.

To say that Lemlihr was freaking out would perhaps have been the biggest understatement in history, as he stood with an arm crossed over his chest and another raised to his face, his fingers absentmindedly pulling at his lower lip - he often did this when he was nervous. But, being the respectful man he was, he kept his distance and watched on in silence as Erieda and Alex worked to restore Alexis back to herself, and didn't pipe up at all when they labelled her a lost cause. He had faith, short-lived as it was, that Alexis would be fine. She was strong, he knew. She managed to last three weeks in his company without letting herself be corrupted, without tearing him half to pieces in that cage. She could fight no longer by the end, but to last that long was truly something. He found himself in awe of her, despite the situation, and he was hopeful - even if her family had given up.

A bright flash caused him to twist himself around, hands at his eyes within seconds and rubbing them roughly as if to recover from it. It wasn't until he heard Alexis' voice that he turned to her, watching the way she floated in the middle of the room. She spoke directly to her mother, and Lemlihr paid no mind to any of it, he just stared up at her, noting the difference in her appearance - though he'd not managed to get a great look at her down in that dark room, he could tell she'd changed immensely. But she was still beautiful, and - if it was possible - he thought he loved her even more than before, but that might have just been the relief to have her back, alive and well and most importantly sane.

Lemlihr stepped forward as soon as he had the chance to speak directly to Alexis, after her family had gone off on their little mission or were at least discussing it, and though he hesitated, he seemed eager to be near her. "Alexis..." he murmured, reaching for her hands; he thought nothing of it at the time, and only after did he stop to hope that she wouldn't bat him away, that she still liked him as much as she had when she was in the demon realm. Now that she had her freedom, he feared she would see no reason to keep him around, though he desperately wanted her to. "I don't truly know how much you remember... or care to bother, about that time... when we kissed... I just want you to know that I love you, and I'll be here for you if and whenever you need me..."

It was strange, feeling whole. Her entire life the nether scared her, she felt like it was always drawing her in, trying to corrupt her but it wasn't. It just was trying to complete her. She wasn't done baking when she was born. She was born too soon, but now, she was finished. She had her mother's sharp almond eyes, and full lips, a drop of her color made her skin olive, and her dark hair, while her father's face rounded out in hers giving her a oval shape with her father's thick brows. She looked like both of them. She had her mother's light and her father's dark and could manipulate both. She was complete now. More than complete. More than whole. She was Omnipotent.

It was strange, the feeling but it was right. She could feel the world around her, she knew what was coming.

She turned before Lemlihr spoke her name. "Alexis..." He reached for her hands and she let him. She knew what he was thinking, and she knew how she felt, or how she used to feel, but things were strange now. It was the only word she had to describe it. She loved him, yes, for some reason expressing it seemed...difficult. "I don't truly know how much you remember... or care to bother, about that time... when we kissed... I just want you to know that I love you, and I'll be here for you if and whenever you need me..."

She looked at him, recalling how she memorized the lines of his face, the feel of his skin. The rush his kiss gave her. She knew what she was supposed to do, but she couldn't feel it, right then, and she knew why. Her power, she'd used this new power and it drew from her very being. Breaking a Fae's word used a lot of her Mana, and now her soul was dull, her emotions quieted.

"I remember." She told him softly, curling her hands. "and I love you too." She told him, with a smile that didn't reach her eyes so to counter then she stepped up and pressed a soft kiss to his lips. She knew the old her would have pressed for a deeper one, but it wasn't in her, she didn't want it to be fake, this was all she could give without it being so. "Thank you," She whispered after she pulled away. "For everything," She said, and this time, a true smile graced her now fuller lips. "Bad jokes and all."

"I remember," Alexis replied, which elicited a small smile from Lemlihr, especially as her hands curled to hold his back. "And I love you too." This caused an unusual warmth to pool in the pits of his stomach, like excitement and happiness combined. He couldn't explain since he'd never felt such things before but Alexis made him feel both whenever he was in her presence. He truly cared for her. He looked down at her and welcomed the kiss she offered him, however small. He was grateful that she could at least give him that. She pulled away after such a short time and Lemlihr just smiled, unwilling to let go of her hands for the time being. "Thank you," she told him, "For everything." She wore a smile that melted his heart, but also sparked a bit of concern; this seemed to be more genuine than her last, but he didn't allow himself too much time to think on that. He would often second guess himself and those around him, and such things rarely ended well. "Bad jokes and all." This made him chuckle softly, and he released his grip on her hands only to slip an arm around her and hold her close, leaning his head down so that he could nuzzle the crook of her neck softly. She wasn't as cold as she used to be, and she was still nowhere as warm-skinned as Lemlihr, but it felt nice to be able to hold her - comforting, even, though he felt he shouldn't be too selfish with her, if she had things to do, and so he stepped back, his hands slipping into his pockets.

"I should go back... to the Demon Realm," Lemlihr told her, looking up into her warm brown eyes. He fought the urge to smile only because the topic of conversation had shifted and he felt he should take a more serious approach to telling her these things. "With Alex gone and - hopefully - Alec taken down, the Remei will be left with no true leader... And I like to strike at opportunities, you see... I want to take control of it, turn it into something Alex can be proud of," he went on to explain, a small gleam in his eyes as excitement and hope filled them, which quickly vanished. He seemed hesitant to continue, as his eyes flitted from Alexis to the floor, then back again. "Alexis, I must ask you something... I wish to know of an easier way that I can remove these sigils. With such a large force of soldiers it would take close to forever for me to remove them all by force," he murmured, as if he felt guilty for even asking her; he didn't want to make it seem like he was using her to further his cause, that was the whole reason Alec had ordered her to be taken in the first place. "If there's no way, I'll understand, honestly, but these men are not bad... They deserve to go without the pain of having their flesh removed."

"I should go back... to the Demon Realm," Lemlihr said and Alexis was quiet. She didn't want him to go, but she couldn't tell him, she couldn't even express it. "With Alex gone and - hopefully - Alec taken down, the Remei will be left with no true leader... And I like to strike at opportunities, you see... I want to take control of it, turn it into something Alex can be proud of," He said and she saw how he lit up at the idea of it. The light dimmed in his eyes and she remained quiet, as his eyes dropped from her to the floor. "Alexis, I must ask you something... I wish to know of an easier way that I can remove these sigils. With such a large force of soldiers it would take close to forever for me to remove them all by force," He said, and she was still quiet. Guilt touching his heart. "If there's no way, I'll understand, honestly, but these men are not bad... They deserve to go without the pain of having their flesh removed." He said and she smiled, reaching up and touching his face. "I can do it." She said. "You aren't asking too much, you could ask me anything and the answer is yes, I owe you, and more over, I love you enough." She told him, she had to tell him, she was having a hard time showing him, she knew what she should do, but she was having a hard time with expressing it all. The old her, would have never let him go, damning the Remei for the moment, this new her, knew there was a leadership vacuum he had to go and fix before it got out of hand.

"Will you come back, when it's all done?" She asked him, "We've only just...." Finally her emotions were coming back to her, and she took a breath, her face more expressive then before. "We've only just got back, and I wanna be with you." She said moving closer to him, taking his hands, finally able to show more affection then she did before. Oddly enough, now she felt more Fae, then she was used to and that she had to turn down, for his and her sake.

Lemlihr leaned into Alexis' hand as she reached up to touch his face. "I can do it," she told him. "You aren't asking too much, you could ask me anything and the answer is yes, I owe you, and more over, I love you enough." While this made Lemlihr somewhat giddy, with it being amongst the few times he'd ever felt such affection, this did not remove his guilt in the slightest; at the very least it was a relief that she did not blame him, but in his mind was still the thought that if he'd only gotten her out sooner, she might not have been in this position. It seemed to better her in some ways, and limit her in others. She seemed more like a fae now, that was true, but there was something about the way she talked and acted that made him feel disconnected from her, compared to the interactions they'd shared back in the demon realm.

"Will you come back, when it's all done?" she asked him suddenly, and Lemlihr paused for a moment, a little surprised by this. "We've only just..." she began but stopped herself. He decided to let her continue as opposed to interrupting her before she'd had the chance to speak her mind, though the urge to reassure her he was not leaving forever was strong within him. "We've only just got back, and I wanna be with you," she finally told him, and this caused a pleasant smile to slip across his features, his eyes lighting up as she moved closer and took his hands in hers. He leaned closer and, without a single second of hesitation, pressed a soft kiss to her now full lips, only leaning back a few inches and looking into her eyes. "Of course I'll come back," he replied, his tone soft though he was acting as if it should have been the most obvious thing in the world to her. "Like I said, I love you, so much... And I'm not giving you up for the world." He slipped only one hand from hers and used it to brush a thumb across her jaw before he cupped her cheek. "I hope I'm not being too forward about this, Alexis, but I want this to become something... more. I've never felt this way about another before and it's likely I never will again. And, as I mentioned to you before, I am a major opportunist," he stopped only to chuckle a little. "If you'd have me... I would love from now until my dying breath."

Alexis smiled as he leaned in for a soft kiss. She sighed a little, feeling the rush she felt before when he first kissed her. Her emotions were back now, and she could feel. Of course I'll come back," He said, after moving to look her in the eyes. His tone was as though that was the most absurd thing for her to ask him but in a playful way. She smiled. "Like I said, I love you, so much... And I'm not giving you up for the world." He said and she closed her eyes some when his thumb brushed against her skin and opened them when he cupped her cheek. "I hope I'm not being too forward about this, Alexis, but I want this to become something... more. I've never felt this way about another before and it's likely I never will again. And, as I mentioned to you before, I am a major opportunist," He said and she looked at him, forcing herself not to hear she thoughts as he stopped to chuckle. "If you'd have me... I would love from now until my dying breath." He said and she rose her thick brows. "Lemlihr?" she asked cocking her head like her mother. "Are you proposing to me, right now?" she asked, with a wide smile. "Is that what just happened?" She asked, feeling giddy. For too long she thought she'd be alone, that she would never find love or someone to love her, she was always so strange, but in that strangeness, she did find love, in a demon no less. "Cause if you are, then the Remei are gonna have to wait just a bit..." She said and bit her bottom lip, and when he said yes, she leapt into his arms, with a laugh. "Yes! My answer is yes!" She told him, hugging him tightly before pressing a kiss to his lips deeply. She was glad her emotions came back now, otherwise, this would have really sucked.

"Lemlihr?" Alexis asked, tilting her head to the side. Lemlihr couldn't help but smile gentle at that. "Are you proposing to me, right now?" she continued, and it took him a small moment to figure out what she meant by that, before his brain finally allowed him to put two and two together. "Is that what just happened?" she asked again, smiling broadly, and Lemlihr could tell she was feeling something bordering excitement and happiness. His own feelings mimicked this. "'Cause if you are, then the Remei are gonna have to wait just a bit..." The way she caught her lip with her teeth made him raise a single brow, and his gentle smile shifted into a smirk. He took another small moment to look over, before softly responding, "Yes, Alexis... I would take you as my wife, if you'd have me?" Suddenly she was jumping forward, and he wrapped his arms around her, chuckling as she laughed. "Yes! My answer is yes!" she replied, before her lips found his and pressed for a kiss as deep as the one they'd shared back in the demon realm. It wasn't long before Lemlihr was fighting every instinct within his own mind and body to take things further with Alexis. It was neither the appropriate time, nor the right thing to do so early, but by the gods, he wanted to.

Lemlihr held Alexis close, one arm still wrapped around her weight while his other hand was positioned at the back of her head, holding her in the kiss. He wasn't ready to be done yet, much that he feared he would soon enough give into temptation.

In the back of his mind, somewhere hidden behind the excitement and overwhelming joy, was the very slight thought that this had moved a little too fast. It wasn't enough to bring a single shred of doubt forward, he wanted to be with Alexis for the rest of his life, as he told her only moments ago. But there was something else he couldn't quite put his finger on, something that warned him this wouldn't be quite as easy as he was hoping or imagining.

After a while, Lemlihr gently broke the kiss, leaning back and opening his eyes to look down at Alexis. He wore a smile then, the hand on the back of her head moving to play with the tips of her hair, the other arm around her waist not letting up even a little bit yet. "I don't know how you've done it, my love... But for the first time in as long as I can remember, I do not wish to return to the Remei," he told her, a slight joking tone to his voice, while his eyes trailed towards the door for only a split moment. "I know you said they must wait, but I fear this absence of leadership will cause more chaos than anything, and... I worry for the soldiers." He leaned in to place a kiss on her forehead, letting it linger for another moment before the arm around her waist finally returned to his side, and he leaned back again. "I must go back now, make sure things are stable and that the men are returned to the Wraith realm where they belong, but as soon as I am done, I will return. I am not fae, but my word is just as good, and I make this promise to you... My love and my intended." He brushed a stray hair from her face, wearing a smile, and love in his eyes. "Farewell for a time," he continued, before waving a portal open and stepping through it.

Alexis couldn't believe it. She was going to get married, it was something she'd never imagined for herself, that she would ever find a date much less someone that loved her enough to handle all of her 'ness' and want to do it forever. What ever she was, she still lived a long time. She looked up at him, as he gazed down at her, playing in her hair, and one arm around her waist. "I don't know how you've done it, my love... But for the first time in as long as I can remember, I do not wish to return to the Remei," He said, and she clung to him, her arms resting on his shoulders. She could only smile, giddy as she'd every been, never before had she felt her emotions this strong. She always thought the Nether only control her rage, but it seemed to dull the reset of her emotions as well, she didn't know, but she didn't feel anything nearly as strong as she did now. "I know you said they must wait, but I fear this absence of leadership will cause more chaos than anything, and... I worry for the soldiers." He told her and she smiled, as he placed a small kiss to her forehead, her eyes closed for a moment before he pulled away, she felt a little colder for it, but she understood. It was his dream, he told her as much in the demon realm. "I must go back now, make sure things are stable and that the men are returned to the Wraith realm where they belong, but as soon as I am done, I will return. I am not fae, but my word is just as good, and I make this promise to you... My love and my intended." He said and she heard herself squeal a bit at the word 'intended". She rose a hand as he moved to the portal, and waved her fingers, smiling. "I believe you, My intended." She said, rocking on her feet a little bit as he stepped through and the portal closed behind them. She grinned widely, and squealed, happily. She couldn't believe she was getting married. To a demon, something that was the enemy of her people, or at least half of her people, for a long time. She was actually glad she was princess, maybe their union could unite the people.

Suddenly, Alexis' head began to pound and she was swarmed by the sounds of screams echoing in her head, thousands of voices crying out, wailing in pain. She grew dizzy, and stumbled over to the couch and braced herself on the back of it, clutching her head. She didn't want to use her power, she knew what would happened to her emotions, it was temporary but she didn't want to lose the high she felt form Lemlihr's proposal. Then she thought, she couldn't do much with this migraine.

She reached behind thet screams, and the pain, in her mind, and touched her newly unlocked power. Her mind then reached out and followed the pain, the screams, and found them in Parkwood, first a bar, and then wandered the streets.

Alexis then reached up, and opened her minds eye and saw from the eyes of the producer of the pain, touching the mind of the tormenter and almost gasped.

"Eida?" Alexis shook her head, snapping back into her body. She already felt her emotions muting, and it would only be worse, after what she did next.

She took a single step, and the world around her shifted, and she was standing before a blood covered Eida. "You have to stop." She told her, and knowing that she would not know who she was, Alexis made sure her mismatched eyes were prominent, the one blue one dark green, the last remnant of her former self. . "Eida,You know who am I, so listen, you have to stop the killing," She said, her voice lacking in emotion. "Or I will have to stop you." She said, lacking in all expression.

Eida stopped suddenly, mouth agape. She felt something reaching for her, touching her mind in a way no one else had before. There was a deep frown on her brows as she simply stared off into the distance, that was until a figure appeared before her. There was something familiar about the girl but it wasn't until Eida's eyes settled on the girl's mismatched ones that he realised it was Alexis. She cocked her head to one side, fighting the urge to smile. Alexis had grown immensely in power, and could be troublesome.

"You have to stop," Alexis began. And Eida nodded, not because she was agreeing with Alexis, but because she was merely confirming her earlier thought. "Eida, you know who am I, so listen, you have to stop the killing," she continued. "Or I will have to stop you."

Eida took a moment to process this, before she made a point of looking around for a good while. Her eyes settled on Alexis once more. "But I already did," she murmured in response, feigning confusion which was later replaced her her usual look of unsettling joy. "Mm, I'll admit I killed the women but it's okay, really. If they didn't want to be killed, they would have ran away." Eida began as if that was the most logical thing, and accompanied this with a light shrug. "Provided you fuckers stay away from me, I won't feel the need to, so please, leave me be. I killed my playthings, yet again, as a substitute for my own mother. Tell me you wouldn't have chosen her over them too." And with that she attempted to sidestep Alexis to proceed onwards. "No more killing, okay? But I'll be just fine on my own."

"But I already did," Eida said, all too pleased with herself. "Mm, I'll admit I killed the women but it's okay, really. If they didn't want to be killed, they would have ran away." She said plainly but Alexis was in no form for this. Eida shrugged and Alexis narrowed her sharp eyes. "Provided you fuckers stay away from me, I won't feel the need to, so please, leave me be. I killed my playthings, yet again, as a substitute for my own mother. Tell me you wouldn't have chosen her over them too." She started to side step her and Alexis turned only her head. "No more killing, okay? But I'll be just fine on my own."She said and Alexis reached out and grabbed her arm. "But you're not. You are not fine, Eida this isn't you," She said and gripped her arm a bit firmly, not too hard.

"Come home, Let me fix you." She told her trying to force emotion into her words but they were muted. SO instead she tried to speak to Eida's She'd said it herself she didn't kill her mother despite wanting to, so Eida was still in there, just like Alexis' own emotions, she was just muted. "Mycah left, because of you, because of what you said, what you made him do, You couldn't have wanted that?"She told her. "If you come back now you could maybe change his mind about staying gone." She offered, but she knew if Eida responded negatively, she'd have to use more of her power, she didn't want to, she didn't want to lose more of her emotions, especially not knowing when Lemhilr would return, and she really didn't want him to see her like this.

Eida felt a sudden pressure on her arm, halting her movements entirely. Her head snapped around, and after fighting against the urge to sneer, looked Alexis dead in the eyes. The girl was strong, more so than Eida had ever known her to be. If she wanted Eida to stay put, there was nothing she could do about that but keep her dignity by not struggling to resist and ultimately failing. "But you're not. You are not fine, Eida this isn't you," Alexis told her, tightening her grip only slightly, though it was enough to aggravate Eida. Still, she kept her composure, and merely cocked her head to one side, as if she needed some kind of explanation. She wondered, very briefly, why people kept telling her that... 'This isn't you'. She'd never felt more like herself; she felt free, for the first time in her life.

"Come home, let me fix you," Alexis continued, causing a deep frown to pinch Eida's brows together, her expression one of mild and momentary confusion. I don't need to be fixed, she thought bitterly, I don't want to be fixed.

"Mycah left, because of you, because of what you said, what you made him do. You couldn't have wanted that?" Alexis persisted, seemingly trying to appeal to Eida's former feelings for the boy. ""If you come back now you could maybe change his mind about staying gone." Eida looked at Alexis for the longest moment, no longer leaning against her hold but instead embracing it as she stepped closer and muttered, "Good fucking riddance." Eida then reclaimed her arm and crossed both over her torso, much in the way she would whenever she felt anxious or agitated. She released a quiet huff.

"How are you supposed to be able to help me, Alexis? How can I be 'fixed'?" she asked suddenly, looking up once more. "I'm not possessed. The Eida you once knew isn't kicking and screaming to reclaim control because I am her, I'm just... different now." Eida's eyes shifted elsewhere for a while, seemingly being unable to focus on any one person or thing. "On my word, I will stop needlessly killing people. Aside from that, I don't see how any of my intentions or actions are your concern. Mycah can stay gone, it's probably better off that way. I'm not going to go chasing after him, we could both do better. Just... Leave me be, Alexis, okay?"

"Good fucking riddance." was Eida's response, snatching her arm away, in which Alexis merely loosened her grip to allow. She noticed how she reacted. She didn't like knowing that Mycah left, that she'd hurt him so badly. Whether she knew it consciously or not. Her body language told her as much.

"How are you supposed to be able to help me, Alexis? How can I be 'fixed'?" She said and Alexis didn't even blink as she gazed at her, deeply. She wasn't working any of her new magic, guilt did that for her. "I'm not possessed. The Eida you once knew isn't kicking and screaming to reclaim control because I am her, I'm just... different now." She said and looked away, not looking anywhere in particular, just around as if trying to find her words in space. "On my word, I will stop needlessly killing people. Aside from that, I don't see how any of my intentions or actions are your concern. Mycah can stay gone, it's probably better off that way. I'm not going to go chasing after him, we could both do better. Just... Leave me be, Alexis, okay?" Alexis looked at her for a long time, regarding her carefully.

"Okay. I'll leave you be then." She said and with that, she turned and walked off. She knew what was to come next. Eida didn't need to be pressured, that wouldn't bring her home. It stopped the killing, but that wasn't Alexis' or the family's concern. It was Eida herself that had the lot of them worried. None of them could reach her, not even her own mother could. It had to be someone Eida didn't feel the least bit threatened by. Someone Eida wanted to protect herself, from herself.

Alexis knew just the siren.

She took a few more steps before shifting back to the hotel. She knew Lemlihr wouldn't be back for some time so she could use her power a bit and still have time to recover her emotions.
It was then that Sunday and Kellin walked down the stairs. Sunday looking paler than usual but otherwise alright, smiled at her confused. "Hello?" She said and Alexis could only smile. "It's me, Dollface." She said, and Sunday's eyes went wide. "Alexis?" She gasped and Alexis nodded. "You're...You...." She stammered before Alexis merely shrugged. "I changed."
"You're beautiful!" She said, and Alexis was taken aback by that. "You look like grandmother!" She said and quickly made her way down the stairs to greet her properly. Alexis chuckled. "You think so?" She said, feeling her emotions coming back to her, or Sunday's enthusiasm was just infectious, she didn't want to know. Sunday reached up and hugged her, to which Alexis welcomed warmly. "I'm not scary anymore." "Oh, you were never scar..okay so maybe you were a little scary, but you were lovely before and you're lovelier still." Sunday said, catching herself in a bit of a lie and Alexis smiled, more brightly this time. "You always know just what to say." She said and Sunday looked at her oddly, cocking her head like her mother does. "Huh?"

Alexis didn't want to give it all away, she didn't want that on Sunday's shoulders' when it happened but she wanted her to have the confidence.

"Just...You have a way with words, you can convince anyone of just about anything."
Alexis said and Sunday looked at her. "Not Alec."
"Yes, Alec too, just trust yourself, and your words, they have a magic all their own." She told her and Sunday was struck dumb a moment as Alexis looked up at Kellin. He was her nephew but that was where their connection ended. He didn't have much to do with the family, but he would soon. Something entered Alexis' mind. Something she had to tell Kellin.

"Kellin," She said, almost like a greeting but she cocked her head, as if listening to something. "She...she does care, no matter what she does, she cares about you." She said, and frowned a little before shaking her head. "Sorry, these powers are still new. I'm gonna lie down. Have fun." She said and made her way up to her room but paused at the steps. "Remember what I said, it's important, both of you." She said. "Oh and one more thing, Kellin, stand down." She said, and with that she was in her room, the door closed behind her, wondering how to control the flow of information she kept receiving and subsequently, delivering. It was clear she didn't know everything, if she did, she'd be able to control this.
