He was reminded of her attitude yesterday before she'd gone out and come back a complete drunk. She'd been ignoring him. Now that she was back to normal, he wondered if that ill tempered attitude had been brought back with her sense of normality. He shrugged the growing thought aside and greeted her casually nonetheless. If she didn't respond then fuck it.
"Hello kitten."

"Please tell me I had a good time," She said and leaned her head against the cool glass of the mirror. She sighed and looked down at her stomach, suddenly really hungry. She remembered Vlad herlping her out last night and she stuck her head out in the hallway. "Thanks Vlad, I appreciate that," She told him, not really remembering what he did but remembering thinking he was really nice. She walked back into the bathroom and started to brush her teeth.

Did she actually remember anything that had happened the previous night? It seemed that she had and he nodded in response that she was welcome. He looked her over and frowned. She didn't look too good. It seemed any minute she'd fall or throw up a good deal of whatever contents were roiling around in her empty stomach. He shrugged to himself and placed his Ipod on his bed as he regarded her.
"Are you okay? Do you need anything?" He was about to ask another question of concern when he clamped his mouth shut; remembering that this wasn't the type of guy he usually was. He never lounged around ANYBODY just to make sure they were feeling okay and to see if there was anything else he could do to help them. He didn't feel right about how he was reacting recently. Certainly they're little fling didn't get in the way of his rational thinking. He cast a glance at her again, prodding her to respond to his previous questions that lingered in the air.
He wasn't changing. He would admit to himself as any mature person would that he did have some sort of attraction to Avery, aside from the physical.

"No but thanks for asking. I've already downed three advils and feel like shit. But oh well, it's not like it'll teach me a lesson." She winked at Vlad and got her brush from the counter as she started to brush the tangles out of her hair, wincing as she did so. She wondered when the next party was, she would probably wind up going to that one.

"No but thanks for asking. I've already downed three advils and feel like shit. But oh well, it's not like it'll teach me a lesson."
And there she went being a stubborn, and blind type of idiot. He rolled his eyes and smiled back at her. "But of course," he mrmured and threw himself down on the bed. Taking up his sketchpad, he opened it to his last page and began shading some finishing touches to the random scenery he'd drawn up. His eyes drifted over Avery again and he shook his head.
No. He wasn't about to bother her with matters that didn't apply right now.

She repositioned herself so she was lying down, putting her throbbing head on the pillow and closed her eyes. "So what did you do last night?" She asked him, her hands absentmidedly going to his arms and starting rubbing small circles on them. "I mean I know what I did, well, I have an idea." She said, a small smile gracing her face despite her throbbing head.

"So what did you do last night?"
"Not get drunk," he quipped. He meant it in a tease but his voice came out a little harsh. There was a slight hunger going on inside him. She was right next to him. And the wind didn't let up just because. If anything he'd say it picked up velocity and he wanted to bite her. Taste her. But he steeled against the craving. He'd leave her alone. It wasn't....his thoughts stopped running around his circles the instant she touched him and started running her fingers in circles across his arm. He looked down at her then averted his gaze.
"I went out. Then came back here and took care of you." He looked down at her again; a grin on his face. A telling grin that said you owe me kitten.

"But then again, it's always nice to have someone do that for me. Though I'm a slightly shocked my neck is bite free. Hey, if you drink my blood when I'm drunk, will you get drunk too?" She asked, derailing her original thoughts onto a more interesting topic.

"And you really didn't need to take care of me, I'm a big girl, I could do it myself. I used to do it all the time,"
Vladmir chuckled and gave her a small kiss on the lips, "I'm sure kitte. Well last night you were in no shape to take care of yourself if you'd like to know." And he gave her a look that she shouldn't try and counter what he said. Because she must have known he wouldn't have touched her if he knew she was more than capable of helping herself.
"But then again, it's always nice to have someone do that for me. Though I'm a slightly shocked my neck is bite free. Hey, if you drink my blood when I'm drunk, will you get drunk too?"
Vladmir nodded then laughed at her question. The images that formulated in his mind from that were funny as hell. Vampires getting drunk off of blood. Some did become indisposed. But never drunk.
"No. We....I avoid drinking from drunk persons because their blood tends to be accented by whatever they've been drinking and it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. So I don't." He arched a brow as he leaned in closer to her and swiped his hand across her neck then up across her lips.
"Did you want me to kitten?"

She smiled when he laughed, God she loved the sound of it. She really thought he needed to laugh and smile more often, she loved how it would light his face up. "So you don't like the taste of whiskey? I mean, I would think fireball whiskey tastes a lot better than blood, but, you know, I guess we don't have the same tastes." She told him with a wink. She gasped and held in her breah when she felt his hand across her neck and then to her lips and she heard his question. "Headache," She told him, though it didn't sound very decisive. She sort of looked up at him, sore form yesterday as well as the hangover.
"Are you being all sweet and asking me out?" She asked him with a smirk, knowing her acting oblivious would annoy him.

Where did she get that from. Okay, probably she was misinterpreting what he'd been talking about. Or probably he himself had gone off track meanwhile he'd been openly ogling Avery. He shrugged as he considered what she'd just said. It was an inviting prospect he could more than likely take up on.
He shrugged again; this time to her. "I don't know. What if I am?" he smirked and draped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her even closer to him. Then his lips nuzzled at her hair then his lips found her ear where he whispered; "And I'm actually feeling very hungry kitten."

"Of course you are. But then again, won't my blood taste gross with all of the leftover alcohol? I mean, you'll probably be tasting Vodka and Tequila. Maybe some whiskey. . . and beer. Maybe some Baileys, though I'm not sure about that one," She said with a smile, moving her hair out of Vlads way and put her hand on his thigh, drumming her fingers over the jean material and occasionly stroking it. "Not too much, 'kay?" She said, alreayd hurting from the hangover. Last thing she needed was blood loss.

He arched a brow at Avery's willingness though. Not that she wouldn't be really. But there was hardly a fight she put up. And she sort of would.
"Not too much, 'kay?"
He shook his head and turned her face to his and kissed her; then he moved back. "It's fine. Your alcohol count just downed my hunger." He smiled and leaned back, taking up his phone when it just started to ring. And strangely with an urgency he could oddly pick up.

She walked back up to her room and saw Vlad still on the phone so she went in the bathroom and took another Advil, her headache finally starting to go away. She smiled and brushed her teeth again and brushed her hair and walked back inside of the room.

Without giving Cassie another minute of his time, he hung up the phone and silently walked into the bathroom. He came up behind her at the same time she turned around, causing her to bump into his chest. He anchored his hand high up on the doorframe and looked down at her.
"Are you okay kitten?"

"Who was on the phone?" She asked, trying to divert his attention away from her. She didn't know why Vlad could make her blush, usually she was the one who made boys blush and she didn't like the role reversal.

"Who was on the phone?"
He gave a noncommital shrug when she asked who was on the phone. "No one important," he asnwered. And it was an honest answer. He hardly ever minded Cassie but right now she wasn't an important object in his mind right now.
He backed her inside the bathroom and closed the door. "Why do you ask?"
That was something else. He should just overlook it but Avery had a certain level of curiosity if it came to the privacy of his phone she never asked questions. It was a weird observation.
