Personality

Eric is a lighthearted fellow with a few good jokes and witty stories in his head. He enjoys the simplest things in life, seeing as the more complicated luxuries are either expensive or non-existent in his town. He is sometimes seen as a loner, anti-social, self-reliant, or any synonym related to them, but he cannot say he understands these titles that have been plastered with his identity. He has friends, he is friendly and generous with those he engages with, and he likes to spend lots of quality time with anyone he is associated with, but his knack for striking out on his own and getting things done whether or not they need done is, he reckons, the reason he doesn't have as much time for anything important anymore.

Equipment

He doesn't own too much in this world, but he can usually be found with his tool belt around his waist and a chainsaw or an axe on his shoulder. He, like many members of the logging crew, is licensed to carry a concealed firearm, and usually has a Browning BDA 380 in a Galco Royal Guard holster tucked on the inside of his trousers.

History

Born on a small farm just east of Jackal Flats, Colorado, his family packed up and moved away from the family farm when Eric was 6 years old to seek economic opportunities in Wyoming during a boom in the logging industry. The next several years were spent in and out of poverty as his mother and father struggled to make ends meet and Eric struggled in the classroom. During his junior year of high school, he was hired by the logging company as a tool boy, and upon graduation, was made a full-fledged member of the crew. He now spends his time working, day in and day out, in the roughest terrain of the state, doing dangerous work for enough pay. He has also taken an interest in lumberjack competitions, having become quite handy with an axe as a result of his work, and has won many local competitions.
