Tiffany Valerie Jorsep was born to Norman and Martina Jorsep, a pair of stage magicians who, while nationally recognized individually, became world-famous as a pair. The two of them raised Tiffany to utilize her magical craft as well, although her power manifested in a specific way: despite her spell casting not being as good as her parents, she could duplicate any superpower she encountered by being within twenty feet of a superpowered being.

She is one of the strongest superheroes due to both her copying ability as well as her utilization of the best augmentations science has to offer. She has trained under master martial artists and is on a short list of heavy hitters. Because of this, she chooses to call herself The Dominator.
