Appearance:
Shilo has pixie like features in her human appearance. Slightly pointed ears, soft delicate skin and thin form. Her hair color is unnatural, a pale purple , so when she is out in public she often must shift it to more discrete colors to not be suspected. When she does this it is usually to brown, trying to keep it as average looking as possible. Though her figure is slender and delicate she should not be underestimated of course. She is fast, strong and deadly. She stands at 5'9, very tall for someone who can act so childish. Her eyes are sometimes said to be lilac or a grey blue color by others, she finds mirrors pointless when you can change your appearance when you want to so she's never decided what color they are for herself. She loves dresses and skirts, though finds them impractical to wear as a shape shifter. They all end up torn and ratty, doesnt stop her from wearing them though.
Personality:
Due to her position as the Dragon among shapeshifters she has swung towards the tendency of appearing spoiled, bratty, and self centered, but she is more complex than that. She does love getting her way but her love for her race is stronger, she hates knowing she is the youngest. She has lead a more protected life than other shapeshifters which can make her a little naive at times but she is bright and a good fighter. However, her sanity can often come into question as she goes into a sadistic, cruel, child like mode when fighting, it can even extend to feral viciousness seemingly without control, but she strongly believes she would never hurt someone she cared about no matter what form she or they were in. She has a particular love for imitating noises, shifting her voice box she can imitate almost anything. She is easily frightened only when she see's her own blood. She hates it, the smell, the color (even though there is nothing different about it). Apart from this, when she is in one of her better moods she is playful, energetic and fun. She doesnt focus easily when she is in a good mood though and likes to go off on little tangents and daydreams.

History:
Shilo came into being not even 20 years ago, given that she still has a lot to learn. The news of birth was celebrated among shapeshifters but secretly. She lived a very sheltered life for many years, her parents fearing for her safety as the youngest. They felt she needed protection more than other shifters, that she gave hope and promise of their race's much needed increase. Her name is fairly well known among shifters now and most share this desire to protect her, though she has always hated it finding it offensive to her capabilities. In her view her parents died because they refused to let her help fight a team of hunters off, instead of letting her fight they made her hide as a mouse and escape, returning to find them dead. She killed those hunters one by one in a blind rage, the first time her sadistic nature emerged. For 3 years now she has done her best to get by. Hunting humans is no sweat, once she has finished with them she takes the money they have on them, she hasnt spent a dime since she was left on her own. She is just stocking up money for a rainy day, never know when it will come in handy. She sleeps in other forms than her human one, usually a raccoon because most people dont like to bother them. On the odd occasion she has run into trouble but so far she has managed to pull through. She hopes to meet other shifters again soon, finding life a little lonely by herself.
