"yeah, i am. 'salways like this, but then again, i think i like it better this way." he motions for a refill and downs that one too. "what about you?" he asks, slurring ever so slightly.

"Mysterious" she said with a touch of friendly sarcasm. She took another sip, looking him over, trying to read him a little. Something intrigued her. Why not lie? Make it easy.
"You don't look the type," she said. "You dress nice, you hold yourself well, and you don't seem to drip depression like some of the others you might meet in this world. Nobody's life is a bed of roses." Another sip.
'Take it easy,' she told herself. Alisia needed to pace herself as if not to loose her wit. Something about this man seemed slightly dangerous, but not in a bad way. It was hard to put her finger on it. She sat her drink down on the napkin, a wet ring marking the brown towel.

"Looks can be deceiving. I hold myself well because I have the utmost confidence I can get anybody and everybody to do what I want, and that requires 100% confidence. I'm not depressed because.. well I guess I just don't have anything TO be depressed about."
He eyed her for a second, finding it ironic what she had said. Her description of him also applied to her. "What about you? You may as well have described yourself in saying that."

She hadn't really been planning to engage with a male tonight. Alisia had a bad habit of dazzling them with her charm and ending up in dangerous situations. However, despite his "dark past", he didn't seem dangerous. She didn't trust him completely, that would be pure stupidity. She had only known him for a few minutes. But, at least for the moment she felt at ease and decided to just enjoy the conversation. It wasn't like anything else was happening at this place.
"Life is way to short to be depressed. If you spend all your time moping around you miss out on life, and all her perks. I'm too smart for that." A pause and another of her smirks.
"Plus a confident girl always get the guys." A wink. Not necessarily meant as flirtatious, just her personality. It was no wonder she was always getting in trouble.

Once she had went on to say "Plus a confident girl always get the guys." his drink arrived and he took a drink. He wasn't sure if she was flirting or not, so he just gave a neutral response. "Depends on the guy," Jimmy replied.

"You seem to know your way around this "small world", Jimmy." She wondered how. What was he a part of? She knew this town had her secrets, and this place especially seemed to advertise mystery. She only ran her finger around the outside of her glass when the drink arrived. Mulling him over.
She had to be careful, getting entranced by all this mystery could get a girl in a world of hurt, and as sweet as he seemed, he didn't look like the type of guy she should be making friends with. The fact that she found him in this place should have set up enough red flags. That would be a good story to tell her parents.
'Guess what mom, found a guy at this place.... its called the sanctuary. No, no not an actual sanctuary. This is a Nightclub in San-Fran.'
Sounded beautiful. Not.
Something seemed off in this place all the sudden. Not Jimmy necessarily, but something was most definitely off. She needed to make a decision now. Leave and miss all the drama, or stay and learn more about the people that were here. She took downed her second drink and looked at Jimmy. If he knew his way around this small world maybe he was the person to be around when things got hairy. So she ordered a third drink and smiled.
"And you, what kind of girl are you into?" she asked.

"Any girl that won't put a gun in my back when I turn around, I guess." It had crossed his mind that, by now, he had given way too much information. He already had half of San-Fran wanting his head as-his, and if it weren't for him literally being able to drop off the criminal radar, he would be dead. If this girl was with one of them, which he doubted, he could easily be hunted down and killed.
"So tell me, what did you come here for..?" Jimmy asked. It seemed obvious enough to him people didn't just come to Sanctuary to find dates or have a good time; other then the man he overheard say he came here for a drink often.

Years had passed since she had seen him last. Long years. His face had matured, facial hair growing on his defined jaw line. His eyes had grown mad, desperate looking. He was thin, he had lost weight, but way to much of it. His 2-sizes-to-big T shirt clung to him as it dripped onto the floor.
"You," he spoke as if he didn't have the will to speak anymore. Like someone had stolen his ability to communicate straight from his throat. Then he grew wild, powerful, charging across the club and pulling Alisia from her chair by her shoulders.
"YOU!" he growled it, demanded it. "You ruined everything! My life, you took everything from me. You took my life from me! Give it back! Give me back my life!" he lost his will to demand and sunk to her knees, and sobbed.
Alisia stood unsure of how to react, as everyone stared at her. Play it off? Pretend like she has no idea who he is? She decided to wait, and play off the reactions of the others who were spectating.
