Physical Appearance: A typical white male, that is the description most police get on the few jobs that have gone badly. Naturally since that describes a little over half the population that is not much to go on. David is a six foot tall, medium build male. His body is muscular, toned almost perfectly but not too noticeable to others when he's wearing clothes. He has black hair that hangs loosely and goes to about his ears, it seems to always be in the best position to look good and yet is in an eternal state of chaos. Not too small to get squashed by people but not too tall as to be noticed he stands at about 5’11, a ghost able to move through most groups without getting a second glance unless he means too. Those that do glance twice though see his nice brown hair, strong jaw and piercing green eyes.
Many have called him handsome and good looking, something that helps him since most think that a villain is going to be ugly with scars all over them. His facial features run the edge between chaos and order, sharp and distinctive but with the hint of passion and wildness to him. David possess no noticeable tattoos or scars or any other marks that could give him away.
As one would expect from a con artist, David can move from one expression to another without issue, this has led him to be a little over expressive with his face at time. While a lot of people work on stopping those little tells like a slight smile or flicker of the eyes, David has gone the opposite way; actually creating and throwing them in randomly when he gets a bit bored.

Personality: David has the skills and abilities to change his personality when he feels the need too, being able to switch between a shy humble geek to a loud and proud alpha male. He's been called both a sociopath and a psychopath before, neither of which correctly fits him though. The real David is a very social person, loving to talk and learn new things as his knowledge and little facts flood out of him. He feels everything, guilt and sadness for some of the things he's done but also happiness and joy for other things. A man of conflicting emotions in the best of times, David is often forced to grapple with his own thoughts and feelings while putting a happy and relaxed appearance to the world. He acts very prideful and confident when really large swirling currents of self doubt and hatred for himself flow under the surface. David is very hard to get to know and become close too, keeping the world at lengths most of the time. He would put his own life on the line to protect a friend though, often doing stupid and risky things to help people who most would not think deserved it.

Oddly enough while it might be hard for those around him to truly get to know the real David, it only takes him a moment to begin to grasp the type of person someone else is, this means that more often than not he might be your friend even though you aren’t his. The other reason as to why David is hard to get to know, other than his unwillingness to talk openly about who he is, is his habit of lying. Steming from a wish to not be vulnerable, to not allow anyone close enough to hurt him David often will tell stories and tales that while not always being lies or deceitful, are more often superfluous and meaningless in the long run. Deceit has become almost second nature to him and as such he constructs false faces for people to see, and when people begin to peel back those faces they get glimpses of who he is. Sadly these small truths about who he is more often get taken as lies themselves than anything else. Even when he wishes to reach out and show others who he is, he can’t help but stop himself since he feels it would make him vulnerable.
Skills: David has an almost perfect memory, able to memorize things quickly and easily make him a powerful force on obtaining information. Add to this his ability to blend in with almost any crowd, a knack for reading those around him and a very good hand at forging credentials, you have a world class criminal.

History: David grew up in an abusive family, his father beat him and his mother was a drug addict. Even at a young age his brains and intellect got him into a lot of trouble, but it also get him out of it. While still in high school he left home and moved away, getting a hold of a set up fake emancipation papers on the other side of town. Enrolling back in school to learn was something that most kids would not have done, David had a ferocious appetite for information though and as such made his first goal to be getting back into school.

It was not long before David realized that for a child there was not that many ways to earn money. David quickly became involved in the criminal underworld, at the age of 13 he'd already started boosting cars and running with gangs. As time went on he learned a number of different skills, ranging from the drug trade and violence to how cops operated and worked. By 15 he had gotten his GED and was picked up by a local crime leader named Frey. Frey had picked him up because of his skills and his brains, taking him away from the lower level of crime and aiming him towards more white collar things.

His time on the streets of the city ended with that, Frey taught him many things that would later prove useful and helped David grow as a person. Frey and David quickly began stealing from the rich with a number of cons and thefts which made them both very rich. It was during one of these cons that David met Abigail and as all such things go, the women ruined him. She showed David what it meant to be sophisticated, taking him to galleries and balls and entrancing him with all these things. David quickly fell in love and ended up slipping up, even though Frey had warned him not too he told the girl he loved about who he really was and that fact that he had come there to rob her and her family. Sadly it was her that turned him into the cops.

Thus began a short part of his life on the run, going from city to city and never sleeping until one day he was taken in by the U.S. Marshalls. After a lengthy trial he was sentenced to Santa Reina where he would undergo rehabilitation since he had managed to convince a judge that he was just “a poor boy pulled into a life of crime by the only real father figure that I ever knew. ” With the promise of his recard being expunged David sits at a crossroad in his life, should he go back to the life he has known or carve out a knew one? A legit one….a boring one.
