Hair: dark brown.
Personality
He's really laid back, but once he gets angry, he turns into a completely different person. He cares deeply for his little sister Valene, and is very over protective of her. But he will back off if he sees that she is happy. He is very protective of his siblings.
Equipment
He uses a silver and golden pistol
Magic: Elemental style magic. he's learned to control his power though can still alter the environment around him/make fireballs etc.
History
one of the five children of Duke Devlin, he is now trying to fight for his home back against the evil forces of Wolfe. He has teamed up with Oriana and her crew of dangerous pirates to do so.
So begins...
Arthur Devlin's Story
Arthur Devlin smiled and walked close to Valene, but still close to Kaun. "It's alright. I was just worried about you. But it seems you have a gentleman to guard you from any unwanted attention, so I thank you. Zak felt his face flush slightly. "Y-yes, your Highness."
"I see that you are not even going to go to the summoning. I heard father mention it earlier. And would you not be so rude, we are in a cathedral." he said, his violet eyes catching Kaun's.
"This happened just the other day..." he said, biting his lip. "Father needs you Kaun. I am not sure why, but...I know it's important. We could be brothers, so I'll treat you as one." Arthur said softly, as he took Valene from the strange man. "You are affected by the magic as well?"
"I have learned to control it somewhat. It's a lot more difficult for Valene, since she just came in to her powers."
"She has really dark magic, and can cast ice, summon illusions, and much more. I am trying to help train her...but nobody else in our family, that I know of atleast, have had this type of power."
"I can control small aspects of the weather. When I was angry, it would storm like crazy. But now that I have learned to control it, I can make the sun shine brighter in one particular spot, I can make an area of rain form over a small area. It's acctually really fun." he said with a small smile.
"Wide range. Father has something similar." he said softly. "So, where have you been?" he asked politely, genuienlly curious.
Arthur Devlin quirked an eyebrow. "Really." he remembered the times when Father took time out to read bedtime stories to Valene and himself. Many of them were about brave pirates. "What was that like?" he asked, not really caring if the guy was pirate. He seemed to be taking care of his sister, and Valene seemed happy, so that was all that mattered. He would still be talking with him later though.
Arthur Devlin nodded with understanding. "And which side did you run with? And is it true that Wolfe has returned again?"
Arthur Devlin bit his lip. "The royal navy will do all we can to help. I assure you of it. They may not like siding with pirates, but if I command them to do so, they will. I am guessing you love this girl?" he asked shyly, thinking back to Kathryn.
"I will help. I am not like the rest of this family. You can count on me. If she means that much to you, I would smack you silly if you didn't try to save her. But you have to have a plan first. Going against Wolfe without so much as a plan, is suicide."
"Let's just say, our older siblings and mother are not the most...accountable people." He said, his face going to a frown with the mention of his mother.
"No...but she...she is just a horrible person. Valene doesn't like when I talk ill of her, for she is still my mother, but that woman...just today, she went on a rant about basically how Valene and myself would never meet royal standards, and a bunch of other rubbish. And Father just lets her get away with it. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to hold Valene after one of that woman's rants."
"Yes it would be best. I, personally, hate the woman. But finding your captain is more important about some senile woman."
Arthur Devlin walked around trying to find Valene. He heard a sad song coming from inside the gardens and saw Valene at the piano. He quickly went to her and sat down at the piano bench, letting her finish her song.
Arthur Devlin looked over to his brothers. "Good morning. And Hello Valene. Are you feeling better? Oh yes, before I forget...that Zak fellow said he would stop by at sometime to see how you were doing. You gave him a fright." he said with a laugh.
