Appearance: Emily stands up at 5"9, with pale skin as cold as ice and long brown hair that goes down to her waist. She has brown eye color to match that of her hair, and wears dark long sleeved clothes on a regular basis, despite the fact that she dislikes being too warm (yes, differing clothes than from the pic). She wears two black gloves when in public places, slightly grayed over the months of usage, yet kept in great condition. She often wears running shoes, and has a "no reason not to" policy towards people who ask about what she wears. She hides a rather large slash scar along her left arm that runs halfway up and down her arm in both directions from her elbow, and her entire left arm doesn't naturally sway when at a walking pace. Another scar runs down from both sides of her left eye, meeting at a point about an inch downward from where both points start at both sides of her eye. Her eye is undamaged, and the scar is so clean cut that it looks more like a patch of even paler skin on her face. She is almost always seen carrying bottled water when in public.

Ability: Water / Ice based. Can propel herself forward at high speeds in damp air or when standing on wet ground. Can manipulate the shape of water in liquid states. Can control the velocity of ice in solid form. Cannot revert ice to water. Cannot change steam into water. Can change steam into ice particles, which humans may breathe and choke on as they shred internal organs. Can "flash freeze" objects or beings covered in water. Can create ice weapons when near bodies of water. Can create steam when in hot climate. Can force separation of water from other substances, thereby "cleaning" it. Many abilities weakened in hot or dry areas. Many abilities boosted in moist, damp or forest areas. Can draw water from her body for use in combat, though only as a last resort, as this will knock her out soon after usage. Her favored weapon is the sword, though she is also practiced in fighting with spears and staffs.

Personality: Emily is somewhat reserved when near people she doesn't know, yet she can be very outgoing when talking or hanging out with friends or family. She tends to be the one to let people ask her to do something with them, rather than being the one to ask to join something. She gives off a depressing feeling and has a rather flat, if not sad, face when she's not paying attention to how she looks to others. She can almost always be talked into a race or a challenge to a game, as she excels at both with great skill. She has no fear of great heights and is very trusting in her ability to keep balance. She's rather shy about flaunting her skill at parkour and free running to others, and can be difficult to convince to doing something she disagrees to. She pays little mind to the wills of everyone except her closest friends, though she can be very helpful to anyone in need. She hates talking about her father or her family situation, and can often be seen with an angry look on her face when receiving texts from him or when having to deal with events pertaining to him. She goes silent when asked about her family situation, though when asked about her depressed face, she brings up a smile and hides the look. It's also noted that she has trouble deciding on certain topics, and can be rather picky about her food at times. Her favorite song is Sad Spring by Foreground Eclipse and Draw the Emotional.

History: Born in 1996 to a caring mother and a high-income father, Emily lived most of her life in happiness and satisfaction. She never cried as a baby and smiled at everything, and brought smiles to others who looked her way. She always got anything and everything she wanted, even though she never had many requests. She scored straight As through elementary school years, never running into trouble with the local bullies and being asked often by others to play games instead. She was a natural pro at video games, beating Ace Combat 4 on Ace difficulty when she was five and a half years old and easily blowing her way through other games that her mother bought for her. She struggled with Algebra in the eighth grade because of a bad teacher, and she noticed her father returning home less and less often from "work" as she stayed up late nights playing video games. In freshman year in high school when her father had been driving her to school, he got in a crash with two other cars. Where he had gotten out unharmed, she suffered scars along her arm, eye and some other parts of her body. She soon found out over the next year that her parents had been on odds against each other, her father spending the family funds on drinking rather than bills and her mother trying to get him to work. He soon moved out of the house, and from Sophomore to the end of Junior year to today her mother had been in court trying to get her father to at least pay insurances. Few of her friends know of her predicament, how she may have to soon either separate from her family or move to another area, and those few suspect that these events have led to Emily's hidden "depression". She mainly plays video games as a pass time today, sometimes going outside and to a local construction area or some other place to parkour when workers are not around.

Notes: Emily's shoes contain a coolant mesh made almost entirely of water, thus giving her the ability to propel herself forward at high speeds at almost any time of her choosing. She also has the ability to walk on water while she's barefoot, though she almost never uses this power for rather obvious reasons.
