It wasn't until they reached further out of the 'town' area that Fry kept yanking the leash. Cam followed in the direction. Fry was growling and sniffing and simply going crazy. Cam was about to scold her when fry came upon a person lying the grass, a car pulled to the side of the road not too far from the person.
"Uh... hello?"
"Uh... hello?"
Inu opened her eyes and arched an eye brow. She muttered under her breath as she sat up wincing at the pain that shot through her shoulder. "Can I help you?"
"Yeah, no. You do this a lot?" He asked, a half smile on his face. Fry was licking Inu, her tail wagging excitedly.
Inu laughed and pet Fry's head. "I find a dip in a freezing river to be quite refreshing every now and then." She looked up from her seat on the ground. "You should try it sometime."
"Yeah, I'll pass on that." He bent down low to the ground to get a better look at the woman. "Ah... the bartender." He felt a little stupid immidently afterwards. What other person had legit white hair and that kind of body... (adding the body part to separate from old people)
"And you're the blond that hangs out with Tony." She said, picking grass off her wet shirt. "And I have a name you know."
"Don't be a smart ass...I won't hesitate to throw you into the water." She muttered. "And my name's Angel Sunico. However I prefer be called Inu, if you don't mind."
Inu stayed where she was, shaking water from her hair. "So, are you going to tell me your name, or am I going to have to keep calling you 'that blond'?" She asked shivering slightly.
He watched her, his arms crossed over his chest as if he didn't want to share his name. "Cam," he answered simply.
"Well, at least now I know who to charge for those drinks from last night." She leaned back in the grass
"Well, if you must know,I was hoping to find a tree to smash my car into, hopefully hard enough to throw myself through the windshield, but to no avail." She shrugged her shoulders. "So I decided to take a swim-against my own will-and scream my frustrations to the sky.",
"Oh, I didn't say that, Pumpkin." He held onto Fry tightly who was still trying to sniff at the ground surrounding Inu.
"Pumpkin? Really?" Inu shook her head. "Alright. Fine. Since you're so eager to hear about it. I'm am somehow $25,000 in debt because those....twats at the bank insist that I did not pay off a lone that I know I paid nearly three years ago, so they're going to foreclose on my club. Then I come home to find out that one of my tenants had been shot and because I own that damn apartment building the FBI was all up in my case thinking I had something to do with it. I suppose telling them that I was getting wasted didn't help me..."
Cam chuckled. "Of course not and I highly doubt that you shot the someone in your apartment building."
"Yeah, well, I wouldn't be surprised if they start following me now." She growled. "I hate the government." She looked to Cam and cocked her head a bit to the side. "So, what kind of person takes their dog for a walk at six in the morning?"
