Forest

His kiss felt warm. she smiled at him "I can't wait either. it's so exciting"

she said with glee in her voice. "Lets just hope that creep is gone for good, I feel like we should name him Marcus..what do you think?" She says as she looks his way. She looks a the fire with warm heat hitting phoebes skin in a soothing way it feels nice. she rubs her eye's and yawns.

"if you don't mind i think I'm going to take a little nap, I'm a bit tired." Phoebe said as she began to lay down, she put her head on the soft grass. She falls asleep fast from all that happened today she feels like this is a gift a present from the gods. It's one thing she can look forward to is sleep, you don't have any worries in dreams, only in nightmares. Her eye's slowly close and phoebes fast asleep with in 3 minutes. Phoebe smiles in her sleep..

Jason lets her sleep. "Marcus sounds great." He sits up and watches for any evil doers coming their way. He thinks about how a baby would work in this situation. It's way to dangerous. They need to find someplace to be safe.

Phoebe woke up maybe a half an hour later. She looked up it was now daylight, she yawns and looks around. "Was everything okay while i was asleep?" She asks as she stood up and stretched, phoebe turned around and went to sit on a rock across from Jason. "There's not much to do out here is there. She laughs..Phoebe rubs her eye's and takes a drink of water..(wow that really hits the spot.) she sets it back down and can't help but smile, she's just so happy about having a baby, she can't hold in her happiness.

"Everything was fine." He smiles at her as he stretches a little. "What are we going to do when you have the baby? It really isn't a safe place out here to raise a child nor start a family. I think we really need to makes some more progress of the next few days. When we find the city we can... I think we might get arrested for being nude when we reach the city." He laughs.

Phoebe giggles at the thought of everyone just starring..."Well when i have the baby I'm going to make sure he gets all his nutrients and protein somehow." She says feeling her stomach. She looked a little to the left of Jason seeing a figure standing by a tree. Her eye's widen her, her hand is trying to hit Jason but it misses so it just looks like she's slapping the air. Phoebe take a deep breath "Uh, Jason...that man he's behind that tree." She says as she stares at him with concern.

Jason turns around to look at the tree. He sees the guy too. Jason slowly approaches the man with the knife in his hand which is raised. He charges at the man who starts to sprint away. Jason quickly turns to Phoebe "Stay here." Jason turns back and chases down the guy until he runs out of breath and can't see the mysterious man anymore. Jason walks back to camp "He got away." Jason gets a cup of water and throws it down and catches his breath.

"Well at least he's gone for now but he knows where to find us now", she says phoebe pushes the thought aside. she starers at Jason in an aw, she loves the way he goes after people just for my protection. She smiled at him, phoebe took the cup, and filled it with more water, "So, what should we start doing to improve our living..?" she asks him. Phoebe quickly checked their surrounding to make sure nothing was off or anything

"We need to set more traps and not be so loud next time" Jason smirks "But seriously... I'm gonna make a bunch of traps and start making some walls out of larger sticks and even branches if I can."

Phoebe giggles. "Alright, being less loud may help" Phoebe smiles at him "I'll start making more basket and water cups." She says. She rises from her sitting place and starts looking for twigs and some more leaves. Once she has all that, she begins her way back to the camp. When phoebe got to the camp, she sets the stuff down and starts on the baskets sense that take longer. After 15 minutes five more baskets were made. phoebe sets them aside and starts on the cups, she'll make a few more. 5 minutes as passed and four more of those were mad as well. Phoebe fills them with water, then places them by the other cups. She smiles and goes back to where the baskets are. "I"m going to go get some more good three will be fish and the other three will be berries and what not." She says, taking three baskets and she's off into the forest. She looks around at all the trees searching for some berries. After a little while she see's a bunch of berries and even an apple tree. "Wow, how lucky am I" she says with a smile on her face.

After gathering all the berries and apples she headed back to the camp. Once there Phoebe set them aside the rock with the water on it. She sits back down. "Now we know where to find apples...which is a good thing." She smiles. "How the traps and walls coming? " Phoebe asks

Jason built the traps and set them around the camp site. He started to build the first wall, but it has been a hassle due to a shortage on large branches and large sticks that are already off the trees. "I set up a bunch of traps around the camp. I'll check them an an hour or two to see if we got any animals. The walls on the other hand are taking a while. I need to start chopping down branches. I'll have to find a good tree, climb it, and then start getting to work. I'll go out right now and do it." Jason grabs his hatchet and finds a tree. It is partially easy to climb, so he starts going up it. He reaches a good branch. He starts chopping it at the base of the branch and in a few minutes it comes crashing down. He does it with two more and when they are down he descends from the tree. He brings the branches back to camp and tie them in with the rest of the wall that has been already set up. About 5 minutes later and the first wall is done. "We have one wall for now. I'll start working on more later." He drags the wall to where it gets stuck between two trees. He brings it up and lets it stand and protect.

"Wow, that's awesome.. I can't wait to have walls they'll make me feel more secure especially when the baby comes along. She says putting her hands to her belly, a smiles swept across her face. Phoebe slid down to it on the grass, it was more comfortable than a hard rock. He leans back, only some of her back as support but it doesn't matter to her at the moment. Phoebe looks into the forest admiring the beautiful view of it all. She wishes that Keith could see this, the sun is shinning perfectly through the trees. She fixes her hair, and rises off the ground. Phoebe walks over to Jason and hugs him tightly, she closes her eye's and enjoys the moment. "Here right now, is perfect. I wish the whole world were in this forest.." She smiles "Just so we don't have to worry about what comes next. With all those wild animals and the man..who knows what could happen." Phoebe says still hugging him.

"Nothing is gonna happen. I'm keeping you safe so you don't need to worry." Jeremy wraps his arm around her and gives her a quick kiss before he goes out to get more branches. He finds another good tree not so far from camp. He climbs it and chops down five branches this time. As the last one comes down in crushes a Deer. Jason climbs out as fast as possible and picks the branch up and throws it off of the deer. It's dead. He drags it out further into the forest deciding not to skin it and eat it. He digs a hole with his hands and pushes the deer into it. He throws dirt on top and walks away. The second time he's had to bury something. He picks up the branches and takes them back to camp. He gets thin tree park to tie them together and when he does he sets the wall up.

Jason reassured phoebe that everything was going to be okay, and she was grateful for that. She smiled as she saw the other wall go up"This place is really starting to become a real home, or at least a version of" she said looking at the two walls. She looks at the lake.."Jason i'm going to take a walk down the river, to clear my head of negative thinking." She says in his direction. As phoebe makes her way down the river, she see's it in all the beauty it holds. She got as far as where a big pond lay that was actually pretty deep, or at least looked like i was. She sat on a rock next to the pond. watching the fishes swim beneath it's surface.she got off the rock and went on her knees to hover her head over the water getting a closer look into the pond. You could see tons of fish down there. She giggles at the though of her being a fish and just looking up to the surface seeing something staring at you. "This is a relaxing place." She said looking around the pond. she smiled and looked back at the water. The birds were chipping, squirrels were running around in the tree's this all felt right. Nothing could ruin this moment.She sits back on the rock, she'd go back soon she doesn't want Jason to worry to much. as she sits there admiring the view, her vision is stopped someone had put this hands over hers."Jason? Is that you?" She giggles. The hands move away from her eye's and to her waist pulling phoebe into a hug. Phoebe closes her eye's and rests her head under his chin. She smiles and opens her eye's. She tilts her head up to see Jason's face, only that's what she doesn't see. The man must have realized she'd seen him because he tightened his grip around her body.

"JAS-" She tried to say but the man cuffed his hand around her mouth to keep her from calling anyone. Phoebe couldn't believe what was happening, why was this happening. The man tightened his grip so it made it somewhat hard for Phoebe to even breath, she Struggled to get away but that was no use. He started to drag her away, Phoebe has to think quickly. An idea popped in her head, she hopes this works. She tries to bite the mans thumb which was successful. His hand let go of her allowing her seconds to say something "JASON!!!!!!!!!" She screamed as loud as she could. The man punched her straight in the head after she had screamed, causing her body to go limb, she was knocked up. which made it easy for the man to get a quick getaway with her instead of having her struggle.

Jason popped off of the ground when he her Phoebe's screams. He grabs the knife and the hatchet. (She went down to the stream. Maybe there was a bear or another large animal... or the man) Jason runs towards the stream and looks around for Phoebe and possibly the man. He wanders around the area of the stream when he hears some leaves crunching and twigs snapping. Jason walks closer to the source of the sounds. He sees a large shadow. It could be Phoebe and the man. Hopefully he didn't hurt her. Jason takes a shortcut around to where the man may be going. He hides in a bush and when the man comes around Jason jumps at him. He sees that he was dragging Phoebe. He jabs his knife down trying to hit his face, but the man rolls out of the way. The man kicks Jason in the gut and then hits him in the head. Jason becomes unconscious.

Phoebe slowly wakes from being unconscious. Her vision was still a bit fuzzy. "Jason..?" She mumbles.Her vision came to and she relized they weren't in the forest anymore, some kind of shed maybe..Phoebe went to feel her head but couldn't her hands were chained to a pipe. she looked at her feet they were still free. Phoebe looked around at her surroundings, she see's Jason chained on the other side of the shed.."Jason!" She screamed...Phoebe struggled to get her arms free from the chains. It was no use they were tight. "Where are we...?" she whispers. There's no sign of the man anywhere..what does he want with us..could he possibly be the one who put us her..Phoebe looks around in the shed, it's quite big, but she notices blood stains on the walls and floors...She screams at the sight of it..Her eye's begin to water up, she doesn't want to die. she messes with the chains again hoping they'd come lose. They don't.

Phoebe hears the creek of a door opening. She looks to her left seeing a door slowly open and the man come in.."Oh i see your awake..lovely." He says looking at Phoebe, he than licked his lips as he looked her up and down..He gave her a smile and bent down next to her, touching her soft skin. Phoebe tries to back away back there was no where to go..no way to defend herself. Her eye's were full of tears now, which when the man saw he whipped them away. "Oh no need to cry dear...no need for that, not yet anyway." He laughed and went over to the table, examining tools that were full of blood stains. Phoebe watched him, as he looked at each carefully.

Jason can hear a voice very close by. He starts to struggle when he notices his hands are stuck. He opens his eyes and sees a man. It was the man from the forest. "Hey! What do you want with us?" Jason takes a look around and sees Phoebe across from him. Her hands are chained up. So are his. He looks around and sees blood-stained tools and all the walls are splattered with blood. Who is this man? Why does the want Jason and Phoebe?

Phoebe see's Jason wakes up, she looks at him with frightened eye's. The man looked Jason's way "Oh, great your awake now too. It's pretty simple what i want with you. Your powers." Phoebe looks at him, confused. she sniffs "Our what?" She asks. the man chuckles "Your powers..i saw that other lad use them on the bear from when i ran off." He smiled "If you really must know I'm a collector of magical powers. Than i give them to my boss." He pauses and looks at phoebe "My names Travis" He grins. Travis looks over at Jason.."Looks as though you didn't keep your promise lad.." He peered Phoebe's way than back to him "You didn't keep her safe.." he smirks..Phoebe stares at the man as he talks...she doesn't know what to think..do they really have powers, well she did see the bear attack that happened. Travis walked towards phoebe and bent down, she was looking down to avoid eye contact, he took his hand and lifted her chin up.."Tell me, whats your power...hmm?" He asks her as he lifts her head up. Phoebe looks at him in disgust, instead of talking she just spits in his face. Travis whips the spit off of his face.

"Well fine i was going to do this the easy way..but i guess i'll d it the hard way." He says, he grinned and slapped Phoebe right across the face. The sound echoed through out the shed.. "do that again and it'll be worse.." He smirked. Travis than walked over to Jason. "What about you whats your power..?" He asks..Jason with a grin on his face.

Jason looked him Travis right in the eye "My power? You wanna know what my power is? I'll tell you." Jason shoots a grin back at Travis "My power is the ability to kick your ass when you let me go. Other than that? I don't have any." Jason spits at Travis hitting him right on the nose. "Try me... Asshole." He smirks. Jason wants to stand up, but it's a very dangerous game he's playing because Travis was the man who knocked him out and captured him. Jason has no powers. If he had powers he would have used them already to kill this Travis guy.

He whips the spit off his nose.."Looks like we have a tough guy here.." Travis kicked Jason right where the sun doesn't shine. He grinned, looking over at Phoebe than back at him. A smirk swept across his face, as he walked over. "You care for this girl hm?" he says walking over..He starts to remover the chain, as soon as it's undone phoebe tries to out smart him and get away, but when she tries it he hit's her causing her to fall down. He puts the chain back on he wrists and makes her stand..His other hand pulls he hair back "He cares for you right..?" He tugs at her hair, phoebe doesn't say anything He pulls harder "Say it!" He screams pulling harder. "Yes....He does." She says softly. He smirks, and pushes her against the wall. He walks up to her right in between her legs, his hand on her waist and the other on her cheek. "How'd he like it if i do things to you? hmm?" He says stroking her cheek. Phoebe flinches, "in your dreams she says, and need in right in between his pants, and he knees there in pain, phoebe tries to get to Jason, as she swept past him he grabbed one of her legs causing her to trip and falls. He quickly pulled her to her feet, and re chained her in a less comfortable position, he hands chained to a pipe and her feet tied together. "I've had just about enough of you!" He yelled and slapped her as hard as he could across the face.

Travis turned towards Jason and said "Your just lucky i don't kill her right now..i'd enjoy it..than i'd kill you." He storms out of there and slammed the door. Phoebe sits there in tears..

Jason grits his teeth "Don't you hit her!" He screamed right at Travis. His voice is getting sore. "Don't lay a hand on her ever again. If you do I will end you. Hit me all you want, Just don't touch her!" Jason spits at Travis's feet. "You're gonna pay for this. Just let us go! We obviously don't have powers. If we did we would have already tried to use them to end your pathetic life. This is inhumane!" Jason tries kicking at Travis but misses.

"Jason i'm scared..i- i don't want to die.." she says looking at him, she tries to break her feet free.."I was so close to getting to you..." She says looking down. "why...why is is doing this...i don't have powers..i-i just want to get out of here.." Phoebe says as she messes with the chains. She looks at Jason in the eye's she can't stand it, at this point she'd rather be out side rather than indoors.."I don't want him to come back..he scares me." She admits.

Travis looks in the mirror of the bathroom.."What if that damned boy was right..what if they don't have powers." He says. He splashes water on his face and drys it off. He goes into his bed room and lays on the bed for a little while maybe an hour or two. Than heads back to the shed, but before he goes he grabs a sharp knife..

Jason almost dies of boredom waiting for Travis to free the both of them. When the door opens Jason throws his sight to see who it is. It's Travis with... with a knife. A very sharp knife. "Are you gonna stab me with that? Huh? I bet you don't have the guts. We don't have any powers so what's the point? Are you just a crazed serial killer? Is that all you are? Or are you also lonely... A lonely baby who thinks killing will help him get passed his problems? Who do you think you are!?!" Jason went all out to just hurt Travis's feeling when the real problem could be Jason getting stabbed to death. Jason shuts his mouth

Travis flings the door open and walks in ignoring Jason and his remarks. He sets the knife down on the table and walks to the middle of the room. he looked over at Phoebe and than to Jason.."I"m going to ask once more...do you have powers...?" Travis says with a loud voice. Phoebe looks at him and says "No we don't, just let us go! were no use to you.." She says..Travis looks to the boards and says "but you are" he pauses and takes the knife off the table "you see as he walks over to Jason and put the knife to his head..I like to cut off the rim of your head to just keep the hair..." He chuckles "His hair is perfect for my next project..and yours." He paused and went to phoebe, he took some hair and smelled it..Your's is good for nice blankets, that have a wonderful smell to them.. "Your insane..." Phoebe says..Travis looks at her and smiles.. "Maybe i am" He says as he beginnings to laugh uncontrollably. He rose and walked to the table.."Now who should i start with..."He looked at them both and headed towards Jason.."you'll go first so she can suffer from witnessing your death.." She smirks and goes to undo his chains.

When Travis undoes Jason's chains he plays along for a second acting scared and weak, but in one split second everything changes and Jason punches Travis straight in the face and grabs the knife and jams it into Travis's thigh as he pushes him to the ground. Jason quickly goes over to Phoebe and undoes her chains "We need to get out of here." Jason kicks the door open and lets Phoebe go out first. He goes over to the other weapons and tools. He takes a few of them which include knifes, hammers, and an axe. Jason see's a a torch and takes it. He goes outside and lights the shed on fire. He goes over to Travis's house and does the same in about a minute. The house starts to smoke and the fire slowly grows over it and the shed too. Jason runs back to the woods with Phoebe "We need a safe place to get to."

"Right." Phoebe and Jason run or a while to make sue they get far enough away from the fire to keep safe and stay away from him if he somehow lives which isn't likely. They find a nice spot with an apple tree and stream to stop and rest. "This could be a good place" phoebe says as she sits down. "It has a food supply and water. We never have to go far." She says with her eye's closed taking deep breaths. She looks over at Jason.."I'm glad you were with me in that shed, if you weren't...i wouldn't know what to do.." she confessed. Phoebe looked around, it was starting to get dark. "should we stay here the night? If we are were going to need a fire..i can start on it if you need to rest from all that has happened?."
