Liz leaned up closer to the girl, as if being closer would make her judge the girl better. After a moment, she grinned a wide, manic grin and jumped back. "I like her! Can we keep her?" Liz yelled, turning to Trevor. "I'll feed her and take her on walks and everything, I swear!" she said, getting excited. "I'm Liz, by the way. Lizabeth. Lizzie. Lizza. Pizza. Hey, I still don't know what pizza tastes like!" she babbled, then realized something. "Zombie? What's that? Is is some pet? Can I have one?!" she asked, growing excited again.
Whistling softly to himself he stepped out of his car and booted the door closed before walking to the rear door window which happened to be down, and pulled a large black bag out. Upon unveiling the contents, a shit-load of guns and ammo, he began to choose which he'd use...'Ak-47?, naww too cliched.... grenades? too much mess M240? fucking perfect.'
He moved the large automatic weapon to the boot of his car with what looked to be about 1000 rounds. 'Come get a bit of Talahassee you flesh eating bastards!' he yelled before raining havok upon the horde. Bodys fell to the onslought as Tallahassee pinpointed the heads of the majority of the zombies.
Only a few stragglers remained and he pulled out his banjo and begun playing an old country song, which only attracted the zombies towards him... The first zombie lost his head to the upward surge of the banjos well built body and the second followed his brother but on the downswing. Only one remained and after teasing the zombie by jogging around it in a circle he simply took out a knife and discarded it in the zombies head. 'And Bill Murray would be goddamned proud of me now' he yelled before humming the tune of ghostbusters and firing shots into the sky from his now steaming weapon.

Liz was staring after the guy who left, and then burst into a fit of giggles. "He's stupid!" she yelled, falling back onto her butt and continuing to giggle. "He thinks I'm a kid!" You might as well be... the quiet voice in her head said, causing her to frown. "NO I'M NOT!" she screeched, balling her hands up into fists. Seeing Caitlin, all signs of anger disappeared and she smiled brightly. "So, I can keep you? Yay!" she said much calmer, going over and giving Caitlin a bone-breaking hug.

Liz stared at Cait blankly. What was she talking about, of course they did. She saw it for herself. "Okay..." she said after a moment, then added under her breath, "but I thought eating each other was a pretty wonderful idea."
Liz picked at the blood and honey dried on her fingers. It had made her pale white skin look an orange-ish brown. The blood in her hair and on her clothes didn't annoy her at all, but when it dried on her hands it got annoying. Plus the honey was sticky. "You got a knife? I wanna peel my fingers... Oh, wait!" she said, pulling out her dagger.

Liz looked at Caitlin blankly as she spoke, but was actually listening. When she took Liz's hand, Liz stared at it curiously. The concept of actual friends was foreign to her. "None of the other people will ever try to hurt you." Liz smirked at that before a manic laugh left her mouth, she continued laughing for some time, but eventually stopped to grin at Cait with hr unnaturally insane grin. "They've already hurt me, you see," she said simply, though she was still smiling. Liz looked back down at Cait's hand holding hers and frowned, pulling it away. "You got blood on yourself," Liz said.

Liz nodded at Caitlin, but then frowned. "No, she's not.... Well, yes... He's not... But I.... You really are annoying, you know," Liz said softly, staring over Caitlin's shoulder. After a moment, Liz went back to looking at Caitlin. Smiling creepily, she ruffled the younger girls hair. "I won't get hurt. If anything I'll be the one protecting you. These... uh, 'zombies' you're talking about... Well, the one's I've seen don't seem so tough. I was locked in whole asylum filled with 'em, and I killed 'em all! Oh, the bloodshed!" she yelled the last part before breaking into a fit of giggled. "And only one of them screamed! The one that ran... Now that I think about it, she didn't moan like the others... Didn't let her get away though. None of them could get away," she said with a smug smile. "She was your age, I think."

Liz looked down out of the fort, curious. Who was she shooting at? Liz decided Caitlin was very random, and that was coming from Liz. "She's crazy. You're crazy. You are so what am I? Stupid, I thought so! Off your head more like..." Liz began mumbling to herself. Looking back at Caitlin, Liz gave here the "you're kidding right?" look. "Is it a so called 'zombie'? I'll kill it. I'll kill anything you want me to!" she exclaimed, getting more excited.
