Vincent occasionally has a little scruff on his face when he's allowed to get away with it. His body is adorned with scars from war. Tattoos cover his right arm, fully concealing his natural tanned flesh. Aside from his usual military uniform, he wears a pair of slim fit blue jeans with a pair of simple black boots. A slim white t-shirt which show of his lean structure and a simple yet fitted leather jacket finish his look.
Personality traits: Vincent is a well rounded man. He knows when to give in and when to argue. Unfortunately he does have a stubborn streak when it comes to his leadership abilities and how he feels when another person tries to push their way into his role. He is a bit of a loner at times since how his abilities have begun to make him feel shunned around his peers. He is willing to do anything to help someone and his giving nature usually gets the best of him.
History: Born in Manhattan, he lived a simple childhood. His father was a doctor and his mother a teacher. His life was easy and unfulfilled to him. At a young age he wanted nothing more than to stand out and follow his imagination to bring him to what life had to offer. Action and adventure. When Vincent hit the age of 18 he enlisted into the army. As he dug into the daily grind of the military life he began to excel in his leadership abilities. Not long after taking notice from those who were higher rank than him he became an officer, a leader. The bits of knowledge he picked up about medicine helped him on the battlefield. After each deployment he came back holding a higher rank for himself, doing more and more for those he was left in charge of and gaining a plethora of new scars in the process .
During his fourth deployment, Vincent and his squad had gotten into a heavy firefight. During which he seemed to move faster than he was ever able to. One of his close friends, a Sergeant William Haas, had been shot. The round penetrated through his flak jacket and pierced into his lung. Vincent grabbed him and dragged him behind the cover provided by their truck. As he stripped off the sergeants flak jacket and applied pressure to the wound it began to heal. This sent Vincent's mind into a quick frenzy. "What in the fuck just happened?" He thought to himself as he stared down out the sergeants new scar. The weeks following this event is what had caught the attention of the Department of Occult Warfare. He started using his healing abilities more often, focusing his mind to heal the wounds of his comrades. His speed and strength increased from Vincent controlling the electricity in his body to aim it at his muscles to make them work more. All of his new found powers astonished and bewildered him. Yet all of his new abilities, regardless to how he used them, they had begun to make him an outcast among his men.
Day of captivity: February 19, 2012, Vincent woke up in his apartment and began to get ready for work. He showered and shaved, put on his uniform and fiddled around with the rank on his jacket. The drive to work was as boring as any other day, the usual stop for coffee and the local Starbucks and going through security to get on post. He sat at his desk and went through his paperwork for all the equipment for him and his squad. He leaned out of his office and looked over at Sergeant Haas. " Hey, I'm going out for lunch. If any of the guys want me to grab them something tell them to call me." He said with a cheery smile. Vincent heads out and eats his lunch and returns with the usual no phone calls. As he enters his office a man sits in the chair in the corner waiting. His black suit stood out to him, most people around here where a uniform. "Um... How can I help you sir?" He said with a little puzzled tone. The man looked at Vincent. " Hello Major Macleod, I am Jeffery Winsthrope. I work at the Pentagon and I have some questions for you." The man said calmly with a small smile across his plain face.
"Of course, and what would you like to talk about Mr. Winsthrope?" Vincent replied. " I have a proposition for you. I would like you to come to the Pentagon for a meeting with a few people who have certain.....inquiries about your skills."
