Cameo is a rather soft-spoken young woman. This puzzles her aristocratic parents to no end. She doesn't wear much jewelry, and is not a fan of all that glitters. Because of her differences, she often has a hard time making friends. But when she does make friends and opens up, she becomes a completely different person. She gains confidence and shows off her charisma. This enables her to be an exceptional leader, definitely an advantage.
Brief Description
She has an odd, almost lightning-bolt shaped birthmark on her wrist, which she covers with a scarf or a long sleeve whenever she gets the chance. She has a limber form, which makes for good agility. She doesn't find herself too attractive, but she has caught the eye of a boy or two many a time. She dismisses them indifferently though, much to the chagrin of her parents.

She is very wiry and agile, and this also makes for good speed statistics as well. She also excels at hand-to-hand combat. Also, if the opportunity arises, she will take command as a formidable yet respectable leader.

She can hardly stand her school. The people, not the learning. They are too conceited for her liking. It is hard to meet someone who isn't shallow. Her mother is often breathing down her neck to become more like them, though she refuses. She tries her best not to become like the majority of District 1. She wants to prove that her district is not what all the stereotypes say. It's a hard task, but someone has to do it.
