Hisashi stands at 5 feet, nine inches tall and weighs 150 pounds (without his wings)with a fairly lean build. He has a fair complexion that doesn’t tan too easily and stern red eyes that seem to know your deepest secrets with a mere glance. His hair is neatly kept down with a few strands out of order here and there, and is a deep dark brown that most mistaken as black until it’s exposed to sunlight. His wings, however, are jet black with a span of 9 meters. In human form, Hisashi just loses his wings and his eyes become a rich hazel. Being a tengu, he can shapeshift into a anything-- a woman, child, and animals though he prefers to turn into a crow most of the time.

Hisashi is not like his other brethren. He doesn’t cause mischief as often as other tengus but he is very easily entertained when watching other people succeed or fail at tricks, even if he’s the target. He appreciates well thought out pranks. He doesn’t have germaphobia but he is very strict when it comes to his food and what it touches. Not being a greedy person, Hisashi doesn’t mind being generous and giving away his food but that item has to be gone from him for good. He doesn’t like using the same spoon or straws as others.
Although people find his eyes a bit unnerving, Hisashi isn’t an intimidating character at all. He is respectful, has a great deal of patience, and is honest though a bit too frank for some people. As much as he may like sweets, he doesn’t like to sugar-coat things. Many also believe he has no sense of humor but it’s only because he doesn’t show his expressions too well. It can sometimes be difficult to tell whether he is upset or not, but it’s hard to conceal any amusement in his eyes.
Being difficult to anger, Hisashi can stay level-headed no matter how obnoxious the arrogant bastard next to him can be. He doesn’t lash out too often but there will be signs on his face to show discomfort or constraint. People who don’t know him too well also don’t realize that the weather affects his mood. It would also be a lie to say that he is wise due to being more than a hundred years old because despite his hatred of knowledge being misused, he can say and think of pretty stupid things. “No one’s perfect.”
As for romance… let’s just say he’s in no hurry.
