Description

14 year old caucasian male with glasses and blonde hair. Wears a Black suit with a black tie and a black fedora most of the time.

Personality

Loves to fool around a lot. Very calm in any situation. Usually Random. Not the person you want to make mad.

Equipment

Always has an Artificially intelligent (AI) program due to a Special Computer somewhere in his brain. The AI is called GAMMA, and can appear inside eagle's eye or anywhere within a 25 yard perimiter of him. Gamma can also connect to any computer or satellite as long as the firewall is down. His left arm was replaced with a robotic one due to a tragic accident, the arm is concealed under fake skin and packs a powerful punch.
Eagle's favorite weapon of choice would be explosives whenever possible.

History

A computer wiz who created an AI called GAMMA. Eagle has a special power called an Eagle Eye that he was born with. It can cause him to zoom in and see anything within 100 yards clearly. Due to an unknown tragic accident that even eagle himself doesn't know about, he has a robotic arm in the place of his left arm, along with a few electronics in his brain to allow him connection to gamma and the arm. The rest of his history is unknown to even him.
