Tattoos, Marks, Scars, Other Distinguishing Features: Frank is of an athletic build. His skin is heavily tanned. Typically clean shaven when in port. Out to sea is an entirely different situation, he wears his thick five o' clock shadow with pride.
On his left forearm is a tattoo of three skulls stacked like a pyramid. It starts just below his elbow and stops with a thick black band under the skulls that stops at his wrist and wraps around it like a bracelet. He wears a raggedy red cloth, tied around his forehead, a black, cord type necklace with a gold coin dangling from it, this necklace droops down his chest, the coin resting just over his heart. His other tattoo is a laughing face on his right bicep and a crying face on his right forearm. In the center of the laughing face is a number "13" the crying face, also holds the same number in the same area. All down his back, there are deep whip marks. Which have scarred over with time.

History:

Born to wealthy parents, Frank was hardly the type of person anyone would expect to take up piracy. His father, a landowner, and co-owner of many joint business endeavors. Mostly throughout the greater London area but there were spots of his investments in other parts of the globe as well. His father believed in keeping "England first" and with such a philosophy contained most of his expenditures to that area. His employees were always from the local area and his wages, all in all, really were considered to be pretty top notch. Frank grew bored with aristocratic life though, by the age of ten, he'd begun stealing, by twelve he'd been flogged for it. By fifteen he was on the run full time. He'd gotten a spot for himself on board a pirate ship and began learning the ins and outs of sea life. By eighteen he was tried but not convicted of high seas piracy and reluctantly released. By twenty he'd met the woman he wanted to marry but a life at sea coupled with his outlaw life, didn't make that life plan pan out as Frank had hoped. Instead she married a Spanish merchant, causing Frank to go on a campaign of terror against that man's business interests. Every shipment, without fail, was hijacked, it got to the point that the merchants were hiring privateers just to handle Frank, forget anyone else. Eventually Frank did stop making the merchant's life miserable, well at least not him solely. Though his preference to steal from are still Spaniards. His latest piece of property is his vessel "The Abyssal Curse" named by him at the age of twenty five. It was once a Spanish galleon until it ended in Frank's hands.
