Equipment
What he has at his disposal:
-A capsule of sorts on his skin that can shoot out projectile spines that are very fast.
-His skin is a carapace and is very thick and tough.
-He has claws.
-His muscles under the carapace can vibrate at a high speed, allowing him to burrow like other's Zergs.
-He is very quick.
So begins...
Luke Calcote's Story
"It does not matter anymore, i have come to love it, and also, it's better than having no family at all, i had nothing, now i have a family"
"If you are thinking of leaving, don't even try, as you can see, your skin is already turning into a carapace" he said with a grin.
Luke nodded his head, and felt the ground fall out beneath him and he fell into the tunnel, looking around where he was.
"What do you want us to do, my queen?" he asked her, wondering what exactly there were supposed to do.
"You want us to find a way out, to show our abilities, no problem, i can tunnel" he said and grinned at Violet. "Can you?"
The muscles under Luke's carapace started vibrating at high speeds and he started tunneling under the ground.
Luke's eyes glowed green and he commanded his swarm to use it's webbing to get the beast stuck, they shot their webbing out to stop the beast.
Luke Calcote separated his into groups of 4, and had 8 of them shoot spines at the beast's legs to try to cripple it, and had 4 more run towards it's back and slash at it.
Luke swears under his breath as he sees the firing ones he commanded get killed, and he commanded the ones attacking it's back to slash at it's leg's, but from the back.
Luke Calcote burrowed underground and traveled through the hive to catch up with Violet to stop her, and appeared from the ground in front of her, and shot a spine into her foot.
Luke dodged the claw that was swiped at him and quickly dug his claw into the hydralisk's head, and shot a spine into it's head.
Luke winced in pain as spines his his chest, and he quickly burrowed to dodge the acid, and burrowed under Violet's shield and came up behind her.
Luke quickly turned around and shot a spine into her chest. "You aren't leaving" he said and shot two spines at her feet.
Luke looked around outside and his eyes hurt, and he backed up from her. "I'm not leaving" he said quietly.
"I can't leave, i belong here now, i'm letting you go, and most likely i'll suffer for it, but i can't kill you, LEAVE!" he yelled, his eyes glowing green.
Luke is pulled into the tunnel and speaks in Violet's mind "Get out of here while you still can, i'm sorry i tried to attack you"
The setting changes from Dark Woods to Ætherius; Realm of the Spirit
Still, the butterflies clung.
The clung despite where he went, following him and sticking to him. They may have even been melting into him, morphing him, changing him in some way.
