Can control fire at an incredible level, e.g she can release ALL her energy in a single explosion that could easily take out Gambits bar and some of the road outside. She can create fire from nothing by simply letting her body temperature rise and best of all she can withstand incredible levels of heat and is pretty much naturally fire resistant...not so much her clothes though.
While she can so all this and is extremely powerful she has no memory of anything before her eighth birthday and so has very little control of her powers which really isn't a good thing given how powerful she is.

Personality

Jumpy, Naive, Cheerful. Typical little girl. She can seem a little crazy at times but she's still young so what the hell?

The girl nodded and smiled brightly as she lit a small spark in her hand and let flames slowly rise beneath the pot (i assume it's in a pot >.>). "It smells delicious as always Jubei!" She may be smiling and happy now but deep down in her heart Sammy knew what was coming, the storm that was just weeks away from being unleashed and the fate of herself and possibly Jubei if he tried anything stupid, but then again having this knowledge made her want to enjoy the moment more than ever and thus she continued to smile. "What have you been up to since Gambits closed down anyway?"

Sammy looked up into the sky as she sipped the stew and smiled, "You are the best chef, trust me i've been to all the top restraunts and your food is ten times better!" the young girl jumped for joy before pointing up, "Hey look Lui's here too!" She waved into the sky clearly forgetting all the information she had gathered for the moment simply enjoying life for the time being.

The Boss nodded and sighed as Sammy looked up, "Jubei?" she asked quietly looking around, she had trouble seeing. They had given her a drug which she had fought, so much so that they weren't sure if it had worked or not and continued giving her doses until her sight began to fail slightly, though it was returning she still had trouble with it, "Are you really here?" she asked the chains rustling as she moved around.

The boss tapped his foot impatiently as he watched the two talking, Aklothep was busy stabbing ants that were crawling around he chamber near him.

Sammy nodded, "Why do you ask? You're not planning something are you?" There was definite fear on Sammy's face, "You can't do something stupid, there's no way out and the cameras would see us and then...there's V..." Sammy hadn't that Veronica had survived until she herself had come here...and Sammy really didn't want to pick a fight with her at all

Sammy slowly worked out what Jubei was saying, "Are you sure you want this? they will hunt us down with no mercy, no remorse and no regret if we pull it off, no where will be safe." Sammy looked to her sides, "Besides...how are you going to unhook me from this machine?" that was the least of her worries to be honest, they had designed the room well, if she tried to burn through the covering it would melt and so she would have to reach higher temperatures, so high that the copper lining of the chamber would roast her alive before it melted even with her ability to withstand high temperatures.

Sammy was astonished to see the thing in front of her, "WHAT!" she simply said confused and dazed. Aklopeth cracked his fingers and sighed, "What the fuck is this?" he simply said, he'd been itching for a big fight all month but this? this was just taking the piss, "Come at me...i might as well give this a try." The boss clicked his fingers and within seconds a rapid response team with a heavy machine gun were in the chamber ready for combat, "DON'T LET THE GIRL ESCAPE..."
