Laleigh Mae has been awake for a while and decides to wake Dominick up. She goes back into the room and drops to her knees on the floor. She ruffles his hair and kisses his cheek. "Dom, honey, wake up."
Dominick Scarber woke up slowly to Laleigh ruffling his hair and kissing his cheek and he smiled gently at her, and yawned, waking up slowly, "Morning Honey" he said with a kind tone.
Laleigh Mae puts his hand on her stomach. He feels a slight movement and she smiles. "You were right..."
Dominick Scarber smiled as he felt the slightly movement, "Yay! i'm gonna be a daddy" he said with a kind tone and kissed her cheek.
Laleigh Mae giggles. "Sweetheart, I'm curious. You said you have to collect ADAM, right?" She climbs into the bed and lays next to him.
Dominick Scarber smiles and nods his head, but shook it again, "I did, but i might be wrong, i haven't needed any for a while" he said and pulled her a little bit closer and cuddled her.
Laleigh Mae wraps her arms around his neck tightly. "Well, I was just wondering cause, if you do need ADAM, and we leave Rapture, where would you get it?"
Dominick Scarber pointed over to the needle and sighed, and shook his head, "I don't think we'll need it, but i'll try to get some before we leave"
Dominick Scarber sighed, "We'll figure something out, i'm smart, i'll find something to substitute for it" he said with a smile.
Laleigh Mae nuzzles his neck. "That isn't something you really can promise Dominick... If you need ADAM and can't get it... You'll die..."
Dominick Scarber sighed and rubbed her hair, "Laleigh, maybe i don't need ADAM, i haven't had any for 24 hours, and i feel perfectly fine"
Dominick Scarber sighed and held her close and cuddled her, "I know, and it won't happen again, i have the baby to worry about and you"
Laleigh Mae bites her lip and plays with her ring, trying to hold back the question that instantly popped into her head.
Dominick Scarber looks at her with a curious look, "What's wrong? you look like you want to ask me something" he said with a concerned tone.
Laleigh Mae looks away, her voice quiet. "So before I was pregnant... It was okay to risk your life?... And if we had known I was pregnant when you went after all the Splicer's... You would've stayed with me and hid?..."
Dominick Scarber shook his head quickly and sighed, "Damn it, i can't say anything right, no, i had to go out because i didn't want you to be hurt, i worried greatly about you. You are the reason i stayed alive out there, cause i had to get back to you"
