Only during low tide is the hidden tunnel revealed. Water pours down its stairs, emptying into an unknown location. The island itself is a small sanctuary in the center of Wing City's Lake.
For some, unknown reason, the lake itself has developed a tide more than others. Some say it has something to do with a temple; hidden away in the deepest point of the lake.
