Image Physical Description:
Asher is tall and broad, just like most Others of the Pride. He's strong, giving him a athletic looking body. His eyes are a bright amber, and almost seem to shine at night. His hair is cut short, just to the length of his ears, and is parted on the side, making most of his hair swoop to one side. It's a dirty blonde, kind of like burnt hay. He's got a broad jaw, and lowered dark eyebrows, making him look like he's always in deep thought.

When in his Familiar, Khari, Asher is massive. His shoulder reach past the average mans waist, his paws are 11 or 12 inches wide, and his claws are at least an inch and a half. Khari's mane is the same as Asher's hair, a dark blonde dusted with black through out. It's long and soft, hanging down to the end of his broad chest, and reaching under to the end of his rib cage. Khari's eyes stay the same bright amber as Asher's.

Height/Weight:
Man: 6'4"/230lbs
Familiar: 5'9"/550lbs

Scars:
Due to his time in the army Asher has many scars on his body, but the most noticeable is a large gash on his left side, going from his under arm, all the was down to the front of his hip. He also has a jagged scar from the top of his shoulder, wrapping down to the back of his elbow. Asher also has multiple bite marks and gashes on his thighs and calves. Khari shares these same scars.

Personality:
{Kind, Angry, Strong, Smart}
Asher is one of the nicest Other you can talk to, until you make him angry. With a temper built like a bomb Asher can be calm one second, and destroying something in pure rage the next. It fits his species type, Pride, for him to get so enraged so quickly. But when Asher is not destroying objects he's smart, strong willed, and will do anything to protect his friends and family. He was born a natural gentleman, and knows how to keep a level head in dangerous situations. Hurt Asher's friends, though, and you'll be in a world of trouble.

Back Story:

Born to a family in Africa, Asher grew up not even knowing what the Others were. Being raised in a small remote village he had no idea who he truly was. To his single-parent father Asher was just some socially-impaired child who would grow out of it. Asher, however, always hung around animals more then people. He found more comfort listening to the birds chirp, and the jackals howl compared to listening to children laugh and adults talk. For hours on end Asher would sit in the open Savannah, making straw crowns and prowling around in the grass like he was one of the animals. Dreaming up another life, a life of adventure with the animals that he found more comforting than family. By the age of seven and a half Asher had almost become a wild animal himself, only going home to eat and sleep.

He had no idea what he was slowly becoming, not finding his craving for meat, cooked or raw, strange. His father, however, noticed his son changing. Asher's temper grew, the instant something even slightly got on his nerves he got enraged. Not only that, but when one of the older kids tried to push Asher around, Asher broke the kids arm with ease, and absolutely no hesitation. It didn't end there, the attacks. The more Asher's temper grew, the more he hurt people. One day, while Asher was off with his new found family of lions celebrating his thirteenth birthday, his father rallied a group of men, believing that Asher's adventures in the Savannah were what was making him violent and angry, went out and looked for the animals Asher loved. Little did his father know, Asher's Familiar was the strongest leader out of the 3 pride males, whom Asher named Khari. Khari had come to Asher that morning when he went out to go meet the pride, and became one with the boy. Realizing who he was, Asher and Khari worked as one, learning how to move together, in the same body. The instant Khari gave himself to Asher, Asher's instincts amplified, teaching him the ways of being a Pride.

That night, when Asher's father went to sabotage the pride, in which Asher and Khari were working together, in the form of Khari. The pride heard the group of drunk men scrambling through the tall grass, everyone awake as they got ready to hunt and bring Asher and Khari food. The men, armed with muskets and machetes, tried to sneak attack the group, getting a few shots and swings out. Khari, determined to keep his pride safe, went against Asher's wishes and went at the men, killing many before getting wounded, a machete cut him from his shoulder to the inside of his leg. The lionesses finished the job, killing off all the men, showing no mercy. Distressed and hurt, Asher took control, pushing Khari to the back of his mind as he rushed to the village, his arm and mouth dripping with blood. The villagers, quickly figuring out what Asher was, and what he did, attempted to kill him, literally chasing him out of the village.

Asher wandered the Savannah for 3 days, refusing to listen to Khari, angry and mourning. The only reason Khari was able to regain control, and lead Asher to a place to clean and fix their wounded arm, was because Asher collapsed. Khari took them to a river, where they licked and cleaned their wounds for 3 more days, eating the bloated bodies of drowned herbivore calves, or half eaten crocodile food. When they finally reached a certain point where they could travel again, Asher walked to the harbor, where he managed to stow away on a ship, which ended up bringing him to America. That was one of the best and worst decisions of his life. The people there were horrible, just as bad as the government. They hated Others, and always wasted the things he had learned to cherish. Food, water, clothing. They threw away everything once they got bored of it. But the good part about the land of the 'free' was that there were Others like him, although they were hiding and afraid, he was no longer the strange lonely child in the village.

Asher was homeless until he was 15, when he found a kind mother and father who accepted Others, and wanted peace. Asher lived with them till he was 17. They were, however, killed when their neighbors found out why there was roaring in the middle of the night. Devastated that he lost another family to cruel, impulsive creatures, him and Khari decided to start their own small rebellion. Running away, and going into hiding they started off by doing simple things, such as painting graffiti all over town, protesting the oppressive government, and racism. It escalated into him attacking cops who were attempting to attack and kill Others who were found. When he became 20, however, he was caught. Khari was hunting, learning to now depend on himself instead of lionesses, but chased a deer straight into the back yard of a particularly anti-Others home. He and Asher were detained, and quickly forced to choose. Pick a life of suffering and pain, or a life of causing suffering and pain to his fellow Others. He signed, choosing to be a soldier. At least with that choice he had a better chance of escaping.

The instant he signed his name on the piece of paper he started his plan. Learn to fight, get all the information about the government and their weaknesses, and then run before they can attempt to brain wash him into thinking Others are the enemy. And that's exactly what him and Khari did. For 9 years Asher was trained to fight, as well as Khari. He grew as strong as possible, able to easily break through walls and crush a man with his arms. He grew to hate the government more and more, to hate the fact that they were so against him. Finally when he was finally strong enough, and aware that soon they would work on telling him to kill the other Others, he broke out. They made the mistake of letting a rookie guard escort him to his room. Using clever wording, and insisting that the room he was escorted to was not his room, he managed to convince the rookie to give him another, lower security, room that was on the edge of the facility building. Within seconds he broke out of the 'prison', easily smashing through the wall. He booked it out of there, ramming through anyone who dared get in his way, carrying the bed blanket close to his chest.

He dodged the bullets that were being shot at him, Khari's reflexes making it easy for him. Also using Khari's speed, Asher easily reached the barbed fence, climbing up it, flinging the blanket over the wire so it didn't scratch him up too bad. Jumping down, he climbed a few more fences until he reached the outside running straight for the woods, where a traitorous bastard, a Hunter, got in his way. Asher tackled him, both of them falling to the ground and fighting. The Hunter managed to get a few good hits in, even being able to use a knife to almost gut him from his ribs to his hip. Fighting through the pain Khari took over, easily over powering the Sly, who wasn't strong enough to read Khari's intentions. Khari killed the Sly Hunter easily, instantly running towards the woods once more. There he hid for about two months before sneaking back into the city, where he heard of a rebellion, which supported everything he stood for. They hunting and stole enough supplies to start looking for them, starting with the rumors. Asher walked and walked for 10 months, hitch hiking and stowing away on trains until finally he found the abandoned train tunnel. Remembering the rumors he followed it until he found a old path, a road, leading to the hide out of the rebels.

Asher and Khari vowed their life to the group, fighting for the greater good along side their fellow Others. Asher would die for the group, which he calls his family, just like the pride back home.
