Offender 80004603 is one of the very few unclean that has managed to survive into "old age." Inferring from information gathered and given by Bishop himself, it seems the offender has survived by pure streaks of cleverness seen in the others. Born before even the American Empire was formed, it seems he was given an education, even if the education is inferior to what is given now.
Offender 8000d4603... it is unknown if he ever joined one of the cities. There is not much too report on "Bishop"... He was an unknown until 2100 when the criminals were thrown out of the cities, where he rose as a predominate Arms Trader. It is believed that many of his weapons are crafted himself which would explain the odd names the weapons have. For an unclean his craftsmanship is rather remarkable. Due to his long history of Arms Dealing, he is one of, if not the greatest Arms Dealer outside of the Cities. He sells anything and everything although in that vile world, it seems weaponry is in the highest demand.
The Offender is also in command of many outlawed reading material once believed to have all been destroyed. Books that interfere with the learning and training of the Clean people. That is perhaps the most dangerous aspect to the man.

The Offender is a known supplier of canned foods, old military rations including both MREs and C-rations, even more shockingly is the low supplies of dried fruits and meats that he has traded with officers from inside the cities itself.

Unlike many of the more.. wealthy unclean, the Offender has two horses pulling a covered wagon. After inquires it is found that while gasoline and parts are both hard to find and expensive, the Offender has managed to acquire two horses. Given that grass will continue to grow despite parts being withheld.. they make for easy to maintain and reliable transportation. He has fondly named them "Buck" and "Cherry".
Apparel
While the Offender himself is known to wear a... "cowboy hat" and a large worn leather jacket. He has been known to to trade clothing ranging from simple shirts, shorts, jeans, jackets, hats, glasses, to even old outdated Kevlar type armor. While that type of armor has long been outdated for its inability to stop lasers, its ability to stop low caliber rounds makes it quite valuable.
Medicine
Unlike the other items of trade. Medicine is not something the Offender carries in great supply. He has small outdated medicines that are commonly used such as Antibiotics and simple medicine like Tylenol, anything specific medications are beyond his means.

It is here that the Offender truly excels in his trade. Much of his equipment is handcrafted. By taking apart other weaponry and putting them back together in different forms, he has created his own customized weaponry he sells to others. Ranging from Bullet weaponry to laser weaponry, to handheld weaponry of knives, machetes, daggers, and even a few plasma fusion cutters (also known as Plasma blades to the uneducated Unclean).

Many of the Unclean tend to eat what animals they find as food is hard to find, but not Offender 80004603. He has a large dog named Jaine. Information is sketchy on why he keeps the animal, but estimation puts the dog at 3-4 years of age. It is confirmed that this dog is a.."maremaa sheepdog".
