Earth life -
History: She was born to a single mother veterinarian in California, her mother has never told her who her father was. When she was little she would often help her mother around the clinic, staying with the animals and reassuring their owners. They lived nearby a zoo and the first time she was taken there she burst out into tears, pleading with her mother to let the animals go, saying that they didn’t want to be there. During middle school she became interested in basketball and her slowly advancing height was an asset to her. She soon became skilled at it and was somewhat famous in her hometown. They said she resembled an animal on the court, swift as a cheetah and as skilled as any predator.
Occupation: A college student on a basketball scholarship. She is currently working to become a veterinarian like her mother.
True life –
Name: Tier
History: She was abandoned as a child in the forests by her father. She soon became wild woman who ran with a packs of animals in the forests before being captured by a young hunter who took her to the palace. She rejected any attempts they made to civilize her, fighting and clawing at any human who dare to come near. One day she was approached by a child who instead of forcing her into human clothes or trying to hurt her, mearly stayed by her side and petted her. Slowly, she began to warm up to the child, growing quite close to it and becoming somewhat of an older sister figure to it. She began to accept the idea of humanity while still staying close to her animalistic roots. Tier eventually adopted the child as her own because it had no parents and soon became a fierce warrior.
Death: During the attack on the palace, Tier became concerned about her child. Seeing that most of the warriors seemed to be winning, she rushed off into the palace to make sure she was safe. Suddenly the palace protectors turned on her, she fought them bravely as she tried to locate her child. She finally managed to locate her in the kitchens but it was too late. The child was slain, blood pouring from its midsection and a dead look in its eye.
“Lopa..Lopa!” Tears filled her eyes as she gently shook the child, trying to get some response even though part of her knew there would be none. “No no no no”,Tier repeated, gently picking the child up as if she were porcelain and holding her close. Pain filled her chest and low sobs spilled from her mouth. Her child was gone. A cry like a broken animal spilled from her lips as she mourned the loss of her young like a mother bear. A sharp whirring sound cut through the air before a poisonous scythe pierced through the air and imbedded itself deep into the flesh of her back. Blood dripped from her mouth but she made no move to take it out nor fight back, grief had paralyzed her body. “Please, I don’t care what time or place it may be…just bring her back”,she murmured as blood spilled from her body. After a few moments her heart stopped. Her face forever frozen in grief as she held her slain child in her arms.”
