NICKNAME/S: Delia, most common as it is one she allows anyone to call her by as long as they have been acquainted. Her mother used to call her (DeeDee), short for her nickname. But, she refuses anyone to call her by that and will really hurt you if you try. Another name her close friends call her is (Lovecraft) because of her love and fascination with H.P Lovecraft's body of work.

ETHNICITY: She has just assumed she was French because of her last name or maybe Greek because of where she believed she was born and raised but unbeknown to her. She is actually Albanian, born and raised in Fushë-Arrëz until the age of six.

HEIGHT // WEIGHT: Cordelia is known for two things; one, her odd obsession with all things strange and bizarre and two, her impressive stature and though it has taken her years to begin adoring it, she stands at an awe-inspiring 5'11//152.4 cm. // Delia, while tall, isn't very big or curvy, she weights around 120 lbs//54 kg. Mostly from bones with most of her muscle being in her legs.

HAIR: Naturally her hair is a light, almost caramel brown, matching her mother's perfectly but, unsurprisingly most have rarely seen Joplin with her natural hair color esp. anyone at this school perhaps a few of her very, very close friends who have seen her in photographs when she was younger But, when she ran away from home and made her way to Theos, she not only cut her where it falls right below her shoulders, touching the bottom of her shoulder blades but also dyed it a darker color of brown, where it is almost black in some light because she tried blonde and she just found herself going back to be a brunette.
EYES: Just like her mother's eyes, they are a mixture of crystal blue and a peridot green that seems to stare right through you whenever she glares towards someone.

POWERS
invisibility; There is a reason she calls herself a 'boogeywoman' of sorts and is because she is able to render herself completely invisible to the world around her. It allows her to be around without having to interact with others, to listen in on conversations she has no business being in, and learn things she has no business knowing. This was the first ability she discovered when she was younger and because of it that she has the most control over it. While it still takes her concentration, she can now do it on command but only for at most two hours at a time and that is only if she wants to sleep the rest of the day.
death sense; This, of all of her powers, is the one she loathes the most. The one she has the worst control of out of the three. With this, she has the capability of sensing the coming of death for anyone, to able to determine when someone is dying or if others have died in a specific location. She doesn't know how she could ever truly control her ability. Whenever she touches someone with her bare skin, she is able to catch a glimpse of when they're going to die.But there are times when someone around her is sick or truly dying that she just gets, what she calls a 'vibe'. A shiver through her body, that makes her want to look at what they're dying of. Only for her to wonder if they know they're dying. There is one upside, as much as knowing when all your loved ones are going to perish, can have an 'upside', she can only see natural deaths; illnesses, drugs, age, etc. She doesn't have the ability to see accidents or murders or anything of that nature but from what her father has told her as she matures, those powers will show themselves.
geokinesis; The power the manipulate the world around her. This is the power she had just recently discovered she had. Right now she only has been able to move a small rock and make it hit one of the friends in the back of the head when they made a snide comment about her choice of literature. She does know the full extent of what she can do just yet since her father wishes for her to see for herself, not wanting to 'ruin the surprise.'
RELATIONSHIP WITH GODLY PARENT
Cordelia and Hades didn't have a relationship when she was a child, her mother would just tell her that she had no idea who the young girl's father was, that it was a one-time thing and then she never saw the man again. It wasn't until the unfortunate death of her mother when he made his induction into her life, calming her nerves and finally tell her that she wasn't some sort of spawn of Satan like she believes. That she wasn't insane about the feelings of death all around her, they were there and there was a valid explanation for them. He helped her realized what to do after she alone without a close blood relative. But needless to say, neither of them are good with expressing emotions of love or compassion for others and that include each other but, at least for her. It's there. He is the girl's father afterall, it because of him that she no longer feels like she's losing her mind, and for that she will always love him.

LIKES
While Cordelia is a woman of few words, it is quite clear when she fancies something, which doesn't come along with just anything. Most things she will enjoy but will never say that she truly likes them and couldn't live without them. These include her dancing, she has been a dancer since she was a child around the age of four, ballet predominantly but she does fancy a nice, graceful partner dancing like ballroom, waltz, and things of that nature. Others include a nice glass of red wine, preferably a Syrah or Cabernet Sauvignon, the wintertime and snow that comes with the season, her ability to disappear, and,the two are most apparent, her love for the author H.P Lovecraft and her obsession with a good mystery. She enjoys knowing that there are things in the world that she doesn't know, things that can still surprise the hell out of her. But, there are a few things that she will admit to loving like being right and others realizing that she more than often is, card games because she never loses and has the best poker face, with that she has the ability to make others doubt what they already know, making them second guess themselves and their abilities. She has a knack for chess only because it keeps her sharp and skilled with her intelligence. She also loves traveling around the world and learning more and more about cultures around the world, remain a very cultured individual. Jazz music and even more so classical music is a love for her, especially seeing that she is classical trained on the piano. She also has a soft spot for classic rock n' roll since coming to Theos and being introduced to it, her favorite band being the Ramones and, more than anything, Queen. But, what she loves more than anything is being in change and having control of herself and the happenings within her life.

DISLIKES
Now, Delia could go on and on about what she detests. But, if she were to tell one all of them. They would be here all day. She despises those women who choose to play to damsels in distress, those girl who try to have a man do everything for them or try to 'fix' the bad boy thinking they can change him for the better before they live happily ever after. She also despises more trivial things like pointless arguments, losing when it comes to anything in her life, people who believe they can see right through her tough exterior, other than that fast food is a big no-no in her book seeing that she has been raised to believe her body is a 'temple' since she is a dancer and all. With the whole body temple belief she goes by, she also is against other things that 'poison' the body like smoking, drugs, etc. With the exception of drinking seeing that she a small love of wine. She doesn't likeletting her anger gets the best of her, or those who try to get her angry by touching her without permission or reason which leads to her losing her cool easily or when she is forced to ask for help. And while those are the small things she... dislikes. There are things she really hates and these are just a few; she hates being compared to others whether it is by a man she enjoys being around or just her half-siblings, being mocked because of her accent and raspy voice, having to use violence because while she can defend herself she does not choose to harm others until she feels forced to, the one thing she hates is people prying her 'story' or life back home which is something she does not like to talk about. She's not a good guy like other people, she's done things and she will not be judged by anyone because of them.

STRENGTHS
XXXher emotions & logic | Something Cordelia is praised for is how well she can keep her emotions under control. She can't even remember the last time she truly lost her temper towards someone else. She doesn't see the point. She believes it takes more to hold it in than it does to release it, guns blazing. With she's done in her life, Hades has taught her it is better for someone as troubled as herself to feel nothing. As it is better than going through the emotions she has lived with all her life; pain, heartache, rejection, grief, and so on. With this, she is also a very logical girl, always being the one to lead with her intellect more than her emotions since she believes they will rarely steer her wrong.
XXXclassically trained dancer | Delia has been a dancer for a long as she can remember just like her mother was before her. While she classically trained, she is able to dance in other genres of music other than ballet, although it is her favorite. Such as ballroom, waltz, etc. Even if she doesn't choose the dance just for fun, the girl does have a surprising amount of rhythm.
XXXRiddles & mysteries | Not only does the young daughter of Hades, love a good mystery but she is also good at guessing the twists, turns, and outcomes of novel, films, television shows which isn't fun when she is watch something with her few friends and accidentally blurts out what she believes is the ending or the twist seeing that more than likely, she's correct.
XXXher intellect & wit | She doesn't play chess for fun, darlings. She plays it because she can't beat. Growing up, Cordelia was always told she was just a pretty face. She didn't need to be smart and she wasn't. But, as with most things in life, she adores proving people that you can't underestimate her, ever. She is not only book smart though but is also witty enough to get herself out of sticky situations even if it means throwing someone else under the bus. She cold, cunning, and calculating and she will never let you forget it.

WEAKNESSES
XXXher father | She will never say it out loud, there are few who can see it and Delia, herself isn't one of them. Her father has a hold over her, a way to manipulate her into doing what he wants her to do if he ever needed her to do something. He's given her the attention, acceptance, guidance that she yearned for. Something has she craved since she obviously wasn't getting it from any other relatives of hers other than her mother and when she was gone. Delia was ripe for the picking. She needed someone to fill the void and incomes Hades after fourteen years coming to fill that spot.
XXXher death sense | Everything about this ability has made her the way she is today; cold, unemotional, and closed off to the idea of getting close to most people seeing that at the end of the day the second they touch her. She'll know when they'll die, the only way to stop that from being revealed is for her to keep people at arm's distance.
XXXanxiety & insomnia | Delia can't remember the last time she has gotten eight straight hours of perfect sleep. No waking up in the middle of the night or sleeping for an hour because her mind just won't shut up.
XXXpride | It's obvious the moment you met Delia, that's she's not only confident in herself but also cocky and proud. She's one to never admit she's wrong or that she is in need of assistance.

QUIRKS AND HABITS
XXXgloves | A way she had finally figured out how to not see when a peer of hers is going to die is to wear gloves to block her from physically touching anyone.
XXXLovecraft | The first story Cordelia can remember reading by herself was The Call of Cthulhu by H.P Lovecraft. Her mother had an odd taste in literature and by default so did Delia. From then on, she has always been interested in the work of Lovecraft going as far to own a copy of every one of his stories that she takes perfect care of in her room, never letting anyone touch them expect a select lucky few.
