Xander awoke to Zane nudging him and to a smell of cooking. Zane handed him a bowl of porridge which he thanked him for. Zane seemed to be in a good mood this morning
After Xander finished his porridge which was surprisingly good, he went to the stream to get fresh water and to wash. He went over to check on his horse. Snow, named after her fantastic colour.

Zane saw Xander leave, he didn't like his type, a wizard magic was for those too weak to wield a weapon in Zane's eyes anyway.
"Mnnfh? Oh. Thanks Zane.." Sumi ate her porridge slowly, it tasted pretty good compared to most of the porridge she has had. When Xander left she stood up and slapped Zane's arm. "The hell? You two were getting on pretty well until you got all Hostile! What was the about?!"
"I guess i kind of know. He called me Lady, and i saw the way he looked at me. I seriously don't think i'm THAT pretty." She said, laughing. She went off to the other end of the stream to untie her hair, cut a little bit off, and make it look glossy. "When we go back, can i check on Rue? She's my Horse - And if anything happened to her i'd be inconsolable. Oh, and today's the big day! We get to kill the Jarl!" She shouted, sure that nobody could hear her other than the two.

Sumi nodded, fixing her robes. "Ready when you are." She said, hopping onto Shadow. "Well..?"
"Well what?" Zane asked as he tightened Shadow's saddle and put some chain-mail on, then covered it with a pale green cloak so he looked like a normal peasant so the guards wouldn't suspect their plan. After Zane was dressed for the mission he hopped on Shadow as Xander got on his white horse.
"Nevermind." Sumi muttered, putting on a black cloak with red floral patterns on it. "Xander! Hurry up, let's get a move on!" She shouted, a grin on her face when she looked at Zane. "Green, eh?" She muttered, adjusting her legs to ride Side-Saddle.
"Why not, the guard won't suspect a peasant." Zane said adjusting his long-sword on his hip so it was hidden beneath his cloak. "I'm new to this whole cloak and dagger tactics thing." Zane said.
Zane spent a couple minutes checking for everything, then he was finally ready. "Okay lets go." Zane said tapping Shadow's hips with his heels.

Xander strapped his staff on the back of his saddle and hopped onto snow with ease. "Whats our next move?" he said to the others.
Xander sped up to ride beside Zane and Sumi. "We are going to poison the wine being brought to the palace." Zane said pulling out the rat poison from his saddle bag to show it to Xander. "Then we run like hell!" Zane laughed.
They group rode for about an hour and then they reached the boat floating down the river with barrels of wine on it. "We'll wait until they stop for a break then we will put a handfull of pellets in each barrel when they aren't looking." Zane said dismounting Shadow and helping Sumi down.

"Hang on.. That wont just poison the Jarl.. That'll kill everyone who drinks wine!" Sumi argued, questioning Zane. "I still think stealth would work."
Sumi walked along, and put the hood of her cloak up - An for added effect, put a strange mask on. "What? Performers used to dress like this. It wasn't strange then. So this outfit makes me look like a performer. No suspicion." She grunted.

"Crap!" Zane said realizing the fatal flaw in his plan. "We'll go in the palace tonight and assassinate him ourselves." Zane said.
"Well, there goes my idea for wearing something strange. Hey, Xander, do you have any spells for dying your hair Blue?!" She yammered on excitedly. She figured she would dress strange, walk up to the Jarl, kill him, and walk out. She was, after all famed for being a Shy Assassin.

Xander had sat quitely listening to the plan untill Sumi asked "Hey, Xander, do you have any spells for dying your hair Blue?" he replied quickly "No ma lady, i have never needed a spell like that. Dye is easy to come by though"
Within seconds of arriving Sumi had already started sprinting up to the Palace. She was through with being stealthy at this point, as soon as it was over and done with she could go back to normal.

Zane went running after Sumi when he saw the Jarls body he snickered "The fu**?" he said looking at the body "we have to get out of here. Zane looked around he saw a window wide open, where the real killer must have come from. "Over there!" Zane said pointing to the window Sumi looked out it, Zane looked over her and saw a moat about 30 feet below. "Jump." Zane said as he jumped out the window.
Falling Zane said prayers to every god he knew about asking for life and if not life a quick and painless death, Zane hit the water with a huge SPLASH! he felt a huge pain in his left arm, he had hit the water with it first. Zane floated for a couple seconds the got out of the way for Sumi.

Xander followed Zane who chased after Sumi. When they arrived the Jarl was already dead.
"Over there!" Zane shouted pointing towards an open window. "Jump." he shouted quickly before leaping from the window. This man is f***ing crazy Xander thought to himself before stepping upto the window and swan diving straight out. Hitting the water in perfect position. He swam to the bank.

Sumi ran towards the window, and did a tornado like spin into the water. "Idiots!" She shouted, crawling out of the water and running after a man wearing a black cloak, just like her. "Oi! YOU!" She yelled, sprinting after him.

Xander seen the man he lifted his hands muttered a spell and a block of ice appeared around the mans feet. The strange killer fell forward face first. Xander then iced him to the ground were he couldnt move.
Without hesitation, Sumi dived onto the man once he was down - And proceeded to stab him in the back 10 times.
She then rolled him over, breaking a bit of the ice. She punched him in the face, he was still breathing, amazingly.

The man coughed "I'm Verza Phoenixgale." the man said. Zane dropped to his knees "Did you say "Phoenixgale"?" Zane asked, the man coughed again "Yes, why?" the man asked. Zane was now curious "Did your mother possibly die giving birth and your father before that?" Zane asked. The man nodded "your....your my... brother." Zane choked out half happy and half sad.

Sumi lifted Verza up, so that his head was on her knee. "Xander! We need healing magic! Now! I thinki i might have almost killed him!" Sumi was close to tears, thinking that she could have killed Zane's only living relative. "Verza, you need to try and not get too excited about meeting your brother. If you do, the blood will pump faster.." She whispered to him.

"I know something.. But it's very little.." She whispered, touching Verza's wounds. A yellow energy was pushed out of her hand, and strangely, yellow butterflies flocked to the wound, It closed up - and she pulled her hand off. The Butterflies exploded into light beams, and disappeared.
