Personality: He is a man that has seen so much death and killing that he is unaffected by it. He can cut down anything in front of him and have a small smile on his face. When he is off the battlefield he is a cool headed man who judges people through actions not words. He isn't the most friendly person, but when he lets you get to know him you will tell he is a kind-hearted man who cares about everyone under his command.

Appearance: He is six foot one man who has dark-blue eyes that seem to soak in everything. His spiky hair is white as the first snow of the winter that darken to a black at the tips. His face is etched with a square chin, an always broken nose, and mischievous smile. He is a lean muscled man with a slight farmer's tan. During battles he wears a cuirass made of the flexible adamant that every member of the Order is given. Under the armor he wears a padded leather doublet with leather greave and cuisse. Finishing up is a pair of studded leather gloves and a black cloak. He has the number 17 eteched into his left arm the represents his rank in the Order.

Mirror: Rufus is the only recorded member of the Order to have two Mirrors. His first Mirror is called Oblivion. Its a long deadly claymore. It has a small fang like indents on the blade part of the sword so it tears when it leaves its victim's body. It is as black as the darkest shadow of a new moon night. The blade is freezing cold. He has the ability to extend the length of the blade because of the Dorminate soul which gives him the power of water to extend the blade of Oblivion with icicles. It is a Dún type. His second Mirror is a set of double short swords called Life and Rebirth. The blade of Rebirth is hooked while Life is straight. When he says the name of the Mirrors the blades extends down on white sharp chains that extend as far as he commands.

Dorminate Partner: Oblivion: The Dorminate soul is of a tundra wolf. A tundra wolf is a giant wolf that has a fur of different shades of blue. Its fangs and claws are as sharp as daggers and are a contrasting pitch black. They have a breath that paralyzes its victim with a freezing breath.
Rebirth and Life: The Dorminate soul of these Mirrors is an ancient god, a dragon. Its one of the few Mirrors of its kind to have a dragon Dorminate. The dragon is a massive beast with four wings. It's scales are like his hair. They start off white at the head and ends up black at the tip of it's tail.

History: Rufus's story starts when the Order sends a pair of Shadows with two squads full of rangers to scout out a future raiding spot. Once they came upon the stronghold it didn't feel normal. It felt dead and silent also their was no magi in the region which they also knew was strange because Dorminates radiate magi as far as a mile radius. They decided to take a closer look. They discovered dead humanoid Dorminates scattered along the streets as they came closer towards the stronghold. They found the same scene inside the stronghold as they found outside.

Except up upon the throne of the regional warlord was a cloaked human child. They cautiously went over and pulled the cloak revealing two Mirrors laid on top of his body. When they touched the Mirrors magi started resonating from within. It started to get so overwhelming that a glow of magi appeared from them. The air became strange like it was a water. A paw as large as the throne stepped through the watery portal. Soon after the mighty beast that own the paw came through the portal. It was a Tundra wolf so large that the Shadows couldn't look directly upon the entire beast. Soon after a mighty reptile head with three horns and piercing green eyes burst through portal.

The Shadows let go of the Mirrors and dropped back getting their weapons ready. As soon as they let go of the Mirrors the creatures were sucked back into the watery portal. They were confused at what they saw they brought him to the council of the Ten to exact judgement being careful not touch the Mirrors with bare hands. Judge for some unkown reason decided the child would be allowed to stay alive and join the Order.

His first year would be learning everything needed to be known about Dorminates. A year and half after his first fighting training lesson happens and a fellow Pages gets hurt when Rufus breaks a few ribs with a wooden training sword. After that incident he was taken under the tutelage of the Judge himself. During that entire time his Mirrors were kept away from Rufus and were researched. The higher ranked members were scared that this boy could kill them all when he had his hands on his weapons. After four more years of training he became a Hunter and joined a squad. The squads consists of himself and two other Hunters and their leader number 235, a Ranger. After many years of training he becomes a Shadow and now currently is the leader of the newest squad in the Order.
