Birger looked at her in an offended way, "Gosh damn, woman... you want ME now?" He asked, winking at her. "Sounds good, do what you gotta do. You have pretty much free reign over what goes on here entertainment wise." He said. Once he got everything cleaned he looked over at her. "Where are you staying tonight?" He asked.
Yoranda giggled a bit at his comment, putting her hands on her hips. "I think the real question here is what woman wouldn't," she replied casually with a slight smirk. When he asked her where she was staying tonight, she thought it over for a moment. "I'm not sure," she said finally. "We stayed at Barynn's shop last night with her. Istrain was supposed to put us up in a hotel room but obviously he's a bit preoccupied. I might just go grab Una and we can sleep in his hotel room. He's obviously not using it." She couldn't help but to be curious as to where, exactly, Birger was going with this question.
Birger looked down at her, "That's cute... you two sleeping together." He smirked and stretched, his shirt coming up to reveal his V. "Well, I should be nice and walk you to get her and then to the hotel since you can't really do much on that foot and if someone tries to do something you or her get hurt. Can't have that on my hands, now can I?" He asked before looking her over. She is just a kid, Birger. He thought before going put up the clean glasses.
Yoranda laughed a bit at his comment about her and Unarelle sleeping together. "Right, because it's totally not normal for two identical twins to share a bed - I mean, we shared a womb for nine months, but anything beyond that is definitely weird," she joked with a shake of her head, though her cheeks proceeded to redden slightly when he stretched and she saw the muscle definition peering out from beneath his shirt. Well, damn. At first she opened her mouth to speak, but then she closed it, needing a moment to catch her breath and find the words. "Yeah, sure. That would be appreciated," she said finally, offering him a small smile and mentally chastising herself, reminding herself that that this was her boss.
Birger smirked a bit when he caught her staring and poked her nose. "I saw that." He chuckled and nodded his head towards the door, "let's go." He said and gently scooped her up, his hand sliding over her ass. His cheeks went red. "I am so sorry." He said, eyes wide.
Yoranda giggled a bit when he poked her nose, smirking up at him. "You saw nothing," she replied, and she nodded her agreement when he said 'let's go'. She allowed him to scoop her up and her brown eyes widened slightly when his hand touched the curve of her ass. She could see the shock in him as he apologized, and she could tell that he obviously hadn't intended to do that. "It's fine," she replied quickly, smiling. "Not like you meant it or anything." Not that she'd have much minded if he had. Or would she? She wasn't sure. She did have to keep reminding herself that he was her boss, though, so anything between them would be entirely inappropriate - not to mention that he was almost twice her age, and friends with her brother. The odds were stacked against her here.
It took him a bit of time and a great deal of effort, but he was finally able to get up to his feet. He walked, clutching his ribs lightly, and carefully made his way downstairs, going after Birger. "Look, man," he said when he got to him, "I didn't mean it like that. I just meant, I don't know, that you didn't have to tell me," he said with a slight chuckle. "You said it was an accident, I believe you. I don't think Yora cares - I mean...it's Yora. She probably liked it," he added, rolling his eyes a bit. "I'm just frustrated about Haera, that's all. I kissed her last night and now she's just...gone. But whatever. I'm over it. I'm not playing her game."
It was getting to be almost evening when Yoranda sauntered into the tavern, a bright grin on her face. Her foot was pretty much healed up since she'd spent most of the day resting it. It still hurt a bit if she didn't step on it the right way, but it was otherwise fine. Strapped to her back was a handheld-sized harp, and in her hand she carried a violin case. She made her way over to the counter, carefully setting down the violin as she clambered up into a seat and grinned over at Bir. "Evening, boss," she said cheerfully.
