Physical Description Many of Malichai’s more unusual physical characteristics are a result of his genetic surgery. His chiseled dark featured face is framed by long locks of thick hair hanging in dreads resembling a lion’s mane. Pronounced canine teeth and sharp 2” claws on his fingers and toes, a tough leather-like hide, and a 4’ prehensile tail add to the menacing visage. The razor sharp extensions of his hands and feet are sufficient to rend most conventional materials such as wood, flesh, stone, and even some types of metals.

Malichai has large black, leathery bat-like wings that span 18’. His wings have a very flexible skeletal structure that enables him to press them to the back of his torso and legs with only the slightest bulge under his clothing allowing him to integrate undetected with normal humans quite easily. His entire anatomy is adapted for flight, having hollow bones; a body virtually devoid of fat, granting him enhanced proportional muscle strength; eyes that can withstand high speed winds; relying on sonar to guide his way due eyesight far inferior than an average human; and a special respiratory membrane that extracts oxygen from the air at extreme velocities and altitudes.
