Miki sat in the limo awkwardly with Ashley for a few minutes while Ken talked with the girl outside. He returned and told them it was just Rima-chan being weird. Miki shrugged an okay while he inquired about their injuries.

"I'm completely fine, it's Ashley here that was getting attacked. Obviously her cheeks cut, but she might be injured somewhere else too." She looked at Ashley for an answer, then remembered.
"Oh yea- your mute, right? I had a neighbor who was mute once, she was really nice old lady, but she died." Miki frowned for a moment then shook her head. "Anyway, I know a few of the signing basics. Don't get me wrong, I can't even begin to have a conversation in sign language, sorry, but I know the ABC's and a few words."
She roughly signed "Are you hurt anywhere else?" as an example, But badly, and was sure it came out wrong. Maybe something about food.. who knew.

As Ken set about fixing up Ashley, Miki pulled out her bright yellow and green flip phone as she felt it vibrate. It was her mom.
We'll be home at around 11. I hope you and Kendall did your homework.
It was already 9:30. Ugh.

Ashley looked at Miki with a confused expression. what did flatfish have to do with anything?she scrawled another note. 'just talk.' she let Ken patch up her cheek. her hand tensed every few seconds, but other than that she was the perfect patient.

Ken smiled and bandaged Ashley patiently and gently so he wouldn't accidently hurt her. He patted her cheek and smiled again "...all done..." Turning his head, Ken called his driver "Saito-san...would you mind waiting for me to ask these two beautiful ladies their addresses?..." He looked at the girls, his voice was still cheerful "....What're your address? I'll take you two home..."

Rima finished her food and headed towards the bathroom quietly and closed the door. "man I'm pooped." Rima took off her school uniform and jumped into the shower and washed her hair and body. Afterwards she went into the bath her mom made for her. "Feels so good!" She looked around the bathroom full of fog. "Such a tiring day" She splashed water in her face and fit out if the bath.

Rima was in her room with just a really oversized tshirt on wiping her head with a white towel. I wish that I could see Hikari-chan again. Lucky no homework I'll go to sleep right now maybe later it's only 10:00PM. Hm.....she wondered around her room looking for something to do.

ashley blushed and pulled a card out, handing it to Ken. It was her grandma's card for the florists shop they ran together. it had their address written on it, so her grandma made her carry them everywhere. and her phone beeped. she flipped it open, and looked at the piles of roses that needed trimmed and sorted. subtle,granma...

Taking the card from Ashley's hand, Ken smiled "...ah! a flower shop...I definitely need to visit this place...Saito-san...would you mind taking me to this address?" He handed the driver the card and waited patiently for the other girl to tell her address.

Miki took the little note and shoved it in her pocket, sticking her tongue out at Ashley. "I was planning on it haha" She then grinned and wondered what she had said to give the dark haired girl that confused expression.
Ken meawhile finished patching up Ashley's cheek expertly in no time.
Miki laughed a little at his compliment to the both of them and answered with "My street doesn't have a name, but you can drop me at Hanabira intersection. It's right up ahead."

She then looked to Ashley. "You have a flower shop? How cute! I should totally visit too," She added agreeing with Ken.

Ashley smiled nervously as the limo pulled away. She checked her watch. It was getting late. Looking out the window, she noticed it was dark. she hated the dark.

Silver finished eating his bread stick and stood up and walked to the switch and turned off the lights of his room then sat on his bed opening the box of pocky's taking one out and placing it in his mouth, "Hmm, its about 9:58, I'll just go to sleep know." Silver said then looked at the clock tower, "Uhm but just to be safe, I'll put a timer on my clock to wake me up at 11:40, just in-case that happens again." Silver added, and took his clock and placed the timer on and finished eating his pocky; he then went to sleep...

Ken nodded as he heard the girl with purple hair spoke "Alright...Saito-san...you know where to go..." He sat in silence, listening to the music played in the limo and watched the streets. There was nothing more to say.

As the limo stopped, Ken waited for the driver to open the door. He turned his head and looked at the purple hair girl "...Hanabir intersection..." He grinned and invited her "...this is your stop, Miss...?"

"It's Miki, not Miss! That makes me sound old." She laughed.
Miki hopped out of the car, then, on a second thought, pulled out the crumbled sheet of paper that said "Just talk" from her pocket. She leaned in and snatched Ashley's pen, quickly putting her cell phone twice on it. She ripped it in half, her number on each, and handed one to Ken, then Ashley, also giving the girl back her pen.
"My number, just in case anything with the Muted Dimension happens. Which, I guess I'll see you guys there if it happens again. TaTa!"

She closed the door and quickly walked off the intersection to one of the tiny side streets. Her house was the fourth one down. Her street was dark and silent as she opened the door, closing and locking it behind her.
"Kendall? You back yet?" Silence.
Oh well, house to myself then.
She pulled her bag from the kitchen up to her room, pulled out her homework and tossed it on her desk. She plugged her iPod into her speakers and set some music on, singing along to a familiar tune as she set up her work area.
It's already 10 and I have, adding all my classes, around 100 problems and questions. Not to mention I have to finish that essay.... Ugh.

Miki poised her pencil over a math problem.

She paused with a sigh before going to figure it out, glancing at the clock. Just Finish before midnight...

Ken grinned widely "...alright, Miki then..." He took the piece of paper from the girl's hand and nodded his head "...okay...I will call you if anything happens..." He looked at the girl's back as she walked toward her house with a smile and shook his head. he will never understand...how anyone could be happy to go to a place filled with monster. He turned his head and looked at Ashley "so...we're going to your house, now..." He ordered the driver "...saito-san, let's go...it's getting dark and otou-sama won't be pleased..."

Ashley shivered. Miki had let a blast of cold air into the limo when she had exited.She watced her walk cheerily down the street, before she noticed that she was now headed back to her gran's shop. the thought of all the roses waiting for her on her workbenc made her groan out loud and lean her head against the limo window. her eyes occaissionaly slid to Ken. There was something about him.She did listen during conversations, but she mainly watched people. and there was definitely something more to Ken than he let on...

Ken felt Ashley's eyes looking at him as he tried to ignored the headache he had felt all morning. He just had the feeling that his Father would be very very displeased with him if the man knew about his new friends. After all, his Father had warned him before that he wouldn't allow Ken to have any friend from the lower class. Ken sighed heavily...great...just when I'm about to have some real friends...they just have to come from the lower class... The teen looked at the limo window and saw an old beggar on the street and he looked away, unable to look at the old man. He remembered the time when he was just a little kid and how his Father had reacted the first and only time he tried to give something to another beggar.

A five-year-old Ken ran happily on the street as his parents smiled and walked slightly behind him. The boy looked at everything in wonder. As he saw a strange person on the street, the boy ran to him and asked curiously "Mister...why are you sitting on the street and not wear any clothes...?" The beggar looked at the young boy and chuckled bitterly "...that is because I am a beggar, kid..." Ken cocked his head to one side and continued to ask "...what is a beggar?" "...it's someone who doesn't have any money..." The young boy listened to the man's answer and looked terrified "...have no money? that's bad..." Ken took out a pile of money and put it in the man's hand "...have no money is not good...otou-sama said...I want to give you some money so you'll not be bad..." The boy said shyly. The beggar's eyes began to water as he trembled slightly with the emotions "...take it back...it's too much..." but the boy just shook his head "...no worry, mister beggar...I don't want you to be bad..." The man wept and shook the boy's little hand "...thank you, kid...thank you very very much..." Ken grinned, happy that he could help someone and ran back to where his parents were standing.

"Okaa-sama, Otou-sama...I just help Mister Beg-..." SLAP

His father slapped Ken's face, hard. The young boy fell on the street, looked at his father with a confused look on his face, his eyes watered. The boy's father, a rich businessman, looked at his son with a cold look and spoke emotionlessly "...you displease me, musuko(1)..." Ken began to cry as he was too young to understand "...why? why, otou-sama...you said that helping people was good..." The man still looked at his son and spoke coldly "...you're right, musuko...however...I did not say you should help people that can't offer anything for you...like that beggar over there..." He pointed at the said person and said angrily "...I have told you over and over again...are you too stupid to understand, musuko? you only help people when they CAN.GIVE.SOMETHING.VALUABLE.BACK.TO.YOU, understood?" Ken nodded, still too scared and sad to say anything else.

The cruel man turned his head and walked away but not before giving his son his last warning "...you are my heir, musuko... you will some day take over my business...you can't just be a soft-hearted boy...if I caught you giving anything else to anyone else without having something worthy back from them or playing with any child that comes from the lower class...I will personally make you never forget the lesson...Let's go home...you won't have any dinner for tonight...that's your punishment...stay in your room and think about your mistake...." He walked away, leaving a sobbing Ken behind without even sparing a glance. As the man walked away, another person walked to Ken and put a hand on the boy's shoulder. It was the beggar that Ken had given his money. Ken flinched and covered his head, not wanting to receive any other slap. The beggar looked at Ken and put something in the boy's lap and whispered "...for you, kid...hope luck always finds you..." Ken opened his eyes only to find that the beggar was gone and in his lap was a Lucky Clover.

Ken grimaced as he remembered the pain from the slap but he quickly banished his thoughts and put on a faked smile as the limo arrived at the flower shop "...your stop, I suppose?..." He gave Ashley a faked smile and opened the door for her.

Ashley smiled gently, stepping out the limo before turning to look at Ken. She opened her notebook,but before she could finish writing, her grandmother appeared in the doorway. "~where have you been?"she asked.
~Three boys attacked me. he helped.~ashley signed, the old woman nodded."in. you have roses to trim and violin to practise." ashly nodded, and waved goodbye sadly to Ken. once into the house she went straight to her worbench by the window, tied her hair out her eyes with a red bandana, and started smoothly trimming off the lower leaves off each rich green stem.

"Oh I guess I could do this." Rima stood in front of her magazine and newspaper basket. "Which one should I look at?" She bent down and picked up the newspaper. She tried to find the comics edition but in their place was a bunch of missing people. "Where in the world are my comics? To much news I guess. Hmmmmm......wow a lot of people are missing. I wonder what's going on..." Rima eyes grew big as she saw her friend's name, Freya Okumaru, in the dead center of all the 35 missing kids. "It can't be right? I just saw her today before leaving school. Right? Right?" Rima quickly grabbed her phone and dialed in her friend's number waiting for an answer.
"Hello?"said a tired voice.
"Is that you, Freya?" said Rima, her voice shaking.
"Yeah. What are you talking about? I just talked to you before you left, went to practice, then went home. Why'd you call me so late?"
"Oh I'm sorry. They must have made a mistake. Sorry to bother you good night."
"What do you mean they made a mistake? Well whatever goodnight my little shortie."
"Yeah good night."
The line closed but Rima was still confused and was constantly just thinking on how they could have made such a mistake.

This time Hikari didn't linger int the bath too long just incase the Muted dimension popped up again. She dried herself off and went to her room. She guessed she better "go to sleep" so if she went away again that her mom wouldn't see the suspicions like last time. So Hikari climbed in bed then looked at the clock. 11:45PM. She yawned and stretched out.
"Ah I'm thinking too much I better just go to bed."
She tossed and turned but still couldn't go to sleep. She sat up in the dark and thought about the others yet again. I wonder how they are? Will I be able to meet the other girls this time? hikari noticed that she had just thought something as if she were definately going to be going again. She looked at the clock again. 11:55PM. Was it just her or was time going faster? Well she just had to wait until midnight to see what happens.

"Hmmm. Maybe it was just nothing. Made a huge mistake and mixed her up with someone else? Yeh yeah that must be it hehehe What time is it right now?" Rima turns her head back to her clock 11:50. "Man time went by fast. I guess I should be going to bed now." Rima turns off the lights, hops into her bed, and crawls under the blanket. " Oh we'll I'll just see her tomorrow. I hope tomorrow won't be as eventful as today. I only saw 3 people from the Muted Dimension today. Let's hope the rest tomorrow." Rima closed her eyes but had troubles sleeping. She tossed and turned around in her bed and then sits straight up itching head head "Ugh!! I can't sleep." she turns around and lays back down straight onthe side of her face. " I wnt something exciting to happen. So bored and can't sleep. What can I do? She just stares at the ceiling trying the make pictures out of the small cracks in it. "I think I see a pig" Rima then just busts out laughing at herself. "So weird. Man I'm weird. Seeing a pig in the ceiling." She slowly stops laughing and looks out at the bright half moon. "Let's hope tomorrow will be a great day." Rima then finally lays in her bed and goes to sleep.

Ken sighed softly as he closed his books. He was exhausted. When he came back, his Father had refused to acknowledge him, claiming that he didn't have a son that was late to family business no matter how much he tried to explain. He was forced to eat in the kitchen like a shameful servant. After that, his Mother had looked at him with such disappointed that he thought he was going to explode with guilt and shame. And then, he remembered he still had a bunch of homework that needed to be done and therefore, here he was, on the Saturday Night, studied his ass out in hope of finishing the homework on time. Ken sighed and looked at the clock...11:25. He turned off the light and rubbed his eyes tiredly. He was too tired to even remeber to set up his alarm. Ken crawled on his bed and shut his eyes. What a long day...

Rima opened her eyes right away to find herself upside down in her bed? With her eyes wide she looked around the room looking for the source of the voice. "Was is just a dream? Probably. What time is it?" Rima once again turned her head toward the red clock. 11:59 I only slept for 9 minutes? Felt longer.......The Clock Tower then stroke twelve

DONG DONG

Midnight. I bright white light surrounded Rima as Rima closed her eyes already knowing where she was headed. The Muted Dimension.

The water in his soup cup boiled as he stared at his soup in anticipation. He mentally reviewed the day he just had, he remembered the faces that he has seen. Kai and Ken; it was strange to see these two people outside of the Muted Dimension. What was the odds that they would live in the same area as him, let a lone appear in the school. It must of been some sort freak coincidence. Or maybe there's something more behind it, he has had this little doubt in the back of his mind since school earlier that day. It was something earlier that Ken had said that had kept him on his feet. "We're going back...I know we are, I'm not the only one that can sense this. Ken too... I should prepare." He stood up ignoring his soup that sat empty on his floor-board and readied a small carrying case with first-aid and food/drinks. Last time they were stranded for around only an hour, but who knows how long it'll be this time.

"11:50...It's getting late." He had packed himself 8 water-bottles, a few sandwiches and a first-aid kit. Due to his time in the kitchen he had neglected his own meal as he picked up the lonely soup can cooling on the floor. "I wonder what everybody is up too, probably sleeping."

Miki opened her eyes with a groan, clossing them again as her vision was met with numbers and numbers. she blinked a few times and sat up, rubbing her eyes.
"Uhg, why am I at my desk... Oh crap! I fell asleep doing homework?!"
She starred down at the half finished pile of work, sighed, then folded her arms and lay back down on the paper. She was met with the pleasent view out the window, full moon peeking out from behind the Clock Tower, which was ticking slowly towards midnight. A lazy cloud drifted across the night sky and Miki followed it's progress lazily. Then sat bolt up right.
"11:59?!"
She sprang up, knocking over her chair, and hopped around her room frantacilly for a moment, wondering what she might need to bring along to the Muted Dimension. She hadn't really paid attention to anything the night before, and having not been involved, she really didn't know what to expect.
What would she need? What should she bring? She grabbed a few hair rubberbands off her dresser, the only things she could think of grabbing, then glanced out the window again. The second hand was looming closer to the twelve.
She flashed through thoughts desperetly, thinking of anything, and had decided to grab a pair of scissors in case. On her frantic way over, she tripped over her discarded chair just as the Clock Tower began chiming twelve.

White light surrounded Miki, surpressing her in a soft cloud of feathery white, noise fading away- as she still fell and landed in a literal face-plant on the ground, just as the white faded away.

She did a half push up off the ground with a groan. Great way to start her official enterence to the Muted Dimension...

Silver woke up from the timer he had put, he got out of bed and walked outside he didn't even bother to look at the clock. Silver step outside and walked down the stairs into his living room seeing the TV still on with cartoons but didn't see his brother there, bathroom I think he thought, and opened the fridge taking out a plate of sushi he made yesterday. Silver placed it in the microwave and placed it to heat up and went to the bathroom and splashed cold water in his face then though, wait... if Sekiroy isn't here then where is he? Silver went out of the bathroom and into the living room, Silver then felt his foot slip he was going to fall but out of reflex he placed a hand on the floor and back flipped the saw what he tripped on a candy wrapper, "Damn it Sekiroy, didn't I tell you not to throw these on the grou-" Silver said and saw Sekiroy fast asleep on the couch "Oh" he added. I'll put you to bed when I finish eating Silver though and heard the microwave ding, he went and took out the plate and got a pair of chop stick, "Itadakimasu!" Silver said and took one sushi roll, but then he felt a pull and a white light surrounded him sending him to the Muted Dimension...

As the midnight came closer, Ken grew more restless. He rolled and tossed on his bed, sweats rolled down his forehead. His fists cletched and uncletched as the nightmares became more and more vivid. He found himself being chased by some monsters, he saw himself killed them, blood stained his face and hair...and the Great Clock Tower was still running slowly as if it was mocking him.

"Ah...Ah..." Ken's eyes snapped opened as he immediately sat up and breathed heavily. Running a hand through his sweaty hair, he let out a relieved sigh as he realized it was just a dream. Grasping the table clock, Ken rubbed his eyes and checked the time...11:59...great He thought sacastically.

And the Great Clock Tower struck midnight...its bells tolled, the sounds echoed in the dark, cold night like the sound of some music from hell. Sighing heavily, Ken put his clock on the table and breathed deeply again, preparing to go back to sleep. Unfortunately, fate had other plan for Ken. As he felt something shifted in the air and a bright light surrounded his body, Ken groaned and mumbled "...just wonderful..." The white light glowed brighter and before Ken knew what had happened, he had disappeared...to another Dimension...

Ashley was in her room, playing softly on her violin. she finished with a smooth draw of her arm. the clock hit midnight, and she was drowning in white. she tightly clenched her hands and eyes shut, it made her feel nauseous as the terrain changed under her feet and she found herself in the Muted Dimension, and standing in front of Miki, who was sprawled on the ground. Repressing a giggle, Ashley helped her to her feet, dimly noticing she was still carrying her violin.
