Dietrich was born at a time when they had their own calendar, so he is unsure of when his true birthday is. However, after awhile he began celebrating it on December 21st, the Winter Solstice.

Specialty
Dietrich’s speciality is hunting witches. Ever since he has turned, witches have been the worst thing that could happen to him. Their magic, their ability to weaken him, everything. After 400 years, Dietrich has mastered the art of somehow murdering the arcane bitches as a vampire, which comes as a shock to many people. While he isn't as good as one that isn't dead, as a vampire he is extremely talented.
In more mortal views, Dietrich is an amazing linguist - having had to roam quite a bit as a vampire throughout central europe, he can speak fluent German, Flemish, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian and Latin. His first language, however, is Germanic (which basically means his first language was German...)
Another addition to his skill sets is his impeccable charm. Both men and women alike have fallen hard for this man over the years, which allows him to be quite the man of inside information. He has never trained in espionage, it has just been granted to him since his method of finding information is usually seduction and/or charm.
Powers These? Oh, never you mind pup. I know what I'm doing with these.
The Fastest of the Supernaturals - It is no joke that vampires are fast - faster than every creature on the planet. Not that he is one to brag, but during his years he has also become faster than quite a number of vampires as well. After all, he needs every inkling of powers to kill witches, so Dietrich puts it all to good use.
Strength - Nothing really special here: vampires possess absolute brute strength, which is pretty awesome. Dietrich had to hide it most of his life, and is quite happy that he is allowed to crush steel in his hands while in public.
Endurance - While his endurance isn't as good as some other vampires he has met, being dead does have the perk of not needing to breath or anything. So endurance is an obvious for him.
Perfect Night Vision - As a Creature of the Night, this is a given. Perfect night vision is a must for a nocturnal creature.
'Slightly' Heightened Senses - Not like a werewolf, but Dietrich as a vampire has pretty good senses. Okay, he is being modest. As a vampire, Dietrich has hearing that rivals a werewolf easily, while the rest of his senses are a little above a humans. His hearing is quite useful for having quiet conversations with other vampires - who doesn't like the idea of flirting through whispering?
Glamour - Somewhat of a hypnosis/trance like power, vampires have the ability to make other creatures do their will. It is quite a lovely little feature that Dietrch rarely has to use, but enjoys having it.
Being Dead - How can this not be a power? No breath, no heart beat, nothing. Can't check the vitals of a living dead.
Accelerated Healing - With being dead, he can heal faster than many others. If he is starving, however, he really doesn't.
Weaknesses
Sunlight - The stuff burns his skin and it hurts like hell.
Silver - The stuff is annoying, and Dietrich hates all things silver because of it.
Magic - Both Faerie and Witch magic leave him partially screwed in many ways. However! He isn't as weak against witches as many of his brethren - as stated earlier, Dietrich has mastered the art of killing witches with his handicap.
