Since a lot of people seem to have a difficult time saying or spelling his name, Jorge goes by JJ for almost all occasions - he rarely refers to himself as Jorge anymore.
By the public, he is known as the Drifter, since he simply comes and goes at odd intervals and without real tangible traces. In actuallity, some states have placed missing people's warrants on him over the years, only for them to be abolished when he was found 5 states over in a small cafe.

Home - I don’t have one. I feel more at home in dad’s country of Canada, than my mom’s country of America
JJ doesn’t really have much of a home - he was born in McAllen, Texas, but hasn’t lived there for 5 years - and it was only for a week to see his mother. He has wandered throughout most of the States to not really call anywhere home.
Specialty - I don't think of myself as special.
While he really wouldn’t consider himself very special, Jorge is blessed with geographical mastery. Just by reading the stars, the moon or the sun JJ can figure out the precise area that one is in. His memory is quite large and powerful, able to remember small landmarks, towns and areas almost perfectly. Throughout most of his wandering, he has rarely ever asked for directions or taken a cab anywhere. All he uses is a rugged map of the USA, and his own mind.
The only other skill is that JJ considers even a skill is survivability. Being a werewolf on his own is punishingly difficult: downright nearly impossible, as wolves stick together. So JJ has had to survive on his own for most of his life. For the most part of his life, JJ had never owned a car. All of his travel was either by public transit - which got dangerous after an awkward incident - or by foot. It was only recently that he has bought himself an old car.
Powers - How can anybody say that turning into a massive, ravaging blood dog is a power? I see it as a burden, a curse.
Werewolf-ness Yeah, he can turn into the big bad wolf and eat the sheep.
Keen Senses While his sense of hearing isn’t as good as one of those vampire people, JJ’s sense of smell, hearing and sight are pretty awesome. Not to mention that he can literally smell fear (which scares him, oh the irony) is pretty awesome.
Endurance While he may not be able to run forever, or have the fastest ability to heal, JJ has the endurance to keep moving regardless. Hasn’t eaten for 6 days? Needs to drink in a few hours or die? Won’t bother him much until his body has reached its limit and he dies. Not saying he is a tank or anything
Astrological Guidance Actually more power than a specialty, JJ is able to pinpoint the exact location of himself on a map using the stars. It isn’t because of his experience in the field: he was born geographically enhanced by the stars. Since he has been roughly everywhere in Texas, he can give you the exact location of any area and estimated time of arrival, depending on your transportation methods and your location. Consider him your mobile GPS.
Satellite The irony of the last statement made is that actually JJ can also interact with satellites. Similar to a TV dish, a constant signal is sent out from JJ’s being, which aids in JJ’s ability to locate himself. He cannot use the satellites to hack computers, or access Google maps: merely send and receive information from them. If a TV satellite is what his signal locks onto, he can tell you what show is airing right now. Pretty nifty, albeit useless. The practical uses is to triangulate positions of not only himself, but of other signals that are using the satellite.
Note! Those last two powers, in reality, are one power to aid his GPS ability - they were split into two to show the little additives each adds.
Weaknesses - All things have weaknesses - the important thing is understanding them and adapting to them.
Dislike for Death - so long as he is conscious and human, Jorge won’t kill a damn thing. The werewolf sort of messes that mindset up, but he tries.
Fighting - JJ isn’t much of a fighter. Sure, turn him into a werewolf and he goes all wolf on you, but as a human? Nope: the guy can barely swing a punch.
Bullets - AAH! His greatest weakness: BULLETS! Since JJ isn’t a vampire or anything fancy, pretty much anything can kill him.
Weak Signal - His satellite ability, while extremely useful and awesome, has a major drawback: conditions that are worse than rain dampen his signal significantly, almost to the point of nothing. During storms, JJ usually finds shelter, as the weak signals also scramble his brain waves, causing major headaches and dizziness/
