Earth

It was dark. "Finally," was all that Zara could think. Almost everyone else would be asleep now. She didn't know if she would be able to take a walk now or not. Most zombies would be "asleep" so there is little worry from them. She knew though there were other people out here that she didn't know and that didn't know her. They could think she was a zombie and then she'd be sniped off, then who would volunteer for night shifts?

No, she would stay where she was. She pulled a bottle of water out of her pack and opened it up. One swallow was all Zara allowed herself. She needed to wait until the group moved to a less crowded area to raid a house or store for more so she needed to keep her supplies up. She smiled to herself. Night time was the one time everything felt normal to her and she could forget about the zombies.

Zara stared around at the sleeping bodies around her. Everyone's breathing seemed peaceful to her. So did the outside world she could see through the broken window she was leaning by. Maybe she could chance closing her eyes, maybe for once she'd get some sleep. It was very odd for her to get to sleep during the day and night time was almost never an option. She had to look out for the rest she was, after all, an almost trained nurse and they couldn't loose people.

She stopped thinking about sleep, she knew she was being silly to believe it was safe. Even on the second floor of a warehouse it wasn't smart. Zara turned to look back at the sleeping bodies. Except someone didn't seem to be asleep they were moving, moving more than normal. She hoped they were awake despite how cruel it was to want someone else to not be able to sleep. She hated having to do night shift alone and it would be nice to have someone to talk to for a bit.

"Hello, is someone awake over there," she chanced in a whisper. Hoping no one other than that person would hear her.

Giovanni raise his hand and sit up "I'm awake" he whispered and stand up, he hadn't sleep well in days so now he at least had someone to pas the time with he toke the chance. He started sneaking to Zara and sit by her "couldn't sleep I can't actually for some time, this all is happening so fast. First my family then my love......." he said and fall silent it hurt for him to finally speak his heart but it was good at the same time

Dan had been asleep having a dream back to the past, a world without all of these zombies. Unfortunately for him these dreams never lasted and he was soon having a nightmare about all of his friends ans family getting killed. Every single one of them he could have saved, but didn't because he was to scared. He woke up in a cold sweat, taking in a huge breath of air to calm himself. He looked at his still quivering hands and held his left with his right in an attempt to stop it. Now he would have to wait at least another half an hour until he could finally go to sleep. Instead he got up and seen Zara and Goivanni talking. As he sat there he looked around the room and seen his brother and Lillian were still asleep. Deciding he should pass the time with someone else he went over to the two at the windowsill and sat down. Deciding to start a conversation he asked,

"So how long have you two been up."

"5 minutes" giovanni awnsered and sigh "i just can't sleep everything goes just to fast for me" he said

Lilla stirred in her sleep, her murky dreams of pain and suffering clinging to the corners of her eyes like spiderwebs. She could still hear Mimi screaming when she opened her eyes to yet another dilapidated building. They were all the same, dust collecting in the rafters, cobwebs weaving a net over the windows, broken or otherwise. This was by far not the safest place to have spent the night, but, it was the only thing there.
She eased herself into a shaky sitting position, taking a swig of old liquor from her flask. another day of excitement.

Dubais had been sleeping, and he had a nightmare and woke up. He looked around the room and seen Dan,Zara,and Giovanni.

Giovanni smiled and come by him "had a nightmare buddy?" he asked and pet his back

Dubais laughed and looked for the liquor,he smelt it.

Giovanni keep Dubais on his place "no drinking buddy you know that we need every bit of food over the day"

Dubais goes back to sleep, he wasn't feeling very well.

Giovanni pet his shoulder and goes back to the others

Dubais wakes up, he looks around. He decides to sneak a little liquor while no one is looking.

Seeing Giovanni eyeing her flask, Lilla shot him a look that would've broken glass and proceeded to get up and arrange her things. Not that she had many things, her old flask, a knife, her trusty crossbow, and the only 6 remaining arrows that went with it. Her machete hung off her belt, needing to be sharpened, she made a mental note of it. She layered her clothing on, shivering as the crisp morning air ate at her bare hands. They needed to get moving, she thought.
She didn't even pause for Zara the 'leader' to say anything. "We need to get going, it's been way to quiet and we can't stay in one place for too long, especially not one as weak as this one. I think there's a town nearby, i saw some chimneys when i was out scouting."

"good idea but we better wait until the sun risses then we can go safely" Giovanni said to Lilla

James had his question answered when Giovanni said he couldn't sleep. After all there weren't that many people that could after what had happened to them. Before he could do anything his brother woke up from a nightmare. At first he wanted to go over and tell him to go back to sleep, but Giovanni beat him to it. After a short talk between the two he went back to sleep. It was probably good that Giovanni did that instead of him, Dubais seemed to have a problem making bonds with others and if Dan ever died Dubais might be in trouble.

After Giovanni returned to the others he decided to finally bring up the question,

"Guy's we got to make a choice, stay in this town and hope to find a permanent food source, or leave and head for the next town. So what do you guys want to do?"
